Their customer service is good, but don t bother with the insurance plan on tires. Go to discount tire for a better insurance plan. If you need a tire replaced at Discount Tire, the only fee you will pay is the $15 if you want the insurance on the new tire. At best one they will charge you what the tax would ve been on the tire plus an installation fee. Sorry, best one I am going back to discount tire.

Outstanding experience at the Indy location! Just got my second set of tires here, and their service goes beyond expectations. The team creates a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Recently had a wonderful experience at the Best-One of Indy on west 86th Street. Needed to have a set of my own tires installed and the existing ones taken off. Had contacted Belle Tire on north Michigan Road and their quote was $30 PER TIRE. Reached out to Best-One and they quoted $20 for the ENTIRE JOB since they considered it a tire rotation. Went ahead and had all 4 tires balanced as well with all the money I saved!They did it all on a Saturday afternoon in about 30 minutes. PLUS they are all super nice folks who are all very knowledgeable.Best -One is now my go-to tire place for all future tire needs!!

My husband & I are regular customers, we re thankful & appreciate all the staff, especially Brandon, Ron & everyone who work as a team, they don t say that they can t do anything about any situation, they find ways & means to do something if it pertains to car repairs/maintenance, etc., . They make it sure that the satisfaction of each customer will be achieved.They treats every customers with respect. It s worth the recommendation for families, relatives,& friends. Absolutely the BEST ONE in Indy! I ve been coming here for years and they have always had the highest integrity and honesty! They take care of you like you are their family. I ve tried other places over the years and keep coming back here. Even now that I live in Plainfield, I still make the drive! Huge thanks to Kim Rockey for the referral!

I highly recommend Best-one on 86th. The front desk is kind, honest, and knowledgeable. They make sure you are getting the best price for your service. They have always fixed my car within one day which is very important to me and my busy family. Most shops take 1-2 days to even look at your car then another day or two to fix it. I truly appreciate this shop and their hard work I know you will too!

I called early afternoon about tires. They didn't have them in stock but went to another store to get them. Not only do I love my new tires but the team at the w 86th st location is amazing. Best part was I also got my tires for almost half the price of everyone else I called after rebates.

I got used tires from another place. And they had failed to balance them. So I took my vehicle to this Best-One and they got my tires balanced and me back on the road in no time! Thank you guys for being fast and friendly!

Best One of Indy, on West 86th street has been maintaining our company fleet for some years and always does a good job. They get us in and out when they promise, and their service is excellent. Lately, they got me a replacement matching tire recently when a screw ruined a tire on my 2 month old car, price was fair, and service very good.

Everyone was friendly. I got an oil change. The person who helped me on Saturday also ordered a part I needed and made sure I was contacted when it arrived. I came back to the shop and your team installed the part within 5 minutes. Very helpful!!!

Highly recommend. Very reasonable and great service. They were professional, courteous, and had a nice waiting area where I could work while waiting. I made appointment online, and they were on schedule and had work completed quickly.

Very accommodating. Called for an appointment and nothing was available that day so scheduled time the following week. Received a call back that a cancelation had occurred and they could fot me in.They checked over everything, made the repair much faster than I anticipated, explained everything in detail and were very friendly.They have continuously earned my business over the years and I trust taking my vehicle to them more than I do the dealership.Honest and fair...

Got a flat and it wasn t easily repairable (weird tires, all wheel drive, etc.) but got incredible support and guidance from everyone here. Next time either my partner or I have a car problem we will 100% be returning.

I have never been to a mechanic shop before where I felt comfortable until now. All the staff are beyond friendly. Very very honest. If you need something they will tell you and they will also be honest if you don't which is rare in that line of work. Ron went above and beyond to make me have peace of mind in regards to my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They gained a life long customer.

Great service! I had multiple nails in my tire and they were able to get me in same day and replace all 4 tires within an hour and a half. Everyone was very friendly and upfront about pricing. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any other vehicle needs

From my initial call to the completed work, the experience was excellent!!! Ron Freer was recommended by another mechanic shop that works on trucks only. So glad I took him up on the referral. Ron got me in quickly according to my schedule availability and everything was completed the same day!! They even had to order a part and got it there without disrupting my entire day. It felt good to turn on my car with no engine light and I added an oil change and they didn t fuss about not having time. I would definitely recommend the West 86th street location and to top it off, it cost half the amount quoted by the dealership. Oh and Brandon at the front desk was one of the most kind, respectful and customer centric persons I ve ever encountered at a mechanic shop. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!!

A good mechanic is hard to find, but you do not need to look any further than Best-One Indy. They are professional, honest, and work diligently so there is no delay in getting your vehicle back. I took both our cars for full inspection and service. I will be back!

I come in to get oil changes and other routine maintenance work on my vehicle all the time. They are always nice. They are fast and efficient and a great company. I don't feel like I have to wait a whole day to get my car back.

I was running errands on a Saturday on the other side of town and realized I had a punctured tire. Called many shops in that area but none had availability. Called Best-One of Indy and they were able to get me in right away. They repaired the tire quickly and charged a fair price. Will definitely return the next time I have a tire issue!
