I'm sad to say I'm writing this review from another toyota service center.I've been going to this location since I bought my car in 2017. They're customer service and quality of work has always been consistently high. I'm disappointed to say I experienced a lapse in that quality.6 months ago during routine service I had a number of items reported back that could use replacement/repair. I decided, since they weren't urgent, to simply save up and do it next time. However, when I recently went in for my regular appointment nothing was reported back to me as requiring attention. I inquired and was told we could "take care of those next time." It seemed off to me given the last appointment's recommendations. Additionally, they were pretty busy but seemingly without people, and ultimately i felt like my car hadn't even been inspected. To their credit I received a phone call that day asking about my experience. I let the person know what happened and was informed the GM is doubling as the Service Manager. I've worked with dealerships in the past and can say those two jobs are both distinct and demanding. Again, as a credit to them I was invited back to get some of the previously recommended replacements done free of charge (filters only). I very much appreciate the follow up calls and quick action on the part of the GM to try to fix the situation.Unfortunately, one of the items needing replacement was my 12 v battery. It was well past the 5 year mark and, according to the AAA roadside assistance guy who just jumped my car, was something they would have noticed and should have mentioned upon inspection. Instead, I ended up stranded away from my home, calling for roadside assistance, and am sitting in the service lounge of another dealership writing this review. Here's the thing. I'm disappointed about my experience at Bill Estes Toyota Service. Maybe it was just a bad day, maybe they're just understaffed and overworked like the rest of us. I don't know. But when it comes to cars most people can follow the guidelines for vehicular service BUT we are completely reliant on professional technicians to detect/resolve any and all service needs. Furthermore, we have to trust they are actually doing the work. Otherwise, someone might get stranded on his/her day off or something much worse...I don't know if my experience represents the norm. But what I do know and want to express is my loss of trust. Who knows how many things were missed in the past, recommended without necessity, or simply weren't performed up to standard. I have a lot of trust in the Toyota brand. But I'm sorry to say I've lost my trust in this particular dealership.I'm sure they can do better, and I hope they work to improve for everyone. One bad day and one lost customer is nothing compared to the loss that would be incurred should my experience be part of a larger, more systemic problem resulting from poor leadership, lack of training, understaffing, or an overall lack of quality control on the part of the Toyota Corporation.

I have taken my scion here for years for oil changes and service.I have noticed quality of service has depleated. The last oil change I had they didnt check any of my fluids and my antifreeze ended up being practically empty. It makes me question if they actually changed my oil that i paid them to do.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I purchased a Toyota in 2023 from a man who bought it from this dealership brand new in 2022. After taking it to dealership for the 10,000 mile service check, the Toyota worker told me that everything was changed over in the system to reflect my name.Yesterday (6 months later) a tire blew, and Toyota refused to honor the tire warranty (good through 2028), saying that the warranty was still in the previous owner s name. Doug and Adam were the two associates names. Even after much discussion, they refused to honor the warranty and made me pay full price for the tire.Very poor customer service, particularly for a company as large as Toyota who should have been able to honor the warranty that is in place through 2028. Extremely disappointed and will likely take business elsewhere.

The people are polite and very professional. The shop is always clean and they have free coffee and snacks. They also do the multi-point inspection.

I experienced three different times when I was ignored entering the facility. Their process is to have you enter the service area and remain at your vehicle until a tech comes to you. I sat each time as each of the techs literally skipped over me and went to vehicles that entered after me. I noticed that this consistently happened with women who entered. The last time, I was on the phone with my husband, and he asked to speak to someone. They told him, "we are doing the best we can. We are short staffed." This has not always been my experience with Bill Estes, so I am very disappointed that this is happening. I'm not sure if leadership has changed or what, but I certainly miss the old days...

Disappointed, I had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago. They made the rotation of my tires and then they told me that I needed new tires. Why the would rotate them if I m going to replace them anyway? I paid for tire rotation and I replaced the tires after my appointment because they didn t have the original tires, anyway they made me pay for a service that was not needed.

Had my son's car towed there and it must have been fun for them getting it into a bay to repair. Sami's service was top notch, though, so no complications from me. Glad they got the car running again and better per my son. Would highly recommend them.

Had the best experience with Butler Toyota! Got my 2016 Camry SE at the beginning of March with the help of Victoria and I still absolutely love it!! If you are looking to buy a new vehicle and get great customer service the whole time Victoria is the one to go to. I will always be a loyal Toyota customer. Thank you Victoria & all the other employees for a great experience!

Paper said complete synthetic oil change for $39.95 NOPE!!! $19.95 shop supplies charge. So beware Bill Estes Toyota is not upfront and honest. We even showed the flyer and the tech never said anything. Not going there anymore!

They are professional and helpful. Their waiting room is set up so you can work remotely if needed.Edit: They were helpful until it looked like they needed to cover something that they missed in the inspection. Two months later, my car still isn't fixed because they keep cancelling or failing to order the part. They never call back when they say they will.Service: Brake service & repair

They gave me a loaner car for free while they had my car, which made this place a big improvement over other places I could have used. It was 4 days worth of work to my 2010 Corolla (this was expected). My toddler threw up in Sami s waiting area and staff were totally gracious about it - much appreciated!

Went in for a tire light. They found out both back tires had nails in them. Went back the next day and had those replaced. I was there for 2+ hours and they forgot about me until I walked out to check status. The person who helped me had already went home. Issue was due to lack of communication. I had to go back the next day because they still couldn't get the light to go off after replacing both tires. However, they allowed me to drop my car off and put me in a rental until the next day so they could fix the issue. I would do service with them again.

I had a 9 AM appointment for a 30,000 mile check up. After waiting for two hours I told them I needed to leave only to find out they had not even started working on my car. Absolutely unacceptable.

Edited: this is not the Butler Toyota we used to know for a fair deal and good work. Have given them second chances galore, no more. I recommend you go elsewhere if you want competent work and a good deal. We are very disappointed in the steady and rapid decline in quality and trust that has occurred since we began using the old Butler Toyota.

I had an excellent experience with Bill Estes Toyota! I was able to get an appointment within a day and received attentive service from David throughout the process. Communication of issues was thorough and included a document with comprehensive narrative explanation and pictures.

We were told it was going to be a grey Sienna. It wasn't. When I was told it was ready to picked up. It was filthy with hair, food, and dirt everywhere. After their "World Class" detail we till found a half eaten banana in the center console after driving off. The finance manager insisted I go through them at a 2% increased rate for my loan. He said he'd "make it worth my while" which was $500 off the price of the car. I was there all day even after setting it up prior to getting there, harassed, and treated like trash. Not something you'd expect for buying a $50k+ vehicle. I'll never use them for anything else in my life and seriously disappointing that standards have fallen to this level. Stay away from this place.

I have been a customer of this service department for a decade and have seen it slip terribly in the past quarter. This time they didn't even check to see my exhaust problem and told me it was fine. My ears and nose tell me something quite different. I am so sorry to see such a staple family name like Bill Estes taken to such a low level. Things were always exceptions under the Butler family. We won't be coming back and will go to another Toyota service department. I am not even sure they did any of the work we paid for today. Stay away from here until (or if) they get their act together.Service: Engine repair

I feel very taken advantage of after my experience here. I made an appointment for routine oil change/tire rotation that's included with my Toyota Care. I was told when I arrived that it was time for my "30,000 mile service" and was not told any sort of price, so I assumed it would be no charge just like my oil change/tire rotation (which is what I made the appointment for). After the service I was told my total was $330..... if I had known it would be that much I never would have said yes but the way the service advisor worded it, that was basically my only option, and he never said any sort of price. Obviously I have learned the hard way to not trust anyone in the car industry.I have contacted the service advisor that charged me $330, David Louderback, and Toyota and no one has gotten back with me at all. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Would not recommend. Also, a big deal was made that they "had to have 5 stars" on the survey I would receive about my experience. You can guess who never received a survey.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

2.5 hours to get a scheduled oil change on a day with open appointments every 15 minutes (at least according to the website). Save yourself and find another location to get service. I purchased a new Toyota in 2017 and happily had all of my service done at the Butler service center; This location has continuously declined since changing from Butler to Bill Estes. After many failures I will not return to this location.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I'm very please with the professionalism of the staff. My Service Consultant was Christopher Cary, he was so helpful and friendly. He explained what was going to be done on my vehicle according to my maintenance schedule. However, he did share that if there was anything additional he would definitely reach out to me first. It's great to see a smiling face and someone with a positive attitude @7:30a.m. Thank you Chris for your hospitality and mints Have a Blessed day!!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

They did a nice job of making the best of a bad situation. Routine service, they had issues with the vehicle, it took much longer than it should have. The service advisor kept me informed of what was going on, and then apologized, and didn't charge me for the service. That was much more than I expected. As I was always taught, it's not the mistake, but what you do to make it right. Good job on this one!!

Prior to its acquisition, this was a great service center. However, the quality and service has completely fell off after Bill Estes purchased this location. Not only did they attempt to avoid warranty covered repairs, they consistently missed maintenance issues that resulted in subsequent larger repair bills. Not surprisingly, those repairs were found to be not covered by the warranty. Wait times have increased and professionalism is diminished. Despite having purchased three new vehicles from Butler Toyota and using the service center for years, I will never return.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle had a confusing issue and required me to bring it back in for service three separate times. While I was frustrated about the repeated returns, the staff was always friendly and helpful and both Lawson and Mark, the manager, were very apologetic and helpful in dealing with the situation. The final time I brought it back, the vehicle stayed at the service center until the fix could be fully verified. They did supply me a loaner in the meantime. I was thankful for this as it didn't rush either them or me. My only criticism of that was that I had hoped this would be the procedure at the beginning and that my fix would have been verified the first two times. However, they made the best of a bad situation and took care of me.

I was a little upset that I booked the appointment a week in advance, and when I got there they had not ordered the part yet. It was early in the day, so they were able to order it and they got it the next day. I worked with Dave and he was very nice and understanding. They were able to set me up with a rentAl in the mean time. So if anything I would just recommend confirming with the service department directly that they have the part. I got a tow hitch added to my car.

I have never written a bad review in my life but I felt compelled to warn others because of my experience here. I bought my first car from them a few months ago and they were very kind and helpful upfront. They seemed to have my best interests in mind and offered a lot of perks for my money. Unfortunately they have not followed through with anything they promised. I was promised road side assistance with my warranty, yet when I tried to use it the number was a scam telling me I had won a $100 gift card for calling. My car didn t have a manual or floor mats, the salesman said they would provide both if I came back another day. When I went by a few days later to fix the issue they informed us that the salesman no longer worked there and they couldn t provide either for me. Yesterday night, I dropped my car off for service for a defective sun visor (with the promise that it would be done in the morning). It took them all day to even look at it and when they finally did they said it would be a $250 repair, even though it was a defect. I researched the repair and found it only costs $25 to do it yourself. I am really disappointed that I bought my car from them, because they do not have their customers best interests in mind, and will never do business here again. I urge others to find a more honest car dealership.

I got the "bait and switch." I was very clear on the phone, confirmed everything exactly and when I arrived, I confirmed it again. I needed a master key cut and programmed. There was no mistake. They completely understood and gave me an exact price. I passed several other dealerships to go there for their price. And they promised me 90 minutes. After an hour, they called me back to the service bay, gave me a song and dance, and raised the price by nearly $200. I got them down to a price match to the other dealers in town, but I will never, ever deal with this dealer again.

I must say bringing my vehicle here and getting a tech to get it in was not a long process. The reason for 3 stars is my apt was at 845am and I came to see my my vehicle was making a weird noise. It took them a lil over 2 hrs to let me know they were not sure of the noise. They said they were unable to duplicate the noise. It would have been nice to test drive it with the tech to recreate the noise for him. Well the actual diagnosis was a maybe and the price for it to be repaired would be $2200. Really over priced. The place was clean they had a great clean lounge to wait in and the associates were welcoming. Overall the 2hrs wait and still no concrete info on what the noise is was very disappointing. I will be going to another repair tech.

Do not bring your car here for service.Terrible customer service. They allowed me to schedule an appointment online then told me after arriving and waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me that they were closing soon and would not honor my appointment. No apology, just excuses. An attempt to call was made, but no message was left, no text sent, no email.Last time I went I wanted over 3 hours for them to change my oil, even with a scheduled appointment.I thought I'd give them another chance. My mistake. I won't make it again.Service: Oil change
