My friend needed a ride to this place to get his car worked on and took over a month just to get it fixed. now I don't know if The mechanics are certified mechanics or what but the front office smelled like cigarettes like it's never been cleaned. I know for a fact I would never take my car to this place. but there are some people out there that can't afford dealerships to get their car worked on. always do your research on a place you're going to take your car to.

I was having some serious alignment issues after doing a major overhaul. Other shops couldnt get things right. But Darrells got it right the first time and my car drives great. Friendly and great service. Definitely met my needs and got the job done.

Service was awesome and quick, before and after examination was performed on my vehicle's alignment before I was made to pay. I recommend this place.

Friendly office staff, however; after having a front end alignment I made it 1/2 mile turned left onto high school Rd and the passenger side front ball joint broke.

This location was recommended by my primary mechanic, so I gave it a shot. It did not take long and the staff were friendly. However when they completed the alignment on my vehicle, I was informed that it would have a 'slight pull to the right'. I had asked what could be the cause of it and I was told it was my tires. Every mechanic and trusted sources with car knowledge informed me that my tires still had tread, and were good for at least 1 more year. I shrugged this off and began to drive. It in fact was not a slight pull, but was fully veering to the right, the moment I let go of the steering wheel it threw me into the next lane. I had returned to the location to explain the situation, and was told once again it was my tires. I then went to Tire Discounters, had my alignment done with the same tires that were said to have been the problem, and my alignment was fixed. Confirming that my tires were NOT the problem. I did attempt to get a refund but was not given one.Friendly staff, job done incorrectly unfortunately.Service: Wheel alignment

Always do quality work at fair prices. They have went put of their way over the last few years taking care of all my projects. I always recommend them for suspension work & most of the other automotive maintenance you run into they handle as well. Great folks give them a call and

Stopped in as I was passing to have a noise looked at . The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the issues I was having. In jus a short time they figured it out for me. Highly recommend !!10 star service

My alignment was off and I had a bounce I couldn't figure out.. took my buick in and they found my bounce problem right away.. I changed the parts they told me to change.. took it back for. 4 wheel alignment where I was in and out.. steering wheel is perfectly straight and no more pulling issues.. very fair price and excellent work.. highly recommend this place..

Best mechanics in Indy. Very professional, very reasonably priced and great at communicating the issue and what caused it. They have been family run for years and you can definitely tell with how well they treat you. They are the only shop I could find besides the dealership that could align my daughter's Mercedes w203 an my F350. They even have pointed out hey this is wrong or broken. Love their thoroughness! It's the first Mercedes i have messed with, so I don't know it well, an I bought a used f350 that's lifted. They have helped me iron out the issues with what's wrong. Most of its things the Mercedes dealership didn't even find during their $200 alignment! They wound up not being able to align my f350. She is just too big weight wise for their rack. But totally understandable!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I took my newly lowered F150 to here to get the bugs worked out. Was highly recommended as the place to go for alignment especially after modifications.Excellent work at a great price. I highly recommend this shop.

Darryls alignment set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Miranda was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the repair itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Second time the new guys show they don t grasp basic concepts. First time the guy didn t understand shims for front end alignment. Then today he doesn t understand what pinion angle is. Says his computer doesn t compute that just caber toe and caster- nothing to do with driveline/pinion angle. And had the idea the that shims were needed . Bless them. I miss the father who passed. Talent is missing in the community

I have been coming here for 10 years! Eric is the absolute best. Every time I've brought my car I've never had to return it for the same problem. Eric is honest. I had some work done to one of our fleet vehicles and I ended up breaking down on the side of the road for the exact same issue we took it in for on the top of an overpass on 70. They got it back in within a week and fixed it and said it was a bad-from-stock part. And yes that happens. 6 months later we took the vehicle back after the A/C went out and the radiator had a leak. Brought it back and it seemed to work on the ride back to work, but it was also a cool day? The next time I took it on a road trip down to Savannah GA where it was still 90� the A/C was still broken as the day we took it in. I guess lighting can strike twice but, that s not the reason for the poor review. It s how they ve handled the righting the wrong after. They told me after driving this for three weeks down south that they d fix when i got back. I took it in and they told me they were too busy to fix it and I d have to wait a week. So after waiting another week and I brought it back it back in again they said they were too busy then and we d have to wait longer, so maybe three to four more days? At this point of blowing off a rather large commercial account that we ve already paid for the work, to do a simple fix that should ve been addressed goes ignored, is quite unacceptable in my opinion. I d hate to see how they d treat a private account that may not have the money to keep getting the same problem they ve paid for fixed twice.

Had struts, stabilize bars, alignment and new starter on my 2015 Honda Accord. Exceptional price. Done on time. Car rides like new. First time I used them. I had a great experience getting 2 cars aligned the same day. Both were in and out within an hour. One needed a ton of suspension work before it could be aligned, the other came out perfectly aligned. The one that needed work came out with an itemized list of parts that needed to be replaced. When they brought the inspection results out, the mechanic asked me if I do my own work. Being a somewhat experienced auto mechanic, myself, I told them, "Ehhhh" and they proceeded to get prices for the parts I needed. New or used depending on availability. 100% would go back the next time I need a mechanic.

If you don't go to Darrells to get your work done on your car then you should start!! They will always beat the competition price and service. I travel from fishers all the way here! I been going here for 5 plus years now and they have helped me a lot! Cory is a good guy and the owner Eric! I love these guys

It's the best place in town if you need work done on your vehicle. They give it to you straight, don't hold any punches back and will give you a fair price. I will never ever take my car anywhere but Daryl's alignment

They did great work on my car. I had an alignment, brakes, and a control arm replaced. My car drives SO MUCH BETTER. The gentleman who runs the office is very nice and professional. However, the guy named Dustin needs a course on how to treat customers & maybe he shouldn't be rude and unprofessional towards the guest & paying customer's when they can HEAR him, unless he's trying to say it to someone's face . I showed up 20 mins late for my 8am appt. Sorry.
