It was truly a pleasure to do business with Carmel Motors. The better half and I needed a second vehicle and we knew that we wanted a gently used luxury SUV or sedan with plenty of features, so we stumbled across Carmel Motors via a quick google search.We had an entire day planned out with over 10 lots on the list to visit, but my gut told me to stop at this lot first. The website and vehicle descriptions were fantastic to navigate and thorough.We didn t have the exact vehicle in mind before visiting, so we told Tim what our criteria was and he let us look around the lot without any pressure or hassle. He went above and beyond after we bugged him to test at least 5 different vehicles. After not finding EXACTLY what we wanted and we were on the way out, he mentioned that they just received a Q7 at that exact moment. We tested it and fell in love. It had everything we could ve wanted, low miles, and great condition.Tim was a true pleasure to work with and the entire lot was hassle free and no pressure. Justin was also super helpful with our final sale.We would DEFINITELY recommend visiting this lot, and we will be happy to be repeat customers.

UPDATE April 2024. I just bought my second car long distance from Carmel Motors--another Volvo, this time the XC70 wagon to go with the C70 i bought last winter. This new one has the highest possible level of trim and options, hard to find. Tim Hughes and his colleagues made it simple. I flew out to pick up the car and I was less than an hour in the dealership on a busy last day of the month before i was on my way home, the closing was so simple and non-pressured.

I would like to share some fantastic feedback about my experience at Carmel Motors @ Keystone, where I recently purchased a vehicle. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with warm and friendly smiles and were eager to assist me. This was crucial to me as a customer, and I'm sure it would be to anyone else. Our salesperson, Eric, was professional, polite, and honest throughout the entire process. He worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly, and we were able to purchase a top-quality vehicle at a bargain price. Matt, the service manager, did a thorough job checking the vehicle and ensuring it was working at an optimal level. We got to know and love all the salespersons and new managers at Carmel Motors. Each one showed care and generosity towards us. I highly recommend Carmel Motors @ Keystone for your next vehicle. Lastly, we are thrilled with our Chrysler Pacifica minivan and can't wait for many fun road trips. If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go!

I purchased an amazing truck that fits my family s needs. It had an issue that was not addressed by the team due to a unique situation but Matt (service manager) worked with me and made sure the issue was not only corrected but went above and beyond my expectations. I have never had a vehicle that people stop me to ask about before in my life. I would absolutely do business again with them because of their extremely fair pricing but most of all because of the amazing team that actually care about their customer needs!

We searched for months. Gave up bc every vehicle seemed to have issues. Then restarted our search a week ago.They made it super easy!! Sent me videos of the cars I was interested in bc we were an hour away.Texting back and forth as to what we wanted to see instead of waiting on hold over a phone call Josh Reed did amazing ! We pulled in and he got the bmw x7 m50i out, we drove it. Fell in love. Left to go see one more just to make sure - text him to get it ready that we were coming back to buy. Easy peasy ! Had paperwork waiting when we got back from the bank and lunch - one thing. They can t take a pnc to go open loan check. So we had to go through their financing for the tiny bit we financed . . So keep that in mind if you go through your bank for financing and use a to go loan check. But it was quick and we were out the door after signing within 45 minutes.Love my bmw x7 m50i. Left with a full tank of gas in the beast too!Everyone was compassionate w my having to hurry to get home for our daughters bday party. So they hurried up the process. In all honesty - no one wants to be at a dealership for hours on end. And we weren t !!I d definitely go to to buy a vehicle from again.Love that they text for communication- makes it so easy ! I recently purchased a BMW x1 from Carmel Motors. My husband and I had been shopping around for over a week looking for a new vehicle, and had not had the best experience. I placed an inquiry online and Tim responded promptly and professionally via phone. We scheduled a time to meet and arrived a little later than expected, but when we got there Tim greeted us with the friendliest smile. The experience was top notch and Tim stayed in contact with me constantly. There were a few minor issues with the exterior of the car that needed repaired, so we agreed for them to keep the car for an additional week. Unfortunately, when it was time to pick up the car it wasn t ready at the expected time, but Tim reached out and notified me every step of the way. That was the only negative aspect we experienced. Nowadays it s hard to find good customer service, but Tim exceeded our expectations. I ll definitely be back to do more business with him.Thanks Tim!

Dylan went above and beyond to help me get the deal I desperately needed in a short time frame! It wasnt the typical deal A semi and a car trade in for a Ram Rebel! He helped me a lot!I highly highly recommend going straight to him for any needs you have to get the car you really want!!! 10 stars!!

I have been to many car lots.. Dylan was the friendliest most compassionate salesman.. he made me feel more than just another commission paycheck . And this was the fastest process ever!!!! I do not recommend Carmel Motors. I've had to literally follow up & call them for everything & they seriously drag their feet. Id give a full timeline but my review can only be so long :-( . It took them 40+ days to send me my title, 3 weeks to pay off my trade in & just under 2 months to send me a check that was promised a month ago after they sold me a car missing a sensor that their salesman said would be covered by my warranty. I literally called them every step of the process as my temp tags almost expired before I ever got my title. Cherry on top of this worst car buying experience ever is I've put only just a little over 1k miles on it since purchase & my vehicle now needs all new brakes & shakes when I try to stop & could use tires. 2 THOUSAND in repairs + tires for something I've been driving less than 2 months. Video included is 1 week after purchase straight from a BMW tech.

Just a all around bad experience. I took time off of work because they said the car I was trying to purchase was cleaned up and ready to start the paperwork. When I arrived, I found out that the car hadn't been serviced yet and that they needed a few more days to complete. Lastly, the price of the vehicle was grossly over priced.

Carmel Motors charged undisclosed fees for paint and theft insurance, something that offered us no value. The sales manager told me people despised him as a used car salesman and I honestly did not follow. Now I get it. I trusted him to accurately describe each document as he rushed me through the signing. I have purchased two dozen used cars at least and I have never had a dealer actually take my money without my consent. I made a reasonable request for them to adjust the junk fees/overcharge and they did not even respond. Buyer beware. This dealership leverages every trick in the book to take advantage of their customers. That s my experience.

Everyone at Carmel Motors was so attentive, kind, and really took their time to listen to my needs and wants!!! I am so happy with the service they have provided me!!! Dylan was so awesome , and treated me like a friend rather than just a client.. and got me exactly what I wanted! I will definitely recommend them to all friends and family!

Car buying can be very stressful but Sebastian made it easy. I sent a message about a car I wanted more information on through Carmel Motors website and Sebastian responded. It was well after business hours so I was a little surprised. He gave me the information I wanted and set up a time for me to look it. He had the car ready for me to drive when I got there. It was a must no matter where I went to have my mechanic check it out before I purchased a car. Sebastian came in 2 hours before the dealership opened the next day so that I could take the car to my mechanic. My mechanic found only minor fixes to be done. I took those things back to Sebastian and he wrote into the agreement for Carmel Motors to fix the problems and he even got me a little better price. So now I have a new to me car that I am excited to drive.I am still waiting on Carmel Motors service department to set up my appointment (It s been 2 weeks but they did have to order a vanity part from the car company). If they are anything like sales I am sure I will give them just as great of review.

Sent them an offer based on LBB values.Three days pass - no response.They send a canned email via their CRM Are we meeting your needs? Signed by their sales manager.I respond, Y all are bad at selling cars - review and respond to my offer. Sales manager responds on day four stating I sent an insulting email. Truth hurts I guess.Shop elsewhere for better customer service.

I bought a vehicle from them in February of 2023. The sales person Dylan was pretty nice but bugged me about getting a review. I m glad I waited. The vehicle was used but I had numerous issues with it since I got it. When the transmission went out I called Carmel Motors and they said they didn t have service there. So I was forced to go elsewhere. But the latest issue takes the cake. My car randomly won t start in the morning when it s cold and multiple places had tested all the usual suspect (battery, alternator and starter) and they all passed the tests. I called Carmel to see what can be done and they told me they finally have a service manager. So when I get transferred to the service manager I explain the situation and he tells me it s probably an intermittent electrical and it s not too much they can do even if I take it up there. I asked how do I know this issue didn t exist before I purchased the vehicle? And he had no response. 0 out of 10. I wouldn t trust it and the effort is minimal outside of the sales department. Even though he was only supposed to run my credit for a select lender I ended up with a completely different one and still don t know how it happened.

I had been looking for a car for two months. I have passed Carmel Motors so many times looking like I like their inventory. I decided to look at some vehicles on their website and found what I wanted. I called and asked about the availability and my wife and I stopped by. I test-drove viewed the CARFAX and decided this is the one. The service staff were very friendly and not pushy. Made the whole process easy quick and even detailed and delivered a clean vehicle when I left. Was not disappointed. Thanks, Carmel Motors.

After scouring online for months I found Carmel Motors had the best prices on absolutely flawless vehicles, inside and out. My sales person was Jason Keller and even though I came in for one car, I walked out with something entirely different that had everything I wanted and was comfortable in. We will be checking out this dealership first for our next car replacement.

Eric, the salesperson who worked with me, was extremely professional, very kind, and very easy to work with. First time buyer from nearly 3 hours south and the experience was much smoother and quicker than I d anticipated going in! They have a very close knit friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at ease once you walk through the door. If that doesn t calm your nerves, tack on their competitive pricing! Compared to the market, they have some of the lowest prices for top of the line low-mileage vehicles!I couldn t have asked for a better rep to help me through the process! Tanner was dedicated through the whole thing and worked to get the trade-in value I had in mind so that I could drive off in my GMC Sierra SLT!

Do yourself a favor go to the BBB website, look at their reviews and complaints. The vast majority of these reviewers are Carmel Motors pressuring new clients into leaving reviews the second they purchased the vehicle. This dealership should have their licensing revoked and should never be able to operate in the state of Indiana ever again. I purchased a vehicle back in August of 2018. They promised to fix some items on the car. They sent the car to a bodyshop in a bad part of town. The car was stolen and badly damaged. 15k in damage alone and the items they were to fix in the agreement have not been. Since then Carmel Motors has failed to do anything about it. They ve had every excuse and delay tactic to not rectify the situation. The management and ownership do not understand good business practices. Do yourself a favor, buy a car from a legit dealership and keep driving by when you see this place.

Matt Bland has been amazing to work with!As a sales rep, he has been so efficient and communicative in all matters! I am blown away with his efforts (even after the sales paperwork has been signed) to make my experience with Carmel Motors top notch.He got me qualified with a monthly payment I m comfortable with, test drove the vehicle prior to my visit and found an issue that the dealership is going to fix, and addressed issues/concerns I ve had regarding my financing and paperwork. He has gone above and beyond for me to date, and I m glad to have gotten to work with him!

I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Turbo through Tim Hughes at Carmel Motors. He is absolutely the best! I m about 245 miles from their location so much of the transaction was remote. Tim went above and beyond by answering all my questions and sending me a thorough walk around video. He was absolutely great and a very nice guy. Very impressed with Tim, the staff and the Carmel Motors facility.
