Bought a Mustang here three years ago. The folks at the Service Center have kept her running good since then.Come early, by appointment for better results, to beat the crowd of cars that show up.Bring your phone or something to entertain yourself while you wait.Or you can take a shuttle back home or to your job if need be.

I was unable to bring my car in for service when my headlight went out and Mark in the service dept offered valet service they picked up my car and brought it back and also charged less because it didn't take them as long as it was scheduled to take best customer service experience in a long time

I did not have a very good experience with service here. I made an appointment thinking that would help get the job done faster. I waited 20 days for the day of the appointment to come up. It was the soonest they had. I told the service advisor that I would be waiting there. Even with the appointment, it took them 4 hours to tell me the problem was a bent rim. Then, they wanted me to call someone else who fixes bent rims. I told them to replace it with a new one. Then, it took another 4 hours to replace the rim. I get that there are TMPS sensors and stuff to switch over. But having to be there all day for a bent rim replacement seemed excessive. They charged me for the suspension diagnostic even though technicians notes said test drove it and found bent rim. This solved my worst problem but not other suspension problems. I will go to the other area delayer with a nicer lounge next time. At least that way if I have to be there all day, it'll be nicer.

The lady that checked me in was great. Only issue I have is when I picked my car up it had zero miles til empty when I left it had over 70. Also they managed to put things back together without moving my cords so my aux cord and phone cord both got broke and stuck between plastic and the carpet and they threw everything from my front seat all over my backseat. When in for airbag recall definitely not a place I would choose again.

Dropped off the vehicle and they said it would be done due to having the vehicle for 8 days and show up to pick up the vehicle and they don't have it done. Now understand this vehicle was just in this show for a brake job and they didn't even do the job right and this was a warranty job. This place is a joke if they say it will be done don't believe it. Will never come to this place again...

They fix the recall on my car... Instead of waiting on it to get fix. They gave my family a free ride only if it's 12 miles distance. They also pick me up took me to my car after it was finish

Corey Kopatz is a man who delivers on what he promised. They pulled my car around front when they were finished, really nice personal touch. This is the only Ford Dealership I will use in Indy going forward!!! Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Lack of communication was tough. Took over 4 weeks for my car to be done when I was told 1 week at the beginning.
