Brandon helped me today and gave 10/10 service. We're planning a vacation and he made sure any follow up appts wouldn't interfere with plans. He also explained what the different services are and helped me understand what I needed. Would 100% recommend!!

The inventory is very low, no certified used cars. However the salesman greeted me promptly and walked me around, was not pushy at all. He was a brand new salesman. I didn't find a car I was looking for but did get his information for the future if they get a car I like. I gave it 4 stars just because of the low inventory and no certified used cars available.

Watch out for this dealership, because they will rig your vehicle to have problem after problem, just to enlarge their profits, especially since they re not selling a lot of cars anymore.We spent over 10K and three different visits and still no solution.I finally realized that the type of money that they are charging, that I can just purchase a new engine and have it installed for all of the money that they re charging.They are OVERCHARGING people and I would recommend that people find a small reputable company that are not scammers and sharks to get the service that you re looking for along with an reasonable price for the service needed.I m sharing my experience, so that others will not go through what our company went through.

They mean well. However when you up-sale a service but do not check to see the service is totally complete with excellence, it becomes exhausting constantly having to check and recheck to see that which you paid for was actually completed.

Took my car in for routine service, oil change, etc. Super professional people. Very friendly. Great coffee bar in the waiting room! We were in an out in less than an hour. This place is excellent!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Custom tee service is horrible! Since they sold Bill Estes they went down hill on customer satisfaction. They hire anyone. Checking my car in was even bad because the guy checking my car in acting rude and had negative energy towards me. I had to get my car towed there for a dead battery. I picked my car up and it took them a while to bring it forward because my car was dead there. The woman told me cars die after sitting three days. Then I asked for a manager and she brings out a mechanic who argued with me in front of others and cut me off and told me he doesn t care.NEVER GET A BATTERY REPLACEMENT FROM HERE

I had an appointment for 4:45. I showed up 15 minutes early for it but it still took them over 2 hours for my oil change. What is the point of setting an appointment if it is still going to take that long. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have just gone to Stoops in Plainfield. It would still have probably taken less time.

Bought a 2016 Buick Encore and was told by the salesman, Saif Amouri, that everything on the car was checked out and it was in perfect working order. 2400 miles later we had to take it in for service. Electrical short in the tail lights, fuel injection system issues, all the filters needed replaced and a weld on the exhaust was broken. Paid nearly $400 dollars to fix what the warranty didn't cover and drive away. Half way home, check engine light comes on. Took it back and they reset it. Half way home the second time the check engine light comes on again, and it developed a new whining sound and a rubbing noise on the drivers side when turning right. They sold us a lemon and failed to correct it's issues. At this point we won't ever trust the vehicle, the dealership or it's service department. The only way they could make it right at this point is to buy it back for what we owe, plus what we've paid on it so we can make a down payment on a car from another dealership. They get 1 star because zero isn't an option on the rating system.
