This was one of my greatest experiences in car buying. Mohammed was understanding and caring. He made sure I found what I wanted and tried his best with Wendy to get me the best deal possible. And if we re talking about Wendy, that s the lady go to. She has a different banks numbers in her cell phone to make sure does she call favor or negotiate the best of her ability. After I got approved, I jumped in the car, I was so fulfilled with driving away with a vehicle and payment that I was not afraid to commit to.P. S. I stole Mohamed s Adidas cap and he didn t even care as long as I was happy and that s what you talk about when you re saying that you re building family not just business.

Purchased a 2018 Chevy Impala from Brownsburg Imports at a great price. They were very upfront about previous damage to car prior to repairs. I had my mechanic inspect the car and was happy to hear car was repaired correctly and nothing missing. Salesman and Mohammed were very nice and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend checking them out if in need of nice vehicle at a great price. To be honest, I did receive a 90 day powertrain warranty from 3rd party with purchase but their reviews are horrible and hopefully won't need to use it. Thank you!

I purchased a Range Rover Sport from Brownsburg Imports & would highly recommend them. At the time of purchase, Moe let me know that there was a suspension issue & that 2 of 3 parts had been installed & the third was to arrive in a few days. He let me know that the light hadn t come back on & it might not even need the third part, but if the light came back on that he would install that free of charge. Of course on my drive home in the truck, the light came on. I setup a time to bring it back the next week once he received the part they installed it but it did not fix the issue. He could have simply told me that I bought an as is car & he installed the part he said he would & that the repair was on me. Instead he ordered another part that his mechanic advised should fix the issue. Unfortunately it did not again, he ordered the final part that has to do with the suspension & replaced it.Things happen & Moe totally understands that & stands behind what he sells. I respect him greatly for this & will definitely purchase another vehicle from him. Most definitely a stand up guy who runs an excellent business.

I bought a rebuilt vehicle from Brownsburg Imports, it was a great price and I did know it was rebuilt. I did have an issue with the vehicle 30 minutes after leaving the lot. This was very concerning but they reassured me they would take care of the problem. I brought the car back to them and they fixed it that day. They re very honest and know what they re doing.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Range Rover from Brownburg Imports! Wendy and Muhammed (aka Moe) are very professional. Both were knowledgeable and made the purchasing process easy. After leaving Moe encouraged us to reach out with any questions or maintenance concerns and was very prompt in his response. I would for sure recommend anyone looking for good, reliable vehicles to check this business out. If you aren't looking for yourself...tell a friend or relative.

We bought a 2018 Dodge Ram at a good price with very low miles. It did not have a jack in the truck, so they even said they would provide us one in the near future. Very helpful and up front about the trucks damage and repairs

We came in very discouraged after not finding a car we liked in our budget and Wendy & Mo immediately fixed us up!! Mo was awesome at explaining all the new stuff he had added to the car and very honest with the things that had been fixed due to a prior accident. I had no doubts about the car and all of the cars on the lot look like they re maintained excellently!!Wendy was so helpful working out a deal for us and patient when we were having some numbers issues. Mo was constantly checking up on us and showed us lots of cool features. I m so happy with my car and I m really glad we ended up at Brownsburg Imports!!

Just purchased a Nissan Murano, Muhammad was honest about it being rebuilt and the repairs he did and was willing to work with me on, in order to get a fair deal for both of us.Wendy was on point with the process, she knows her stuff!This company in my eyes wants to do things right, that's why so many people rate them high!Muhammad is a man who works his life passion, congratulations to him and team for running a business that wants to do it right for customers!Not a 5 Star ranking, very difficult to get in my book.

As a first time buyer, the process went extremely smoothly. When I found the vehicle, there was no extensive wait for a response on it s availability. Once arriving at the dealership, it was a seamless process from inspecting the vehicle, to test driving, to placing a hold on the vehicle, to going through the buying process. Every question we asked, Muhamed was prepared to answer and I appreciated his willingness to resolve issues we brought up. Muhamed ensured we had a discount on four new tires for my vehicle, and also offered to fix the radio and install an underbody splash guard free of charge.Prior to buying, I test drove the vehicle to my mechanic, and he acknowledged the quality of the vehicle and recommended I purchase it. It s been three months since I purchased my vehicle and it s truly an amazing car. You will notice Muhamed s attention to detail in the vehicles offered on his lot.

Great customer service and high integrity found here. Mohamed took care of me and my son as we were looking for his first car. Worked with us to get what we wanted in the price I wanted. Took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we were happy. Would definitely refer others and will be back.

My husband and I have foreign vehicles and were in search of an auto shop that could repair his vehicle when his engine light came on. Omar got us in the day we called to look at the car and diagnose. The next day his car was ready. 2 days later the engine light did come back on, we contacted Omar and he told us to bring it back in. He was able to repair the car by the end of the next day and kept us updated on the status of progress for the repair to whole time. Our vehicle has not had any problems since then and we will return to his shop to repair our foreign vehicles.

Very good experience! We have been looking for a new car for our college age son. Due to the selection and positive reviews, we had been looking at this dealership for a while. When we found a good fit, we stopped in and were not disappointed! Muhammad is easy to work with, no high pressure, like many dealerships. Whole transaction was easy and quick. Would highly recommend!

Awesome service, I bought a 2013 Ford Focus Titanium. Awesome price. Was very transparent about the check engine light. He said it was the o2 sensor. After getting it replaced no more check engine light. Also transparent about the car being rebuilt. Offered a great price for all things considered and the car has ran great. Awesome dude, Awesome dealership.

I in general don't like going to dealerships, but this was the best experience ever. No sales pressure. Mohamed made this transaction an actual pleasure. He is very friendly and kind. Plus I got a good car at a great price. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience. The man was friendly, helpful and patient. He pointed out the car's flaws upfront. He gave me a fair deal, worked with me on the price. I took the car home next day with title in my hand.
