Love, love, Love this team of AMAZING people!! Brought my Chevy Impala here for damage repair because not everyone can pay attention to the rules of the road! I called Caliber Collision on Rockville Road, and Michelle was my primary point of contact that assisted me with estimates and bringing life back to my precious vehicle! Not once, but TWICE, I brought my vehicle here! Insurance or no insurance, this team makes sure to make you feel comfortable and treat you like family! I would pay cash, and EBT if I could, if I ever had to have another car repaired again to receive the service these folks has provided to me! As a Customer Service representative myself, this team goes ABOVE, & BEYOND to meet your needs . Little to no wait, honest estimates, friendly environment, and they had me a rental as soon as I arrived to drop my car off! Want to have it YOUR WAY . Come to Caliber Collision!! Thank you friends!!! I appreciate you, and so does my Impala!!

Michelle was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. She had my car in and out like that and the repair was and still is flawless. She made sure I understood everything especially not to get the expensive car wash for 60 days to not ruin the amazing work. She communicated well with me and made sure everything was all set for me to be able to get to work on time the following day. I 10/10 would recommend them to everybody everyday out of the week! I LOVE this place. I had a hit and run car accident about two weeks ago, and my bumper was smashed in and just a mess.. I wasn't even sure what else had been damaged underneath. I chose Abra, because my insurance company (State Farm, who is fantastic as well!) gave me some options as far as their select repair shops. Abra was the closest to my house, so I went there. I felt completely at home, and I left my car with them and in just a few days I was able to pick her up, looking better than ever! Jerry made sure I knew exactly what needed to be fixed, answered any questions I might have, and even called me with updates to make sure I wasn't panicking. I hope I never have to go through a collision repair again, but if I do, I'll choose them every time. They are a dream to work with! I have ZERO complaints! I could ramble on, but you get the picture. I'm so so so thankful I chose this shop, and I HIGHLY recommend going to them if you need any kind of repair. Good, honest people. Ask for Jerry, he's one of the nicest people I've ever met, and he made this experience the best I could've asked for!

I could not be more happy with their service. Extra quick repair and my car looks lovely. Thanks Greg for always keeping me updated. Extra shout out to Mike for taking me home, picking me up and shining my baby up! I would definitely use again with no hesitation, although I hope I won't need them anytime soon! LoL

They are liars, they claim I had previous damage to my vehicle, but I never had my vehicle in their shop ever. This was a car accident insurance claim and they lied to make themselves look good to the insurance company so they can get future business. I prove what they did to my insurance company. I don't know the outcome of that but, I had to give them one star in order to post my horror story on this sight. They deserve a -10..

This is our second time using Caliber. They are absolutely phenomenal! From the text message updates to the speed and quality of completing the work, they are an all around fantastic collision center. By far a leader in the industry. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Our truck was in an accident and Caliber was always the best... not anymore. They had the truck for 2 months and after we finally got it back had to take it up there multiple time to have stuff fixed that they messed up. The paint job was HORRIBLE and trim pieces are falling off the truck. Will never go back there.

The staff was very friendly. They looked at my car and recommended what I needed to do to get my car fixed. The were extremely professional and explained everything as they went. I would recommend them to family and friends

Caliber repaired my Dad's car after a pretty major accident causing significant damage. My father is elderly and they treated him with fairness and respect throughout the entire repair process. His car is a fully loaded vehicle and there have been zero issues with the repairs even after 5 months.

Do not take your vehicle here!! I went to pick my truck up 4 times and it was never right!! They put a new bumper on my truck and spray painted it!! They wanted me to come inspect the work after the third time to see if the paint matched!! If you can't tell that without me telling you then you probably shouldn't be doing it to begin with! Had to take to another shop to get it done RIGHT!! These guys half ass the work and hope you don't notice until it's too late!!!

I have to thank these awesome people.......I was on a trip and ended up in a car accident in Indy. Everyone was great at helping me get through this diffecult time, even after my insurance company desided to send my vehicle else where. They did NOT even charge me for storage that my truck sat in their lot. What a great bunch of goid ole boys, TY gentlemen and ladies

Very poor customer service. Was sent here from insurance company and car was never fixed correctly. When called and sent it back they had it for a week and no answer. I ended up taking car to the dealership and they found the problem was with the work that Abra had done. Was told everything was under warranty and even had the dealership call them to let them know what it was and getting the run around. Save your self time and go someplace else.

My window decided to stop working today and was stuck all the way down when I got to work! Thankfully I stopped at ABRA on Rockville Rd and they were amazing! They got my window back up for me and didn't even charge me! Great people and great service! Thank you!

Great repair shop, they worked on my car in the past and fixed it fairly quick thats why I came back for more work. Definitely recommend.

This location is great! They are very friendly and helpful, the front desk associate went above and beyond to help me get my rental when the insurance company messed up on their in. Great customer service!

They charged me $109 for one single bullseye fill. That's the price they quoted me for three fills. The windshield only needed one. Still charged $109. I've done this other places before for $40.

Keep having to bring the truck back for multiple issues/damages/dents/scratches missed. Lack of repairs to the vehicle made from the accident. Still issues/scratches/misalignment with the vehicle that they are not willing to fix.

These guys had my truck for a month and a half to fix my truck bed ,I picked it up and returned it 4 times ,it still was not fixed right after the 4th time had to take it some where else the body work was good paint job.was terrible
