Bought our first camper today at Blue Compass!!! Todd Knott was our sales guide and he did an excellent job working with us by answering our questions and not rushing us through the process. Fantastic customer service, he called us to make sure we got home okay after driving it home from the dealership! Highly recommend working with him :)

Our experience with Kaleb was outstanding. He had great communication, and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering all of our questions. Kaleb was also extremely patient with us while we took the time to prepare for our camper purchase, and never once pressured us. He also had us work with Jamie during our finance process, and Jamie made that experience stress free by doing all of the work for us! We will definitely be working with Kaleb and Jamie again in the future! A wonderful, and smooth process!

By far, the worst company I ever attempted to do business with! These guys literally tried to force me to buy a camper without even looking at it..Every person I talked to there from the guy over the phone, to the sales guy, to the general manager all lied directly to us. In the store, they lied directly to our face! I told them I was interested in the camper as long as I could verify that everything worked and that I would come down there to see. I asked them to have it hooked up, and they said they they would have it ready. When I got there and asked to see it? They said it was back in service.I said i'm not gonna buy it until I see it and they said absolutely. Then they told me it was going to be about another hour in service and that I could not go back there, but I should go ahead with finance. I said I don't want to waste time and finance if the camper is junk, and then I decide not to buy it. They again assured me that I would be able to check out the camper once I completed the finance paperwork and they would be done servicing the camper. When I sat down with the finance guy Jamie, we had to change all of the financing because it was nothing like we had agreed to over the phone but he was willing to do that, as if it was a favor to us. However , before we started , I told the finance manager that I did not want to waste his time or ours because I had not looked at the camper. He also said we would have an opportunity. When we came out of finance magically , the camper was done being serviced, and they were bringing it around for us to hook up and leave. I informed them again that I had to verify that the camper was in working order and that it needed to stay connected back in service so I could check it out. They then said I could not go back to service and the paperwork I had signed. I agreed I was buying the camper as is.The general manager, John, then raised his voice to me in person, stating I am the one that agreed to the terms. They said if I would pay their customer prep of almost seven hundred dollars, it is the only way I could inspect a unit before purchase. This would be like buying a car and the seller telling you you could not test drive it.After after a heated verbal exchange, I made them shred the contract in front of me. Because after so many lies, I was worried about them putting something on my credit. This is by far the shadiest place I have ever attempted to do business with. When I told the sales person, Logan, he should not tell someone over the phone That they can come in and look at the camper, the general manager, John grabbed the sales person and told me not to talk to him and that we were done. He and the salesperson went into the office and shut the door. I could go on with additional details, but all I can tell you is every person we spoke with, flat-out lied, and it blows my mind that anyone would go and purchase something like this without being allowed to look at it. Buyer beware is not harsh enough. I would say avoid these crooks at all cost!

I work for an RV repair shop in CT. I am new to this industry. We have dealt with a lot of dealers in the past. Toni has been unbelievably helpful and responsive to any questions we have! She walks me through the order process, is easy to connect with via email and phone! I really feel she goes above and beyond!

I was having trouble finding a part for a rooftop air conditioner that was damaged, I called the parts department and spoke with Toni. After several texts back and forth it was determined that the part was "not replaceable" by Dometic and could not be sourced. Toni was very professional and thorough. I've been in the parts business for over 20 years and it was nice to have someone willing to take the extra effort to try and help. WELL DONE!

PSA - in case you were wanting to purchase a camper, DO NOT USE BLUE COMPASS RV!!My husband and I bought a BRAND NEW camper last year and they have had it fixing it longer than we have had it in our possession!!!They have had our camper this time around since November 1st and we still have yet to get it back!! Also, when we ask when we will be able to get it back they either do not answer or say that they don t know !!!We also offered to just do an even camper trade out since there is SO MANY things wrong with our current one and they said we need to directly contact the camper company ourselves. However, Forest River NEVER answers the phone and Blue Compass refuses to help us make any sort of contact with them! The only person that is helpful in that company is the service manager Troy and he is GREAT, but can/is only doing so much to help our case!!Absolutely furious!!!

I would give blue compass RV a 10/10 with great hospitality fabulous communication and going about and beyond to help my family find a great camper! Our salesperson was Mike he helped us look for exactly what we wanted. He exceeded our expectations of a salesperson! We was looking at a 2023 reflection and was unable to get financed but the store manager found a 2020 unit in Cincinnati well within our budget and everything we wanted in a fifth wheel camper. The service staff did an excellent job in the demo with explaining everything in detail to us as first time campers. I would recommend blue compass rv to my family and friends to Mike. If blue compass rv is around us in 7 years we will be going back when we trade in our camper.

This Dealership is Awesome!!! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a Travel Trailer to buy it from Blue Compass. The Customer Service is Top Notch, as well as the Service Department! We have never been treated this well at other Dealerships.

Andrew and Rebecca did a great job with my friend Timo today. He came to pick up an Airstream and though they don't work on them too often, my friend said they were very professional and took excellent care of him. I would recommend Blue Compass Indianapolis to anyone, 10 of 10.

Our salesperson, Jason, was very personable. He's humble enough to admit when he didn't know something, and found someone to answer the question. They have a wide selection of models.

Worked with Jason Walther to try and find us a new camper. Jason worked really hard over a few weeks to try and find something that met our exact specs which was a little hard since it meant used to get in our price point. While they didn't have anything that would work for us I would highly recommend Jason if you're looking to buy.

I cannot say enough good things about Colerain RV. My husband was being deployed to Louisiana because of the hurricane and he found out over the weekend that if at all possible he needed to have his own housing. We had a small popup camper but it would not work for more than a night or two.We walked into Colerain Monday morning and from the moment we arrived they did everything they could to help us. From showing us exactly what we were looking for to making the financial part easy to prepping the unit so that we could drive it off the lot that day, they were friendly, courteous, and absolutely professional.Colerain, you have customers for life. We love our Cora the Camper.

Do not try to repair anything there. They tried to sell me few cents service for the price 2 men work x 8 hour day. Appeared on top of it they had no idea what they were doing. One time I found people there, who actually knew what to do, next time I tried to find them- could not. While was asked to pay 1 hour rate, just to let unprofessionals tell how much will it cost to use their service" almost $200 for nothing...By the way, if you will check some of the responses from company to the reviews, some more likely were generated by AI, so the company did not care about your review at all.Years ago nice salespeople and parts services: appeared they never were able to complete the job. It's not salespeople fall, that the RVs they were selling not too good.Last week received call from this deallers, stated they had "huge" sale. When called back, the guy answered, offered me to "stop by" to see, and refused to tell what their "great sales" were, not mention, the address, he gave, was the different from what we have on Google side.Change the name, does not mean it would be better

Without a doubt the worst maintenance shop I have ever dealt with. Bought a 22 Solitude S-Series, of course had many problems, worst yet, this place will not go to bat for you with issues that are under warranty and then after having it for 2 months did not fix at all what was wrong, first time taking the rig back out had to call in a mobile repair in to fix the water problem, he found it in 10 minutes. Take your rig somewhere else or go with a mobile unit. Use them at your own risk!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Their parts will never let me know when you re parts are ready for pick up. The service department manager is good and a couple of the mechanics are great however the girl that answers the phone can be not only rude hateful and lies. We bought a camper led to believe it was a 2024 which it s not it s a 2023 which is our fault for not looking carefully at the paperwork and it had problems from the start. Missing blind in the living area finally got it after 3 months the skylight in the shower was broken and every time it rained luckily it leaked in the shower. Refrigerator door lock didn t work and first time out doors flew open refrigerator tipped forward dumping everything in the floor told us they were going to give us a different lock which never happened so we bought one that works out of pocket but now the refrigerator is making weird noise shower seals leak and get floor wet due to the frame was never installed correctly. Door to the camper is hard to close and we were told all campers have the same problem. ( B.S. ) has 2-3 windows that you can t get open. I believe that one of the slides is out of wack. So as you can see I would stay as far away from Colrain and Blue Compass as possible give them 1star which that s really to high. Very disappointing to spend that much money for a lemon and then get totally ignored

Had to look for a part to fix someone's furnace in the cold and even though there parts department was closed they still let me see if I could find what I needed. Unlike camping world. I can tell you I will never return to camping world again. And as a tech I will refer people here for specialty rv parts. Camping world has lost all my business and referrals to this place.

Can't leave a 0! My husband and I arrived and was not greeted by anyone. No big deal really, we knew what we were looking for. When we had found a few we liked then we found someone to ask some questions. Todd pretty much told us we couldn't afford to be there. We were dressed in jeans and band t-shirts and both have several tattoos. Well Todd, I'm guessing you work on commission. We could have purchased a camper out right with cash in hand that day. Don't judge a book by its cover, especially if you don't know the cost of tattoos and band t-shirts. We went down the road to camping world and made a purchase same day.

If the high pressure sales and car dealer psychology is what you like, this is the place for you. Honestly, I know some people like it, but it wasn't for us, especially the threat that they couldn't give us a price if we planned on going somewhere else. We got a better deal at a small family owned lot without using any information from them, including their price. As others noted, they have a ridiculous $600+ fee for prep and $250 document fee and they stretched the truth about the warranty. Just FYI for future buyers.

Fantastic experience! Salesman, Kaleb was very helpful , friendly and took an enormous amount of time showing us every RV I wanted to look at and guiding us to one s we might like. We found the perfect fit at an incredible deal.Michael, the finance guy, was just as great. He explained everything in detail and helped us make the right choices that will fit our needs. When doing our final walkthrough, the service department was A+! This isn t our first rodeo with RVs but it was a first with the service we received I was impressed with everyone that was involved with our purchase! Thanks for a great experience!!!!

We recently purchased a Class C motorhome and they are amazing to deal with! We took our first trip out and our grey tank fell off. It wasn't covered by our extended warranty but John and Jennifer took care of us! They knew we had not hit anything and realized things happen. They wanted to make sure we were treated with respect and to make sure we had a good experience with Colerain. Both were easy to work with and are getting it done in a timely manner! We are so glad we purchased with them!

The worst ever. Pay way too much for inspection, prep, and delivery. Wasn't cleaned at all. Lights out inside. Was given a $50 credit to use there. Canceled the extended warranty. Was told 6-8 weeks to receive the refund. Almost 11 weeks now and still nothing. I've talked to the people in finance, the office manager and tried to talk to Brandon the manager. I tried the corporate office but it's just an answering machine. Next will be the courthouse.
