I think I've already done this, but, I had a new convertible top installed on one of my cars. Claude & Greg's did a great job! This car looks terrific with its new top, which does its job perfectly. I will be going back to Claude & Greg's for additional work in the near future.

A seam on my driver's side front seat came loose and I asked Claude and Greg's to replace the front seat coverings and carpet (which was worn and water damaged). Everything was great, from the person who helped me determine what they could do to help me by offering various options, to the follow-up and the final product I couldn't have been happier. Even though they cautioned before the sale that the carpet fit might not be perfect since they have to form the carpet correctly themselves it looked perfect to my eye. I appreciated the professionalism and quality

My experience overall was poor. I had a custom boat cover made and the quality of the product was excellent, however the customer service and overall experience was really bad. I'm sure there are other companies out there like Smitty's that would have made the same quality cover however with a better customer experience. That being said, I would never go back and have any work done, nor would I ever recommend anyone go here. In fact when anyone asks me about my cover I am going to thoroughly explain why I would never use them. This is really sad because customer service is just as important as product quality anymore. I have a slip at Morse Reservoir and I'm there nearly every weekend of the summer so I talk to a lot of other boaters. BTW, go there in person and don't waste your time getting a phone quote (even if you have detailed specifics) because it's way off. Also be prepared to get a "Total Price", then watch as they charge you sales tax when it comes time to pay. If they can calculate sales tax when it's time to pay, then they can sure as hell calculate it when they give you the "Total Price".

My experience at Claude and Greg's was a good one. I had a question about my top they answered it was very helpful and when I need work done I will go there.

The valve stem broke on my truck and they replaced it in a matter of minutes. Good price and awesome customer service.

Friendly service and after days of research I couldn't find anyone who could beat their prices. Real scookum folks over there.
