I will admit, I was skeptical at first because the date kept changing, but I don t hold it against them because I knew they were waiting on parts. They did keep me updated with any changes that were made. And it s not like I didn t have transportation to get around because I was compensated with a rental vehicle. In the end they went above and beyond to assist me. Im happy with the service and the repairs to my vehicle!

Cameron was my service advisor and he has an amazing welcoming professional personality. The ladies at the front desk are equally sweet and professional. First they work very close with your insurance rental company and do the booking coordination for you. When you show up they call Enterprise and you drop the car and you are off.Their reception area is clean with coffee and even popcorn for the guests.Cameron kept me updated daily via morning texts on what he was doing with my car, what stage it was at and what to expect next. I felt safe, confident and secure in knowing that my car was in safe hands.They also gave me the option to chose what parts to have replaced OEM is what I wanted. And Caliber collisions is also a Honda certified collision shop so I got everything that I wanted.When the car was done I got a call and came picked it up.The process of pick up was pleasant. First the ladies have you go through every itemized charge and sign. You settle your deductible. Then they get your service advisor. Cameron came and gave me a tour of the vehicle and what was done. He explained once again that I had a life time warranty on repairs just like the insurance promised. He is so kind he even helped me haul my stuff from the rental car to my car. They also gave me the itemized bill of the repairs.What is more if you are still sitting on the fence? Caliber cleaned and vacuumed my car it feels like the 6000 miles new car that it is. I highly recommend this business for your repairs. I give them an earned and deserved 5 star rating. Cameron and your team at Caliber, thanks so much for making my car and myself feel at home during a difficult time of transition.

Cameron absolutely restored our car. He was an absolute godsend and blessing. Everyone at this location was so fantastic at keeping us updated. If there was any delay they let us know right away. Everyone was honest and we knew exactly what was going on at all times. Excellent communication

Cameron and the the whole staff were all incredibly helpful and did an excellent job answering my questions and explaining the process. They also helped me deal with the logistics of my rental car down the street, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the repair seems excellent, and I m thrilled to have my car back in such great condition. Not to mention how CLEAN it is! Thank you!

All staff, Cameron in particular, communicated with me kindly and diligently throughout the process. I have no complaints and would recommend Caliber on Shadeland to anyone needing the best job done for a fair deal. My vehicle is good as new. Thanks, all!

Finally picked up my car today after a little over two months in the shop. Andy from the service department and Rachel at the front desk were both friendly and professional. The car looks wonderful. Superb job. Talented body professionals. I would have given five stars except for the length of time. That was a little out of their control so it's all good now the car is home. I would recommend them for the quality of their work for sure.

They did amazing work on my 2018 Mazda CX-5! The customer service was great also! They made sure to notify me every time they touched my car. Letting me know what they were doing step by step. I even got my car back sooner then expected. They made sure to match my car's color correctly so that it wasn't noticeable. The shop even washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back to me. I will recommend this place to everyone that needs body repair.

Would 100% recommend this Caliber Collision center to anyone needing repairs. Everyone from the front office staff to the repair crew were professional and personable. The front office staff were quick to jump in and help when an insurance issue popped up and they knew exactly what to do and who I needed to call to solve the problem. I received regular updates throughout the repair process and my car was ready within the time frame they originally quoted.

I was rear ended at a stop light on July. After going rounds with another body shop that kept my 2022 vehicle hostage for almost 2 months, my insurance company was able to get my vehicle from that shop and recommended Caliber. They were on top of keeping in contact with me and letting me know how the work was progressing. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. I hope I never have to have body work done again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm taking it. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop did repairs on my vehicle after I had an accident. Aside from leaving a large tear in my leather upholstery, my car is now two different colors because their paint did not match. I would not recommend this shop.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I am so pleased with Caliber. My car looks brand new! It s like a deer never hit me!I am also very happy with the communication. Everyone knows how rough it is when your car is in the shop and I felt very at ease knowing each step that was being taken by all of the frequent updates. I d love to shout out everyone at the Shadeland location. The ladies up front went though paperwork with me, and was able to take my rental car back for me. Cameron for showing me my car and going through some of the steps that were taken. It is very nice to have people with great interpersonal communication. It seems many businesses lack in that area, but I assure you Caliber will treat you right!Service: Painting

This place is amazing. They are very polite.. Smile when they greet you. Kept me informed two or more times a week about the progress of my vehicle. My car looks brand new! They even found/ or didn't touch the money in my car. Awesome awesome awesome!!! Very professional from the front staff to the back staff. They stay busy for a reason..
