I am pleased to provide a succinct yet highly commendable review for this esteemed establishment. The Master Mechanic at this shop combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, resulting in an exceptional service experience.Recently, I encountered an unexpected automotive challenge. Following a pothole accident that necessitated rim replacement and new tires, my vehicle exhibited concerning symptoms. Initially imperceptible, the worn wheel bearing gradually manifested as a disconcerting noise and diminished acceleration. The car's performance resembled that of a precarious toy on the brink of disintegration.Fortunately, this shop was conveniently located and proved to be a lifesaver. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated us with remarkable efficiency, providing service within a half-day notice. Their diligence was evident as they meticulously addressed the issue. Surprisingly, the root cause was not the suspected wheel bearing but rather a faulty caliper with a compromised brake line particles from the pothole had infiltrated the line. Consequently, they replaced the brake lines, installed a new caliper, and performed a precise alignment.Remarkably, a year later, my car remains trouble-free. The outcome of their work truly feels like a miracle. If you seek an automotive service center that delivers excellence without compromise, look no further.

The service department does not even deserve one star, no option to take it off! Recently took our truck in for a recall and an alignment. When our truck was taken NO airbag light was on , and when I called Kevin even said their was NO light on when we brought it in, but when we left, our airbag light is on and the person said it was on before he worked on it which even per Kevin this was a LIE, and since it is now on, was our recall correctly taken care of, will it work when we need it, are my passengers safe?!! We will never bring our vehicles to this facility again, because apparently our safety is not a concern to them! Especially when I called and left 2 voicemails for the manager and NO return call! And when we were promised it would be worked on which we had an appointment for Friday morning and was told they didn t get to it, didn t get it back until Monday. All the way around bad bad service!! Beware before going here for service!!

Love their donuts! They need customers during the pandemic. Please help them out. UPDATE: This business has begun padding customers Bill's with charges for services not authorized. I have had 2 visits where I was disappointed with the service reps. The last visit I had already had a diagnostic somewhere else and knew exactly what service I needed. They quoted me a price of $135. Later, after they had my car in their custody they called me saying it would be $2,000. Plus they claimed I needed struts which, I did not, and wanted another $700 for that and said they needed to keep my car several days. Needless to say I refused to go along with that and took my car home.That was over 30 days ago and my car is running just fine and so are my struts. None of the work they claimed was necessary was ever done.

I have mixed feelings about the service center. I know they have a lot of overhead and costs, but $50 for wiper blade replacement, $250 for rear pads, and $350 for a new battery. They are very nice and explained things, but it truly is amazing anyone can afford a vehicle anymore.

I'm totally blown away by the ineptitude of the guys that have installed a rebuilt engine in my 2018 Cruze in June 2021. The 'certified' technicians' have caused me to return 8 times to fix something. Twice, it had to be towed in! The only star earned in my rating, is for Walter, the check-in man. Too bad he's not the one turning a wrench in the shop.

I had a recall on my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo. They sent me a letter in the mail and I set an appointment for the next day. I went in and they took care of me in no time. Free of charge. Thank you blossom Chevrolet!!!!!!!!!

Came in with check engine light at 79.5k miles. I had already gotten it checked prior, and was told cat converter would fall under 80k mile 8yr warranty. These guys wouldn't even check the diagnostic for me, and then when I said I knew what it is and asked if it would be warranty they say no, emissions warranty is 50k 2yr. Call my uncle that owns a Firestone up and he got my vin and confirmed warranty with local dealership in TN. Call this service group back and they say sorry yes it does fall under warranty. If I listened to these goons then I might have driven my car another 500 miles so they could rip me off on a nonwarranty cat converter. Too bad I can't give 0 stars

They fix your vehicle but if you have something nice inside your car somebody will steal it will not take my vehicle back no more
