They do fantastic work and Kyle Pajak kept me informed multiple times a week on everything about my truck. He didn t sugar coat anything since the day I dropped my truck off. Very informative and clear communication. The process as a whole took a minute due to it being a new truck, getting the right parts ordered, and getting my insurance to do multiple estimations, but Kyle kept me informed and got everything done as fast as possible. Thank you and highly recommend this place as I have no regrets.

I got my baby back, repaired, Shining and smelling good. The left front corner and fender was damaged and as you can tell in this picture, the repairs were done wonderfully, and my metallic blue paint job was perfectly matched. Overall the front office area people and working with Enterprise located there was a good experience. However when it came to my estimator- Kyle Pajak, he is the reason if another accident occurs I will never be returning to Blossom.He does not have any type of communication skills within his customers- they broke a part fixing my car on a Tuesday and it took me having to call over and over until Friday for him to finally give me a call back. This process delayed my car in general. When I finally received my car back- it was not cleaned at all. Nothing was wiped off, stuff in my trunk was all shoved up AND the back bumper had a gap on it where I could see my fingers through it on the underside.Having to go back yet AGAIN to get this fixed but do not have any positives to stay in regards to Kyle Pajak or this whole experience- especially for it being my first accident.

My repair at Blossom Collision was seamless. My contact, Terrell, explained the work that needed to be done and gave me a timeline which he was able to complete the work. The office staff was friendly and fast. I appreciate the craftsmanship and the delivery of my vehicle in a timely manner. I am hopeful I don t need more body work done in the future. However, I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to other GM owners.

I recently took my car to Blossom Collision for bumper repairs after it was hit from behind. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Seth Burleson handled my repairs. He explained all that needed to be done and exactly when to expect my car back. The repairs look Great! Completely happy about my experience with Blossom Collision and recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. Hopefully I don't need repairs anytime soon, but I know where to come!

The bodyshop did an exceptional job on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe! I took it in for 2 scratches on the driver door and they were able to make them disappear. I am so happy how it came out. They went above and beyond. My Tahoe was all washed and the interior detailed. They even provided me a loaner. They originally estimated 4 days but had it done in 2 days. I got to meet Mr Blossom! I highly recommend this place. Great customer service!

Excellent communication, transparent pricing, and great staff! Kyle took care of my car and walked me through what repairs they would be doing as well as what the anticipated costs would be. The front desk staff were always helpful and even the on-site Enterprise assistant manager provided excellent customer service! This was my first (and hopefully last) collision as an adult so I wasn t sure what to expect but the entire staff made this process a seamless one and provided quality repairs and service! Would highly recommend for any needs!

Blossom Collision Center really helped me and my family out! My brand new vehicle was hit and Joe got me in super fast- through the whole process Bob was extremely communicative and kept me in the loop at all times. First time being in a accident and had an amazing experience with Blossom Collision. Seth was in charge of helping throughout the repair process and I cant say enough about how helpful and communicative he was throughout the process. Seth and the folks at Blossom treated my car like theirs and got it back looking amazing! Highly Recommend these folks!

Car looked great! There were some delays, but Crystal kept us updated weekly! We appreciate all the work and communication. Even after we got the car, we thought the light was foggy, Crystal was willing to work us back in and make it right! It ended up going away on its own. Appreciate all the help and how great it looked after!

Excellent experience with the Blossom team. They took great care of me after my accident and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Great communication about my vehicle status during repairs and they even finished early. Highly recommend their service!

Five stars are honestly not even enough for this establishment. Bein in a car accident is never fun but these folks made the whole process a breeze. From the day I scheduled my appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle I was treated with kindness. They were very helpful and kind, answered any and all questions I had during the process. Devon kept me updated and I NEVER had to call to ask about the progress, Devon was on top of it. I dropped my vehicle up and had my rental car there waiting as they have an enterprise conveniently located inside the building. Once Devon called to let me know my vehicle was ready I picked it up same day and they swapped me out with ease. I might also add that they even detailed my car!! That was just the icing on an already phenomenally sweet cake!! Thanks again to EVERYONE at Blossom for taking care of a now lifelong customer. Stay Blessed!!

Seth did keep in contact with me but on that previous Friday he said it just needed to be cleaned and looked over. So I was hoping I get it back Monday morning, but they didn't tell me to come get it until almost 5 pm. By that time I had to pick my daughter up from daycare by 6pm and her school is on the west side of town, it was 5 o'clock rush hour traffic, its a 30 minute drive. I tried to fit in it got there around 5:20 pm and was told he had to put the license plate lights in. I had to leave to get my daughter before 6pm, I couldn't wait.I came back Tuesday morning, there was a balance left of 97.25 since my card only took part of 500 deductible. I gave the Cashier 100.25 to get back a solid $3 she told me that it was 2.75 then asked if I was alright ? If I was ok ?

Kia boys tried to steal my car but didn t get it. Terrell did a great job fixing my steering wheel column at reasonable price. Highly recommended this place to fix your car. Thanks Terrell!

Never get your vehicle in time when promised. They might or might not clean your car up. Mine was not. They might put everything back together the way it was, or not. Don't ask for any favors either like getting the battery replaced on the FOB when they have your vehicle for 3 weeks! Only went here because of geico insurance company connection. Will use Caliber Collision from now on.

I can not thank Blossom enough for fixing my vehicle. They were so fast and friendly. My favorite part, I didn t feel like because I was a women they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They explained everything to me so perfectly, I think my toddler could have understood what all they were going to do. Thank you Blossom Collision for getting my baby back on the road! Hopefully I won t need any repairs any time soon but when I do, I know exactly where I am going!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Crystal in the Body Shop was Amazing. After someone hit my car, we had Insurance take my Car to Blossom to be repaired. Crystal, and the entire Blossom Team was Very Communicative and went over the top for me to make sure my 2020 Honda Accord looked as it did when it rolled off the Factory Floor. Crystal even went to bat for me when the at Fault Party's Insurance Adjuster had the wrong headlight and tried to justify that they were right and my car had the wrong headlights on it.I hope I never have to use ANY Body Repair Shop ever again, but, If Life happens, I will FOR SURE take any of my cars back to Blossom to repair my vehicles again!I Also want to give a shout out to the ladies behind the counter for treating me with great respect and humanity during a difficult time. Also want to Give a shout out to Ed, who also helped me with some concerns I had when Crystal was helping another customer.Thank you Blossom!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
