Very professional and nice people. I had my engine rebuild at the different location and had problem with it but Indianapolis Cummins fixed the problem. Best rates best service I would recommend this place

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced! 1- Mechanic did not even know the direction of air flow through the radiator. 2- they tried to charge me 5 hours labor for diagnostic because after that much time they found that I have a "TUNER". THEY proceeded to call and inform me they do not work on vehicles with this!THIS SHOULD BE 1 OF the FIRST THINGS YOU SHOULD ASK A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT 5HOURS LATER @ $166 per hour!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!ALSO- to the service managerFEEL FREE to call me if you have any questions about this!

I had my motor rebuilt in August of 2020. Since then I have had nothing but problems. I have had to take it back 4 times in 6 months to fix the same problems. Sure its all been covered under warranty but I expect better from a shop like cummings. Time is money and they have costed me alot in lost revenue.

Engine carbon packed the pistons leading to oil consumption. Motor was in framed at 300k. No one wanted to admit these engines had a bad design. Tractor was there for a month. Got it back. Two days later broke down with top radiator coming off. 3 weeks later 5 wires in wiring harness rubbed till they caused a short. Lower radiator comes loose. Bent shaft on a perfectly good air con compressor. No couldn t be related to their work. Of course not. Tread lightly and check everything when you leave. My company is just dumb enough to keep throwing money at them.

4 days to change turbo and ecm! Wich 3 days the truck was parked outside the fun day was last day they stretched time until 1 am,75% of the time no one was around i guess they need it work hours to make it 7100$ morons mixed the bolts from side panels! Despite having super big window towards the shop still had to go to ask why is no movement on my truck, you been told!

Cummins Home Generator Sales & ServiceYou should never judge a book by its cover; a lesson I've written about before. Some of the smartest, most interesting people I've ever met have been technicians, small business owners, and their employees.My generator did not turn on after the lightning storm yesterday afternoon when the utility power failed for three hours. In nearly 20 years; the generator has never let me down. I'm so glad I have it. It was Mom's advice.Anyway, a technician, Daryrll Rule, who has been here before for the semi annual service before, came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered the defective parts and got installation scheduled for Friday.When he was done and he was about to leave, we spoke for 10 minutes or so. I learned that he was to be drafted for the Vietnam war in 1970. He applied for the Air Force, but was turned down because he didn't have 20/20 eye sight. So, he went next door to the Naval recruiting station and signed up.After nuclear power training, he was assigned to the USS Enterprise, the last ship assigned to go to Vietnam. On that ship, he maintained and repaired the nuclear reactors powering the carrierThen, the discussion veered to other subjects. The power supply problem for the country, can small nuclear reactors ever be perfected, what is the use of windmills and solar panels, Tesla's research on wireless transmission of electricity. He knew and had an insightful opinion on everything.I told him, when you retire you need to teach at IUPUI. He said, there isn't a place for a cranky 'ol guy like me there, and I told him "that's the way I describe myself". We laughed,That's the main problem with our country, we don't utilize the people with knowledge and insight effectively. His opinion of solar panels and windmill farms mirrored mine...they are a waste of money and not an economically feasible way to deliver power. He even said "they don't fit on the cost/benefit curve". Ben Rogge would have been impressed, as was I.This does not fit into the "new green deals" line of thinking. They are a bunch of idiots.You never know who you are going to run into or what they know. Mr. Rule, I wish I could have spoken to you for an hour. Thank you for your great service, interesting discussion, and making my day, and fixing my problem. What a nice gentleman.The home service representative CJ, was equally knowledgeable, polite, & helpful. Needed more information about getting a Onan generator Serviced. They have several brands of generators. They were very helpful. The employees were knowledgeable about their products. They scheduled a time for my Onan. Work was done in a timely manner.

The people here were amazing. Joe, Brandon, and Bobbie have my undying gratitude. We desparately looked everywhere to find someone to work on our Generac generator. We had about given up hope. Even though they do not work on Generacs at Cummins, Joe felt sorry for us and Bobbie agreed to give it a try. We live in our motor home and they went above and beyond to see that it got done while we were staying with friends for a few days. They kept us advised every step of the way and fixed the generator. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!! You better believe we will post on every site regarding their outstanding service and if we ever have trouble with our Cummins engine, we will see the guys there again. Thank you Joe and Brandon for helping us and thank you Bobbie for fixing the generator.

This is a review on my parents behalf.They had a intermittent control issue with their Onan generator on their motorhome for the past couple of months. A technician worked on the generator for over 2 1/2 hours troubleshooting and everything tested fine. The only issue was a loose connection.Cummins Cross point would accept any form of payment for their time.

On the road from NJ with our Motorhome 89 degrees and our generator stops working, it is Memorial Day 6pm at night! I google this Cummins shop, call them hit emergency number leave message we get a call back 30 mins later!! Awesome!! Tell us to be at shop at 7:30 am next morning! We show up everyone is so nice we needed a transfer switch it is ordered and overnighted ! The next morning we r on the road !! It wasn't even the generator but they still fixed our problem ( better then any Rv shop) !! Very knowledgeable staff, Vince was our mechanic tech! And Katina was our CSR! happy very professional shop !! Would highly recommend!

Service desk updated very frequently, SCR replacement and out of the shop in a couple days under warranty. Rhonda was especially great to work with.

Avoid this place... Slow people the lady that works in day time of service desk doesn't care about your time.. $4400 4 days later. Went back @ 1030 truck was done but didn't get paper work to check out into 1630...

I've never had a bad experience here,, with either the service or the personnel. I have limped my truck here from Cali and will do it again in a heartbeat.

This branch makes way how to steal your money I will see them in court because they change my dpf filter I paid almost 5000$ but my truck is has the same issue
