I had the unfortunate luck of hitting a deer and brought my car to burnside to get it fixed. First of all, Stellar work from the entire business! They were very quick to get the car fixed. Shout out to Caleb, He was very professional to work with and the communication the business provided was excellent... Also, the paint crew did an amazing job on the car. The car looks better than before the deer incident... I cannot recommend them enough! Seriously, don't even hesitate to consider them. As seen from the other reviews here, these folks know what they're are doing!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service! I can t recommend this place enough. Caleb ensures that all my needs were met and updated me throughout the repair process. Given the amount of damage on my truck, they were quick with the repair. There were some minor hiccups along the way but overall the experience was great. Hopefully I don t need to have anymore body repairs done in the future but in the unfortunate event that I do, I will continue to choose Burnside.

The experience with Burnside was easy from start to finish. It seemed that my car parts were a problem, but I was always kept in communication. I went from one estimator to another towards the end of my claim. Both were great, but Tiffany really stepped up at the end. She always made sure I was happy and informed. When I picked up my car I noticed the door panel had a deep scratch that wasn t there before. Tiffany came right back out and is making it right. I will definitely be using burnside in the future and recommending it to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was five star, and made the other place that I went to first look like a joke! I went to the Burnside off of Minnesota and dealt with Brian. I believe he is the manager or general manager. When I tell you that the delivery of the vehicle, the pick up of the vehicle that convenience that was offered, the price specifically was better than all of the other places and the business professionalism went over and above. They made me feel like I was family and like I had been there several times before and also made sure that I didn t spend any extra money that I needed to, but also worked with my insurance company Like in an attempt to make everything easier on me. It was epic And I am super appreciative. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to be thorough and explain how over and above they went for me. Thank you so much to everybody at Burnside. It's literally the best place to get your car repaired! I want to give a big shout out to Emily as she literally helped me with my insurance company and everything! Worst experience I've ever had at a body shop. To make a long story short just know that I've seen better paint jobs hanging on the wall inside of a daycare center. Paint bubbles were everywhere!! I also believe they used low quality paint. The fact that they called me to come pick up my vehicle looking worse than when I dropped it off was insane!! They also attempted to gaslight me about some scuff marks that magically appeared on my 5th attempt to pick up my car. (keep in mind on each of my trips to this location we walked around this car 50 x's inspecting it thoroughly due to the previous issues and there were no scuff marks until the final pickup) The "new manager" came out was buffing the scuff marks out as I believe he knew there was no way I would've missed them in my previous trips to this location or the fact that they magically appeared after they took the vehicle back for the final attempt in getting the remaining bubbles out. Just do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

Brought my car here after reading all of the wonderful reviews. I was really anxious about everything it being my first accident (was rear ended) but the staff is amazing. Rich especially was always extremely helpful and friendly and his attitude alone put me at ease. The repairs are flawless! I am very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend this body shop to everyone!

Can t recommend them enough. I was a bit skeptical going here initially, as it was one of the two body shops recommended (aka one of the places I had to go to get a quote) by my car insurance after I was rear ended in a hit and run. I am always a bit wary of insurance recommended things usually. However, when I brought my car in, Nick helped to get it checked in and went above and beyond in pointing out things about my car that I hadn t ever noticed before. He did a thorough exam of the car and helped to determine that ultimately the damage was purely cosmetic. He helped to remove the other cars paint from my bumper and buffed it out, leaving only a few dents. This allowed me to cancel my insurance claim, saving me a lot of money and stress. Ultimately I was able to leave with my car in slightly dented but fully functional form, with my money in my pocket. The honesty was incredibly appreciated even though it resulted in a lack of financial benefit for the shop. I would recommend this shop to anybody in the unfortunate situation of needing repairs!Service: Body & Trim

I just picked up my 2019 Subaru Forrester where I had Body and Trim work completed and was very pleased with not only the quality of the work done but the professionalism, care and kindness that George, Kyle, and Danielle all showed each step of the way. I especially enjoyed the updates on my repairs through texting. AMAZING. I felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process. It was easy and every interaction was fairly quick. These guys have it down pat. They texted me updates the entire time they had my vehicle, and they met their target date for repair. Also, my vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. My car was sent to be repaired at Burnside Express Collision through my insurance company, Geico, after being involved in an accident. My experience with his company has been problematic from the beginning. They initially delayed the delivery of my car by 6 weeks due to "accidentally" deploying all the airbags and causing more damage to the interior of the car.When I received my car, I noticed a chip of paint on my driver side mirror which was . While driving a week later, I noticed a scraping sound coming from my car and realized the bottom panel was dragging along the road. When I took back my car they said they must've forgot to screw in the bottom panel. Soon after this my car would intermittently die while driving. I thought this was a mechanical issue and planned to take it to the dealer the following weekend until the next morning my car failed to start, I called roadside assistance and also noticed that my car's battery terminals were not properly secured causing a loss of power while driving. My car had stopped repeatedly and put me in danger of potentially getting in an accident. After this, the most recent issue occurred after my passenger side window shattered while being parked at my home. There was no external damage and the glass was damaged from the inside. I told Burnside Express about this and they told me to come in two days later as they were too busy to look at it immediately. I believed this would be covered under the signed warranty I received from both Burnside and Geico to cover any damages resulting from the labor or material used during the repair of my vehicle for the life of the car while I still owned it.When they finally checked my car, they opened my door panel and noticed there was no external impact that caused this damage. I was told they had contacted the glass vendor and were expecting to have this replaced under warranty. Because they had opened my door panel, my shattered window was held up by tape which eventually caused it to slip leaving a wide opening. After trying to contact the manager Andy, for three days, I received a call from them stating the glass vendor wouldn't cover the damage and was told I would have to pay to have the glass replaced. I am a salesman for my company and this has made it difficult to drive to customers with a shattered window barely holding up and with glass shards flying off after going over the smallest of bumps on the road.I would expect better service from a company that charged over $12,000 in repairs. I do not believe the reviews others have given this place.

The best experience hands down. I am unbelievably happy about how my car turned out. Kyle was amazing he helped so much and kept me posted on my cars repairs 2 times a week. They got my car in and out so fast.

Wonderful experience with Burnside. I had a hood painted and installed on my Mustang. Ever since I walked in the door they were great. Friendly and very responsive. I never once wondered where my car was in the process because every morning I recieved a text from them explaining the plan for that day. They were very talented and my car looks great. Any other modifications to my car will be done here. A big thank you to the people at Burnside!Service: Painting

I originally selected this body shop because it had great reviews. Please do not fall for the hype. Unfortunately, I was unable to experience the services because I just couldn t get past the receptionist. She left a bad taste in my mouth so bad I refuse to send my vehicle there.The receptionist was absolutely rude disrespectful and lacked professionalism and as the forefront for the company and the first person that you experience or embrace when trying to book services, or inquire about the progress of your vehicle she is just not it. THEY Burnside collision just simply needs to seriously get someone else to do it. If you just don t like your job quit IF ITS TOO MUCH TO HANDLE EACH CUSTOMER WITH CARE OR WITHOUT PREJUDICE and or you re not capable of rectifying, the situation in the terms of the customer is always right then you ll always be wrong and not a good fit for my dollars. I wouldn t send my childs hot wheels into this Establishment, however Caliber collision for the win and their receptionist and staff was amazing.

I ve brought my car to Burnside twice now and will continue to bring my car here for any future repairs. Everyone I ve spoken with has been very nice and great to work with. Having Enterprise on site for rentals makes the process so much easier as well! Both times I ve gotten my car back I ve been extremely satisfied with their work. It looks brand new, inside and out! Thank you guys so much for the great work!

I chose burnside because they are the best in the business! The whole experience was quick, seamless, and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and super friendly. The repair work done on my vehicle was impeccable and made car look as good as new! They even cleaned out the inside as a bonus! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else, and will definitely refer anyone else needing repair work!

Since I first called them about repairing my Infiniti, it has been a positive experience. I went with them because another collision repair shop wouldn t be able to take me until May. They originally scheduled me in like middle of March. They called me a week before saying they had a sooner availability which I took. I had problems with my rental car agency and the lady at the front desk made a call for me to help me so I wouldn t be stranded but I just went with another rental agency because they were already bringing my car. The expected finish date wasn t until the end of March but they got done sooner a week earlier. They did a great job on getting my Infiniti looking back to normal. They even courtesy washed and cleaned it out. Sometimes u don t know who to trust with ur vehicle especially when u have a foreign car because u want someone who knows what they are doing without a shadow of doubt. I am very happy I chose this collision center. The communication was great, the rental car pickup/return was a breeze and my car looks awesome! They got it done in the timeframe they quoted, and I never had to wonder about the progress because I was updated on the status multiple times a week. The staff was nice and my car was super clean and detailed when I picked it up! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

For one these guys are amazing! I want to start off saying that i have never had a better warranty through any shop before until i came to theirs. They came to pick up my car while i was at work and brought it back before i got off. They ordered the parts they needed for my car so they got it in and out with no problems. On top of everything they have done for me they also cleaned out my car. I never asked them to do that but they did it anyways. They truely go above and beyond for their customers and that's something i can appreciate. Thank you again guy and sorry for your loss!!!

Brian and Samantha are true professionals. Not only do they know their stuff, but they are incredibly customer-centric. Brian had me out of there in minutes and provided timely updates throughout the process. The shop is amazingly clean. Samantha delivered my car to my apartment and drove back my rental for me. Incredible service.

I honestly can't tell you how they paint, but I can tell you how they handle a difficult situation.My daughter's car was rear ended. Looked minimal, with a torn and mis-shaped bumper cover. Upon disassembly, they found more damage than the car was worth. I told them I would be keeping the car, as it is drivable, and asked them to do their best to put the bumper cover back on. When I arrived to pick up the car, it looked like it had been washed, the bumper cover was reinstalled to look as good as it could. Someone spent some time on this to make it look that good. No rattles.Excellent treatment, even for a "write off" car.I'd certainly take any of my vehicles there.Thanks for the great service Kyle.M-

My car was backed into and they gave me an estimate and did the repairs. Very professional and easy to work with, comminuted very well, and had a good price point.
