Purchased my first car (2024 Chevy Camaro) with these people and they were all great! They made everything fast, efficient, and easy for me to understand. I walked out purchasing an entire vehicle and test drove within only a couple hours. Their preparedness once you schedule something like a test drive is amazing and the people there just keep that momentum going, nothing but good people all around. I specifically worked with Kyle Crockett in my experience, I would highly recommend him for any type of vehicle you are looking to purchase or lease!

I go there for a minor problem with my spark plugs, once in a great while my truck would misfire at cruising speeds and my truck would jolt. I wanted them to confirm my suspicions. So they mess around with my spark plugs and tell me that I have a misfire in cylinder one and my ignition coil on cylinder 5 was bad. So they then suggest that I get all of that replaced for the cheap price of $900! Naturally I declined all service and when I went to go pick up my truck to bring it home my truck had zero acceleration, (this problem that I was experiencing was barely noticeable before) anytime I would give it gas it would misfire like crazy, jolt all over the road and my check engine light came on and I couldn t even accelerate. so I take it back to the dealership and tell them what s going on, so the technician service manager tried telling me that they didn t break anything and that if anything it s my fault this is happening because I declined service! After a lot of back-and-forth they finally agreed to change my one spark plug that they said was broken for the price of the part only and that they would take care of the labor.The next day when I get around to taking my truck to another mechanic; that mechanic tells me that the dealership put in a used cracked spark plug in my truck . There is absolutely zero doubt that they put a used spark plug in my truck because there was already white corrosion at the tip and the body of the spark plug had carbon buildup on it. That doesn t happen after one day of usage. The other great part is that my ignition coil had nothing wrong with it so they lied about that.If I Could give negative stars, I would. Never in my life would I think that a mechanic would deliberately put a used part in my vehicle just to make me think that there s still something wrong so I would have to come back and get it fixed. That s borderline criminal if you ask me. because the whole way home from the dealership I was forced to go 45 on the highway and my truck would die on me at red lights. Worst experience of my life, and they will never get my service or money again.

This was my 2nd vehicle to purchase from Bill Estes Chevrolet in 4 months with the help of Adam, and Brant this time for the used vehicle. Jim Barrett did a great job listening to my needs and concerns when looking for a used car. When the first couple vehicles didn't work, he continued to come up with other options helping me choose a vehicle that I am happy with.Jim was patient and friendly and did not make me feel pressured. He also made sure that the part that needed to be fixed was done within a couple days.I also appreciated the professionalism of the financial department especially Trinidad who did most of the work for me to get my financing completed.

Wes Widener was wonderful to work with! He was attentive, sincere, and listened to my needs to find me just the right car at a great price. I appreciate that they were able to get me in day of call and got services done by lunch time. Was shuttled to work by them, very nice driver. My only issue was my tire light was still on when I got my car and they tried to page the mechanic twice and was told it would go off on its own when I m driving it it has not which is very frustrating

Barry Gregory was my service advisor. I was visiting Indianapolis and my Bolt had a battery pack issue on Friday. He was able to get my Bolt looked at on Monday and have a new battery pack ordered under warranty and installed by the next Saturday. I was expecting it to take a few weeks! Barry did a great job of keeping me updated.

Eric Beeler was an excellent sales agent. I wasn t exactly prepared to buy a new car, but he found me a deal that was too good to pass up. Bill Estes actually cares about their clients unlike most businesses these days. I highly recommend using this dealer if you are on the fence about buying or selling a vehicle. They make the process simple and easy to maneuver. I also highly recommend using Eric. He knows the business, the car market, and puts the client first. I will definitely be using him again!

I just dropped my truck off and Mark was my advisor. His tone and demeanor was just negative. I scheduled an oil change. Mark asked about dx testing for the engine light. I was trying to explain that engine light did come back on because I didn't get everything done from last oil change. He said " No need to another one, nothing changed". I said yes, do it because it could have. He also told me I didn't have to work with him, it didn't make him a difference. I had an interaction with him before. I believe my advisor was on break/lunch when my truck got done. I was waiting for almost an half hour. I saw my truck being parked so I knew it was ready. I went to the counter and he comes Mark. I guess I interrupted him talking to another customer that he knew personally and he had no words for me. Not a have a good day or anything. I watched him walk out to the other customer and started talking, laughing, being very friendly. This might be my last time at this dealership and I've been coming here for years.

Your salesman lied to me, wouldn't return phone calls, kept me on ice since 8:30 in the morning. Then told me 10 minutes before you closed the car I was trying to purchase was sold. Low integrity, deceptive. I filed a complaint with my bank, who is in your network. Very dishonest people.

Never bought a car from here but I have been getting my chevy serviced here for the last two years and the service men are all great but Allen is my favorite! I like that you can continue to go to the same service person! When I did have one issue in the beginning the manager Adriene was very professional and handled all my concerns in a honest, timely manner. Now mind you I brought my car there from somebody else that messed it up and Chevy fixed somebody else's mess it may have took a week or two! But through out that entire time I was updated and not left in the dark ! I also like that you can track your car on this link they send you you can track your car from the moment of Inspection to the time of service to finishing touches to ready for pick up. Very Please with this Location! Highly Recommend this location.

Kyle Crockett worked with us. We had some issues with my husband getting in and out of the truck. Kyle suggested different things we could do. It worked out that we didn t have to do anything. The truck was lower to the ground and hubby could get in. He was great to work with.

Edited review: Adrienne with the service department contacted me to address my concerns. She was genuine with her apology and went above and beyond in her efforts and/or willingness to change my experience. Based on my interaction with her alone, I would be willing to give the service department another chance.0/10 HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! Their service department is anything but an enjoyable experience. I scheduled an oil change appointment at 9 am, I arrived at 8:45 am and expressed I wanted to add a tire rotation. I acknowledged the had multiple cars in the bay and inquired about a wait time and was told an hour to 1.5 hoursI informed the associate I had an appointment at 11:30 am. At 11:00 I attempted to check on my vehicle with who I would assume was the manager and was brushed off as he was in casual conversation. The associated stated he would follow up on the status and I heard nothing until I received my vehicle at 11:23 am. Needless, to say I missed my medical appointment. And additionally, I was charged for a service procblem that I'm positive the dealership wad aware of at the time of purchase from such dealership less than 6 months prior. Angry and frustrated with this entire experience would be an understatement.

Really bad experience, got the truck after putting a new engine and paying almost $12,000, no even 5 miles of leaving the dealership 3 different codes popped and I called the representative and he said to take it for the weekend because nobody was available to look at the truck, then 2 days later it completely shut down at a gas station on a Sunday, we called and they wanted us to tow it when it was their fault to let us drive it without checking the codes, now they have my truck since Monday and nobody wants to answer the phone to let us know what's going on because they want to charge is another almost $1000 that we don't have to change the starter and the towing that we should not be paying for. I am about to send a complaint to the BBB because this is stupid and ridiculous, almost a month without my truck and have to do all kind of stuff to get to work everyday. I am so mad and will not ever do business at this place, customer service is horrible specifically form Mark and the service manager that never answers her phone nor call us back with an update.

Had a $59.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation and was initially told it would be $112.00. The advisor then stated it would be $80 something and finally charged my son $72 stating that there were extra fees that we were not told about in the beginning. The email and text messages sent to me stated $44 for the oil change and $24.95 before the coupon discount. I feel like the advisor was trying to take advantage of my son by charging him too much. The person I scheduled the appointment with told me when I asked her said they would take my coupon at checkout and that I didn t need to show it until then.

Took my Corvette in for service. The service advisor quoted me an amount, and when the job was completed, the cashier is trying to give me a higher price than what I was quoted. Customer service is OK. I would say I m not happy that I came for service and after service the car came back the same way is looking every dealership. I ve been to wash the car when they bring it back they don t bring it back dirty.

Went in for oil change and presented a $49.99 coupon, which I recieved via email. Was told that wasn't really what the price would be and then was told a $110 oil change was my best option. They also repaired a few other things making my total visit $800. When I picked up my car, I got to interstate to notice the wheels were not secured and all lugnuts were loose. So, I drove off without inspection and complete carelessness of the service and advisory team.Had to go back the next day for them to reattach the wheels and NO compensation/discount was given from my $800.....

I worked with Wes to purchase my 2024 Silverado Trail Boss. He was wonderful to work with and made the process extremely easy.The finance manager that I worked with was Ryan and he too made the process easy and straight forward. No pressure at all during the sale, overall excellent experience.Only negative, it took 7 hours to purchase a car - credit perfect, no haggling - process needs refined a bit, but otherwise I enjoyed the whole process and will do business with them in the future and take all of my service needs to them as well.

We walked in and met Pascal. He was a wealth of knowledge and patience while I explained what I was looking for and he understood the assignment! I was able to get exactly what I was looking for thanks to Pascal!Afterwards I met up with Keith who went over every single finance detail. My appt was for 9:15 this morning. After I got there they told me my car would have to sit for 3 days before they could look at it.I may or may not be able to give up my car for 3 days. Your outside firm that you have contracted with needs to tell me that before I drive all the way there.I have a 15 year history with you. Your service is good and your prices are consistent with the industry but this policy needs to change.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!My husband bought a 2019 Challenger from Bill Estes Chevrolet!Got it home, and immediately had to buy new rims for it because 1 of the rims had been busted and been welded together for a quick fix!Now, he has 1 day left on his temporary tags and we still have not received the paperwork we need to get the vehicle registered!!Every time he calls he either gets NO ANSWER, or the run around!!So, now he will be forced to drive a vehicle with expired temp tags because we don t have the proper paperwork to get it registered and the dealership won t give us any answers!!And don t come back and comment and say Call the General Manager Zac Pelz! Because my husband already tried that, and left a message! And we still didn t get a response from him either!!!
