I shopped online and found a used Nissan Rogue. I called and made an appointment with Carlos to come see it after work. Once he finally located the keys I test drove it and knew it was the car for me. I explained to Carlos and Jordan my situation as far as waiting for the status on my wrecked car to be completed. They were very understanding and suggested I put a down payment on it secure it while I waited on my insurance. I wanted to use that money from my wrecked car for the down payment on the Rogue. What started out as a couple of days wait, turned into 11 days. I kept them updated every few days on the progress. Jordan and Carlos were very patient and understanding. Finally the day before Thanksgiving I came in with the money to purchase the Rogue. Carlos had the vehicle cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. It was a pleasure working with Carlos and Jordan. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them. The really made my experience great!

Brought my Toyota 4Runner and they diagnosed it. Was told of problems that needed to be repaired for $2500 and was given a one sentence explanation of what was wrong. Took my vehicle to another Toyota dealership and they stated the codes coming up were not in line with what was diagnosed at Bill Estes. Service center doesn t follow the diagnostic tree apparently. When I picked up my vehicle you can see how it was returned in the pictures. Completely unacceptable I would take your car elsewhere for a honest repair. My car was completely clean when I brought the car in to be serviced. It s now been days since I called multiple times to speak to the service manager with no call back.

I recently purchased a used car from James at Bill Estes Toyota, and he was great! He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Thank you for your patience and persistence on my behalf! I am really happy with my purchase. The only reason for 4 stars is related to the warranty offer through the finance department - high priced and some pressure to buy there. Otherwise, thanks to James I got my car sooner than anticipated :)

My most recent visit to Bill Estes Toyota exceeded the high expectations already established by past reliable and efficient service. Whereas I had expected acquisition of a replacement part to require a return visit, the dealership was able to save me time and money with speedy same-day installation. I appreciated the professionalism of staff representative Ripley Nipper and the entire Bill Estes Toyota Team.

Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing deals and offers. Purchasing a vehicle has been the best experience and one of the easiest thanks to amazing salesman Will and amazing manager Jordan. Will and the rest of the crew are very attentive to every and all of our questions and were not pushy at all. They were very easy to talk to. If I ever need another car Bill Estes Toyota is going to be our first option. Outstanding job at working with customer and helping them happily satisfied with their purchase. Would recommend this dealer over anybody else 100times out of 10! Once again amazing job by Will and Jordan.

I have bought 4 vehicle from Bill Estates in the last 5 years with the most recent one being for work. Everytime I have used Bill Estate I have had a great, wonderful and informative experience. Their sales reps have always gone above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. This time I worked with Ashley who was very very very patient with me as I sat in about every vehicle they had on the lot. We went through a lot of cars, back and forth as I made my final decision. She was also very patient with me as I came to terms with my financing not turning out as I predicted and as I sat deliberately will past closing time. I huge thank you to Ashley for dealing with my somewhat difficultness. I also like to send a big thank you to Alicia, the Finance Manager for taking the time to sit with me and explain my financial situation and options, also were I got my financial prediction wrong. Also for staying well past closing time to finalize our paperwork and purchase my car.Seriously, these two ladies went well above and beyond to help me, as well as the Bill Estate team. Thank you again so much for taking the time and sorry for making it a bit difficult.

Adam got me in and out in a most expeditious and friendly manner. I even noticed they were super busy and told him to feel free and make me wait my turn, but he had me done faster than even he quoted! This is why I continue to lease from and use the service at this dealership

Great experience from start to finish. No pressure sales and drove from Wisconsin to pick up my new Tacoma. Communication up to pickup day was great. Everything was ready and drove my new truck home. Jarod, Michael, and Scott. I need to thank you for your honesty, communication, friendliness, transparency and customer focus. I bought a blue raspberry metallic Honda fit which has 140,000 mi on it. The amount of work that was put into the car to make it ready for sale is unbelievable. This was the easiest car buying process I have ever seen. I had to drive back and forth a few times and it was inconvenient but they were really nice and I didn't mind and it's not even knocking a star off. I didn't see a whole lot of cars in the showroom but I wasn't paying attention. So as far as inventory, I am not sure. The trade evaluation and offer was perfect. The we owe was honored. Thank you gentlemen for making this awesome.

Sami, was amazing! He kept me informed while I waited on my car. He was patient with my questions and concerns. He explained what was wrong with my car in a clear way I could understand out of care and NOT in a condescending way. It took longer than expected BUT was grateful that they found out what was going on and even saved me from buying too much all at once when it s not quite needed yet! Will go back, for sure! I hope Sami gets to help me with my service again too. And if you work from home like me they have good work desk in waiting area as well as other decent seating options.

I was very much expecting to have to replace a ~$500 part and indicated as much upon dropoff. They ended up recommending I not replace the part yet as all indications pointed to it still working fine. It s nice to leave a dealership and not be wondering whether I was just bamboozled! (The bar is low, I know.) Thanks to my service agent applying an available coupon for me, I also got my synthetic oil change for a bargain price. Trust & value achieved - I ll be back for sure.

When I first walked in I stood at counter for 15 minutes. While multiple employees made eye contact or walked by and not once acknowledged me or the others waiting to be seen . Until an employee realizes we ve been waiting quite some time . Placed is current customer on hold & got the job done!! Samie was very helpful , throughly with the results of my service, and made my experience a bit more pleasing . I would definitely return my vehicle for service. Thank you!

The person that checked me in was not aware of the special that was going on for the oil change and tire rotation. She made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, and that irritated me. She started to tell me the original prices for services as I showed her my email confirmation with the prices. She went to verify and I was correct. She told me it would be 45 minutes for the whole service. My appointment was at 7:30 am. At 8:45am I had to go ask how much longer it would be. I got my car back at 8:55am. This is the first time I've had an issue at this location. Hopefully, the last.

Maddie was great. She tried really hard to find something on their lot that would match what I needed but nothing was quite right. She called to follow up on my thoughts on the last car that was the strongest possible fit. I real thought Maddie and Brad was great to work with and real did try to find me something. Give them a try if you find yourself looking for a vehicle.

We have been in the market for a safe compact suv when we were referred to the Bill Estes Toyota store for their exceptional services. Let's just say as soon as we walked through the door you are overwhelmed with the kindness and understanding of how people care about you and what you are looking for. Carlos is a compassionate young man that is bilingual in Spanish and English, which was exactly what we needed. We ended up with this beautiful gem, 2020 Hyundai Tucson. It's nice to see their are passionate professionals still out there willing to treat people right.

I hate doing this and don't want to have to leave a negative review, but my customer experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Purchased my vehicle a few years ago and worked with the salesperson and finance person on making sure that I was setup with an auto care package that would take care of all maintenance nationally since I was moving out of state. These packages are thousands of dollars. I have since been out of state and have a fight every single time I have to take my vehicle in for routine service, for years now as this was a 4 year *additional warranty* that I purchased. The Toyota national rep advised me that the dealer keyed in the wrong plan when they entered it in the database and only the dealer can make the correction. Sure enough I spoke with the finance person at this dealership who confirmed the plan I have in writing from my time of purchase is what I bought and paid for and what I have claimed as my plan all along is accurate.However, it's not what I am getting when I go in for service and instead I have to keep paying out of pocket for what I already paid for. Each time I am able to get someone on the phone at this dealership I am told they will keep working on it and will call me back when they have it sorted out. Guess how many calls back I have received from the dealer in the past years of dealing with this.. Yup, ZERO. I have probably called 40 times in the past 6 months alone and still nobody can help me and I am left high and dry. Now I go to schedule my next service appointment and have my local dealer check again to see if it has been corrected and they just maybe forgot to notify me. NOPE, now they show my entire auto care package was canceled even though it shows active through 2025. I call this dealership again, and again nobody can help me.Look, I liked the dealership when I bought my vehicle. I liked my salesperson, and finance person I worked with. I don't want to write a negative review, but this is absolutely my last hope of not being swindled out of thousands of dollars to get someone's attention there that gives a damn about their customer and how they conduct their business over a clerical error that has made my experience so terrible and is costing me additional money out of pocket on each and every service appointment. Let alone the time and frustration of all of this, every single service appointment is a long drawn out fight with the 2 service departments of me re-explaining this whole situation over and over again.Final thoughts, my Toyota vehicle has been great and I love it, but I don't recommend purchasing any sort of warranty or additional packages from this dealer.

Where to begin with the exceptional service I received? Traveled to Indy for business during extreme cold and a few miles before arriving, my Camry's dashboard lit up with 7 warning lights. After researching Toyota service centers, I selected Bill Estes. GREAT Choice! Scheduler Ranada was empathetic and proactive. Advisers Ripley, Nate, and Javier were all Super helpful. If I lived in Indy, Bill Estes Toyota would be my dealership!

This was the 3rd dealership we called when the check engine light went off the evening before we were planning on a big interstate trip. The service dept was able to give us an appointment within 1.5 hrs of calling!!!! This allowed us to get in and have the car checked and alert light investigated and problem solvedI'm in upstate NY as I write and no problem with the car. Thanks Estes!!

I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my vehicle's safety and performance. Highly recommend their service!

As usual Sami was efficient, did his homework on what the car needed, explained the check-up report and was pleasant, helpful and alert to the encounter. A pleasure to work with! The wait room was well-appointed with fresh coffee, hot tea, chilled bottled water, comfortable arm chairs and a quiet, private room where I did work deskwork with the 5G WiFi while monitoring the progress of work on the car. Overall a great experience!

Terrible service department. Couldn t get The service advisor to call me back three days before my appointment to make sure the part was available. They don t even have voicemail at this place! So after waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed the part wasn t even available. I left being told that it would be in within three days. A week and half no call or communication about the part. I did get an email though saying sorry that you missed your appt time. It s too bad Bill Estes sold these dealerships because he ran a tight ship. Never had issues when he was around. Should mention Tom Wood Toyota ordered the part on Thursday and had it installed on Friday of the same week(still no word from Estes) Drive up to Whitestown TW Toyota they have it together !
