Stopped by this morning to look at a trailer on my way to Mooresville to buy a trailer. Ended up talking with some great people that made me feel welcome on a dreary day. I ended up purchasing a nicer, better built trailer than the one I was headed for. By the time I got done, I a better deal and a better price.Thanks BIG Tex Indy!!!!

Kayla was friendly and was of great help during our shopping for a new dump trailer. Her and the Manager worked with us to get us what we needed and went above and beyond with great service. Have bought 2 trailers here and will continue to buy in the future!

I had a great experience with Kayla and Louis getting a flatbed installed on my truck. They found the exact bed I wanted and had it shipped to the Indy location and installed with no issues.

I was driving from Texas to Maine and noticed an axle u bolt was missing off my rear axle in Indianapolis,Indiana, before I headed out for another day on the road. I bought this trailer used in Texas to haul a load of cedar back to Maine. My friend on the phone guided me to the nearest Big Tex dealer. These folks took a look at my situation, had the part and brought me into their shop in 5 minutes to make the repair. I can t thank them enough. And Big Tex are the only trailers I own for this reason alone. This trailer by the way was not a Big Tex. But they took care of me for being a loyal customer. Landon was awesome and I am back on the road again. Thank you Big Tex of Indianapolis!

Louis and Kayla and everybody else have been really great to work with and have always helped me with all of my questions. We love our new trailer and truck toolboxes and really appreciate that they have a service shop and sell parts.

Kayla was pretty efficient .... As I asked about a new arrival trailer. She started looking onto Financing as her manager headed out the door. He brought the trailer to the door and assembled it from Shipping, I quizzed her ....is he that confident about me. She said maybe you lit a fire under his tail at any rate it needs to be put together. Actually it was assembled as we agreed upon the pricing. I left for the bank to get the remainder from financing, came back and picked it up.Thanks againAs I hope for many years of use and very few visits to you at Big Tex as I just don't need no warranty issues either....One Day at A time ! !

I worked with Jeremy on pricing, availability and pick up for a 140A-20', which he made very easy. Showed up at the store and was helped by Kyle who was very accommodating and personable. The whole process was very nice from first phone call to the check off list for delivery. Great group of people!

Excellent service and all the staff went above and beyond. Our dealer was Kyle Kelso, if you need anything this is who you ask for hands down! my bank had a issue with raising the limit on my card and this guy stuck it out with us to the end and made sure we left with our trailer and we didn't have to drive 2.5 hours back to pick it up. Thank you Kyle we couldnt be happier.

I had a trailer hitch, stuck in the receiver of my Sequoia. I had several people try to get it out, including my mechanic and dealer. They were unable to help me. I figured I needed a trailer place and Big Tex was the right place to go. Amber was very nice on the phone And Jaeden did an excellent job of getting the hitch unstuck. Excellent experience and worth the drive across town. If I ever need a trailer, which I may, Big Tex, is my go to place. Good people to do business with.

So I would like toAmend yesterdays review. Isaiah called me this morning. We sorted out the miss communications and I have purchased a trailer from them. Fast and easy and a lot of stock to choose from. And the office staff was great to see working together to help customers. Very happy.
