I ve had nothing but good experiences here. I feel like I ve been ripped off a lot in the past at other places because I know nothing about cars. This place seems to do honest business, which I really appreciate. They are friendly and their prices seem incredibly reasonable. I would recommend getting here early, potentially when they open, or just be prepared to wait and be patient. They do what needs to be done as quickly as they are able to.

I have been going to Indy Tire / Best One for years. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Austin did a great job of keeping me informed from start (ordering tires) to finish (picking up my tires and wheels). He even took several before & after pictures of my old & new tires. Prices are always competitive if not lower than most internet vendors. The shop is clean and orderly even on a busy day. Nice, clean waiting area. I will be going back again. Thanks Southside Best One!

The staff is extremely diligent, thorough and dedicated to giving you prime service at their best possible rates and wait time. My location is on Shelby St at US 31.Trane, Aaron and Steve at the desk and my mechanic, Eric, really went to the nth degree to give a second exam of my problem and found a more economic resolution.I'm am another SATISFIED customer !!!

I got one tire and an oil change and the tire light is still on, on my dash. Mind you, they put the tires on two months ago. I got a cut in the sidewall of one so I went back and bought a new one. The light was off until this issue, now they just leave it on. Also the service light on the dash still blinks because it was never reset, AND they didn t even top off my other fluids.. coolant or windshield washer know how I know? Because the dash tells you . But they did put the new tire on and I assume changed the oil. I know my brakes are shot, struts need replaced, was hoping they would let me know exactly what and how much but they never said a word so I didn t either!The man behind the counter was courteous, nice, easy to understand and get along with. The people were nice I d say, just less of an experience than anticipated.

A great bunch of people work there especially Steve. They were such a big help to me who knows little about cars. They made my experience painless. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did not try to under or oversell me anything bc I am a woman. The only thing that bummed me out was a $50 noise check charge. If I didn't say anything would I still have been charged for the noise fee if I agreed to the work?! I already knew something was wrong and expected the extra work. Other than that I will return here for tire needs.

I was greeted by Aaron at the counter of Best One Indy located on Indy s south side on Shelby Street.He was very polite and got my car in for repairs. From what I can tell, everything is working great. I will be back to try them again when car repairs are needed. Thank you!An update:It s only been 2-3 weeks since I posted my positive review for Best One Indy located on Shelby Street.I said I d be back, but wasn t planning this soon, LOL.The first trip in was for my daughter s car as well as this one.She called this time to set the appointment. Her car needed an oil change and coolant check. She has a 20 month old daughter who waited with her.Best One got her in/out in an hour!Thank you again for being a trusted place I feel secure to have my daughter and granddaughter go to when car service is needed!

I was referred by a former coworker. Both Steve (via phone) and Aaron Turpin and Kevin (didn't personally take care of me) treated me like I was the only customer here. Customers are treated with respect, I am able to view my vehicle being worked on, no red flags here. They offer discounts to help absorb the already high cost of tires. Will update once work is completed! Outstanding tires and service!! Will absolutely refer everyone!!

My car broke down in an adjoining parking lot. Starter had gone out. They pushed my car into the shop instead of calling a tow. The next day, my car was ready. These guys are great and I ll definitely be coming back.

I had visited this location previously for service on my work vehicle, and also recently for new tires for the family vehicle, which needed additional work. It is our only vehicle and the work was done the same day and at the quote given me over the phone. Peace of mind and trusted people!

Aaron was extremely helpful and found me the perfect set of tires for my truck. I was trying to make a decision from work and he had even texted me back-and-forth with options and pricing. When I got to the shop, everything was ready, and I was in and out of there within an hour.

Had a nail in my tire I bought from them and they repaired it quickly with no cost. They said 1 1/2 hours and it was finished in an hour even though there was many before me. Cap replaced too because so many times it is not at other places.

They put on my windshield wipers plus gave me a free pair of windshield wipers with just a 32oz jar of peanut butter for Gleaners they were very quick and very friendly, oh yeah plus they aired up my tires

Great service as usual! Best place I know to take your vehicle.Brake Job and new tires. These folks are fantastic, they are well educated and knowledgable. It is my go to location for my personal and company fleet.

Eric and Aaron and their crew did a great job on the brake upgrade on our Jeep JK. We have used them to do a variety of repaires on multiple vehicles. They have not disappointed us.

I had a problem with a slow leak in one tire. I had purchased the tire and road hazard insurance from them. They took the car in and took the tire off of the rim to find the problem. Fixed the problem, recounted the tire, all at no charge.

I don't recommend this tire shop!!! Best-One of Indy to get over on customers! I went there Thursday, September 21st for a flat tire. I was told that the nail was to close to the sidewall of the tire and could NOT be plugged or patched. I asked to looked at my tire and seen where the nail was which was not on the sidewall of the tire. They wanted to charge me $264.00 for a new tire that DID NOT need replaced and lugnuts that was swollen. They didn't put back the air valve stem back in the tire. I guess they thought I was going to take there word and buy a tire from them. Which, I knew I had to replace my lugnuts but the tire was still good. I went to another tire shop and the plugged the tire with no problem. And they asked what did the last tire shop say. I told them and the worker said they was trying to get over.

I just purchased my car and needed my tires re-balanced. I was a walk-in and the person at the counter was very friendly and got me in immediately; the service was fast . It seems the balance is good, be able to tell later. The reason for the 3 star, they didn't put a cover on my cloth seat leaving grease for me to clean as well as grease on my door panel and dash area. The clean-up cost me .

Took my truck to Best-One for diagnostics and repairs. Staff showed me all of the issues and provided quotes. I was not pressured and there were not any up-charges. You probably could find a cheaper shop in town but I believe that their professionalism justified the cost. I'm happy with the repairs and recommend this shop.

Had an 8 am appointment for a rear brake change. Dropped it off the night prior before closing so I could check it in because I don t like leaving my keys in drop boxes and wanted to confirm the appointment. Asked the guy want they re thinking price wise and he said probably around $425 as long it there s nothing serious.11 am comes and I decided to call because I didn t hear anything yet and got put on a 40 minute hold before being disconnected (disconnect was probably due to the phone not them) called back 2 more times and reached someone around 1. They had my car labeled done even though they hadn t touched it. The lady was nice and promised a discount and that they could do it first thing Monday. I didn t want to get an extra Uber so I left it there until Monday to get finished. Shoot forward to Monday and I get a call saying they pulled it in and they guy didn t know anything about what happened Saturday or what kind of discount I was promised. I explained the situation and he said he ll take off the labor and only charge me 398 for the parts and that it usually costs 550. Sounds to me like he jacked the price to make it look like a discount. Went through with it because I needed it done but it left a sour taste in my mouth and won t be back. Brakes seem to run well though so not giving 1 star.Side note: I told 3 people that my name wasn t Dean and every time they contacted me including to do this email they still Called me Dean, who is my deceased father. Not a big deal, but wish they would have fixed it when I told them the first time.

As a female having a place you can take your car and trust you re not being taken advantage of is very important to me. I ve been taking my vehicles to Best One (indy tire) for years and I always get good quality and trustworthy service!

I always go to Best-One for my tire needs, and each experience has been fantastic. I appreciate that they are always quick to look at my car to sort out the problem. I don t think I ve ever waited more than an hour and a half to have a tire fixed or replaced. The employees are courteous and professional.

Tried to get me on a $600 wheel bearing charge when I took it for a second opinion my wheel bearing was perfectly in tact and I actually need 2 bolts for $6.99.Had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee to be told they were 100% wrong

Once again, Aaron Turpin took excellent care of me. He is the Sales lead at the store; he might as well be the store manager (he acts like an owner). Aaron is the most knowledgeable guy I know when it comes to any vehicle or motorcycle.
