Rick wife was a hero. I went in last Thursday and she said they booked for the week but its 1st come first serve. But come back Monday early. I did she helped expedite my service and even offered suggestions. I did have to call back to get status cause i needed car back. That didn't bother me cause Rick test drove and what I thought was going to be very expensive turn out to be a loose connector in my door. They didn't try to overcharge me just the diagnostic fee. Honest folks and will take back again and they are just a block over where I live. Please go see Rick and his wife they will take care of you... pleased customer

Had my 06 Honda towed here after TWO auto shops said they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. Rick traced the problem to a bad key chip, injectors, and battery. He also fixed my front bumper that fell off (I had temporarily had it zip-tied it) due to a cement parking block for no charge! This is the third time I've been there and he always does business in a calm, honest manner! Highly recommend!Services: Battery service, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I had ran over a rock the size of a football it was loud ND bad, they looked at it immediately for me and put screws back in this piece of plastic thsr was totally draggin, and didn't even charge me, they were so honest and just good people in general ! I will Def be bringing g them my business when called for! Thanks so much guy's !

Overall: good with bumps. Rick, the owner, is very nice and maintains excellent communication. I took my '95 Corvette for a BIG list of repairs. Most of them were repaired to new. However, the bumps: 1st) a frontal light wiring problem was solved only after I had to return twice and 2nd) they broke a door armrest, and only after Rick took the matter in his hands (since one of his employees gave a completely unsatisfactory answer), was solved repairing the damage (buying a new part was offered but it was unavailable). But the repairs they did (including the two bumps) are working perfectly, almost a month after i got my car back. Will I be coming back? Why not, it's a good, very clean, honest and dedicated to the client shop, with good reviews that do justice. Thanks for reading.

Rick and his mechanics are amazing. These ambitious people were honest on everything regarding my car, and their pricing was very reasonable.. My 2006 scion tc runs better than a new car fresh out of a dealership thanks Rick!!!!

I've been to the other auto electric shops on Indy's northside, and trust me, this is the one you want. Clean shop and customer area. Got me right in, phoned with estimate before he did the work, and had it ready on time. Efficient and polite people. What more do you want?

They cleaned my EGR valve and also extracted a broken off O2 sensor and got a new one in there and a few other things. They are professional and do good work and have been consistently cheaper than other quotes.

Had a problem with a Vehicle took it to complete auto got to talking to the owner he said he would take a look at what was going on and let me know what the problem was and sure enough they found out what it was fixed it I'm back driving

Turns out to be very arrogant acting towards African American women. Although service itself was done correctly, Owner does not like for women to ask questions...he got offended! I will NEVER go there again.PS. Wife is very RudeService: TransmissionService: Transmission

i had a electrical problem with my rear tail lights they told me it was bad grounds and it needed to be rewired, i had dat fixed for $169.99. the next week same problem took it in again on a sat. they couldnt get me in til tues. and they wanted to charge me another 69.99 for smashed wires dat was supposed to be fixed the first time since u claim u rewired everythang so i refused to pay and said it was suposed to under warrenty so he said discount 30 bucks wat kinda shop are yalll.WILL NEVER BE BACK

Had my car flat beded to there shop. They were suppose to fix my shifter , linkage arm for transmission. This was the only thing wrong with my car. When i got it back my air no longer worked so they fixed that and my car started over heating they said there was nothing can do and i told them i wasnt leaving until they fixed it . his son then started cursing and trfying to fight me, and then called the police on me. Now my car needs a water pump and a new radiator. All this after letting them fix my car.... Wow. Never will you get my money or service again.

Called to ask a question they had me on hold for 10 minutes lost connection called back and they was very rude claimed it wasn't them

I told my fiance about this place and he went with the idea. We were told that the vehicle was ready only to pick it up not even put together. He got stranded not even 8 hours of picking the vehicle up. I don't recommend this place at all
