Buying was easy but scheduling with noblesville costco tire center was difficult on line. We had to call. Not sure if it was because it's new.

This shop has horrible communication.I made the mistake of ordering tires online, and even though I got an email confirmation that they arrived at the shop, it took them 4 weeks to "find" the tires.Obviously they had them the entire time, and whoever received them never put it in their system. Speaking of their software system, I took a peek, and it looks like something out of an 80s movie - green text and everything with no GUI.When they finally confirmed they had them, they told me to show up at 9:30. They failed to warn me that the main store would be closed. When I asked later how I should have dropped off the car, they said something about knocking on the shop door and leaving the key with the manager (would have been helpful to know that ahead of time).I had to make 3 extra trips to the store, it was not worth the savings compared to a different shop. It's clear that they are not set up to handle the volume they receive - which is a shame because it seems like the mechanics do good work. But actually getting your tires installed is an absolute pain.If you absolutely must use Costco tires at this location, then do yourself a favor and order at the store. But even then, I would never recommend anyone buy from this location at least.

Exceptional customer service experience thanks to Alex the Service Manager. Instead of ordering the tires online, I would recommend ordering them in-person with a sales rep. The same rebates/discounts are available.

After checking prices at a few other locations, I decided on Costco Tire Center. Their customer service was excellent and the gentlemen was patient with me and explained all the options available. They worked fast and I had my car the next morning! This was at the height of flat tire/pothole season so I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Nice job!

While I do not typically write reviews, I felt that this one was a necessary precaution to anyone thinking about the tire service. Although, Costco has some great deals for tire installation please be aware that once you order them via their website, they do not update you on the shipment nor delivery of the tires. I have had my tires replaced here twice now and they did not communicate with me at all. This most recent time, my tires were delivered on a Monday, around 3-4 days after I ordered them. Thinking that I should have heard something back from them by now, I decided to check for a tracking number (on a Thursday). And they had arrived earlier that week. In that time, had I known they were there, I would've had an appointment set up and the tires installed. I understand some people probably order tires through them, then have them installed somewhere else, but I feel that a simple email or phone call to state that they were delivered would be ideal. I have an appointment, after I called, which is two weeks after they received my tires.

I ordered my tires and unlike some of the "other" whiners on these reviews, they communicated about delivery, communicated when they arrived, and the appointment app worked fine. There are going to be people that complain because nothing every pleases them so you have to decide for yourself. Yes you have to wait for tires to ship, but if you don't want to wait the 5 days, then spend the extra $150-$200 and go to discount tire.....

I've had several mildly frustrating experiences with them including having to wait a few hours to check a tire with a slow leak, them losing my replacement tire order and having to drive on my spare for a couple weeks which wasn't exactly ideal. But I get it. They're super busy and probably not as organized as they should be, but I paid less for my tires here than I would have elsewhere. But the one star rating and the reason I can't go back is negligence. I had my tires rotated a few days ago and noticed a wobbling feel while driving today. I checked my wheels and found the lug nuts on one of them had all almost worked themselves completely off. They forgot to tighten them at Costco. For the safety of me and my family, I'm not going back. I'm just glad I found it before my wheel came completely off on the freeway.

An exception to the usual Costco consistency. Regularly a 4+ hour wait and they don't know how to estimate the wait. I showed up 15 minutes after they opened when i was turned away the previous day. Was told 2 hours even though they said they would get me in right away the previous day. (Ridiculous when you're 1st or second in line for tires you've already purchased!) Car wasn't ready till 1:30. (So over 3 hours wandering the store in reality) I got a call that they broke a tire sensor. When I picked it up nobody knew anything about it and when they did figure it out claimed they didn't break it. Paid for tire disposal, but they put the old tires in the back of my car. Never got a credit for the tire sensor they didnt replace or the "maintenence kit" for that tire that they didn't use because they broke the sensor. Never again.

If you need tire replaced thru warranty in this store you have to wait 7 business days to have replacement tire to be shipped from the company. No tracking and commitment about the expected date to receive even after 6 business days. 3 times visit I had to spend 6+ hrs in total in stores. Waste of your time buying tires from this store.

We love COSTCO, their rebates, tire service, etc. No need to buy wheels for your snow tires. Swap them seasonally for only $41.00. greatly extends tread life for summer and winter driving, but make sure the nitrogen is at proper psi, and the balancing weights were installed properly. Sometimes you'll see places on your wheel where a weight used to be on a glue strip so make sure they clean old glue off so you won't think you list a weight. Sometimes you will!

Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place. Discount Tire does a far better job and much faster with the same quality and price I will never buy another tire at Costco tire center on 82nd. Worst service ever. In fact, no service. What good is "rotate and balance free for rest of tire life" if you cannot get into the service center. A real shame and disappointment for Costco to be affiliated with.

Great service!! They even took time to clean up some of the present corrosion/rust. I'll definitely plan on using them again.

Really professional service. Great pricing on great quality tires. My visit was for an appointment previously made. Took roughly 2.5 hours. So a little longer than the expectation set by technician by an hour.

Rotating tires takes 2+ hours each time, once they even "unbalanced" my tires and I had to return the next day to get them balanced again. Staff is friendly and helpful but perhaps understaffed? I certainly won't be buying my next set of tires from them. :/ I've had Costco tires on my vehicle for 2+ years and getting them balanced is always a chore and timesuck.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Maybe not the fastest, but they definitely do things right. They balance your tires every time instead of making up some excuse of why you don't need to. I don't usually notice needing it, but sometimes notice the improvement after, so I'm glad they check every time. Plus it's all free for life since I got my tires there (or about the same price as a cheapo oil change place that doesn't balance, for my work van). Most of their employees are also knowledgeable and will notice things like a bad/loose hub and take the initiative to point it out. Which you can trust them on, since that's not something they service or are trying to upcharge you on. These people are professionals, not high-school kids that over-torque everything for the sake of speed/throughput but make it a pain to change a flat. (Like the dealer for my work van)There's no rhyme or reason to how busy they'll be for walk-ins, but you can make an appointment. And I can walk over and buy an ice cream while I wait. So there's that.

Dom, Maggie and Rick took good care of us. After a particularly scary Road Hazard event, we limped to this store on our donut and they got it squared away. Since we were already Costco Tire customers, it was covered by the warranty- we only paid for the difference in tread wear. #customerForLife

Terrible service!!! I purchased tires earlier in the week and they had to have them shipped in. I called to make an appointment which I couldn t do for a week out. I got off work early and called over to see if they had availability and they said their apts were booked but they do walk ins as well. I came over and asked how long it would be and the guy said 1 hour 45 min which I didn t think was that bad. I wandered around Costco and did some shopping. At the 1 hr 45 min mark I went up to check on the status and the guy said anouther 45 minutes!! I was beyond livid because I had an appointment next week and could have waited if only they were honest about long long it would be. I will never get anything done to my car here ever again because of this pain. Who would ever agree to waiting 2 hours 30 min?!?! Terrible service and the guy didn t even apologize or seem sympathetic.

They sell tires, not rims and brake jobs. The men in the store know about tires so their knowledge is valuable to me. I can trust their advice and know they value my time. I had to explain to an angry woman who did know how to manage her time that mounting, balancing and air pressure checking take time to do correctly. I told her I would rather wait in a place I go to on purpose than by the side of some ditch. Then her child yelled something mean to her. It would be called a safe bet to try them out but allow plenty of time for service. If you have a friend, go to lunch or a movie while you wait. Your friend would love to hear from you. ssob

Don't get tires here unless you want to wait 5 hours or more to get them serviced. If I could give negative stars I would.I would spend the few extra dollars and go to discount tire or some other place that cares about there customers. Which is sad because it appears the employees in the store somewhat care about the customers but the tire center could care less.Avoid buying tires here at all costs.

Our experience was prompt and Jarrod was thorough with explaining our options prior to payment and explained warranty in detail. Taking away one star due to selection of tires they had on hand.

These guys are not professional, unlike Costco itself which I always felt a good place to shop . I booked an app over the phone , I came to find out that I have no appointment, Andy in tires insinuated that I was lying to him so I can get my car in .Just as low as it gets .

Patched my tire, made it better than new. Had to wait 3 hours but it was only 10.99 and I got to walk around and eat samples.

Two hours to rotate tires. Not the best service for something that should of taken 15 minutes on a night that wasn't busy. Had to wait in the parking lot with two children and a cart filled with groceries...

Costco has the best road hazzard warranty around. Very necessary on these midwest roads.

Quick, honest, and the cost is right. Just another way that Costco shows they care about their customers.
