Absolutely one of the best experiences I ve ever had buying tires , Zack Schumann and Ricky the tech were great found my problem with vibration , got me in replaced my tire and I scheduled the replacement of the other three for next week, as well as a front end alignment. This will be my go to store from now on once again I can t Thank both of those guys enough !!

Before I leave a review of a business, I make sure I have had business dealings at least 10 times or more. I have 6 Vehicles and they all been in for Service with Best-One Tires on 30th St. I have gotten great service every time. Even small services such as an oil change and larger services such as tuneups and fixing an exhaust system. Eric and Zack give me excellent service every time.

I had a flat tire on my big truck trailer and the tire was replaced very quickly and the service was excellent! Definitely recommend !

I went to this location to check on my semi truck tire that was flat. They quickly fixed it in short of time. They just put Patch on it , it saved me a lot of money. I will recommend Best-one drive

I ve been going to Indy Tire/Best One for years. I ve bought several tires for different vehicles. Somehow I got strapped with some tires that were left on my property- as well as oils and transmission fluids. I called Indy Tire to find out if they could take them. I had to pay a nominal fee, but it was well worth it to make sure that they were disposed of properly. I have two more vehicles to put tires on over the next few months, and I know I can go to Indy Tire/Best One and get the best deal going, as they have always been wonderful about doing price matches too. It gives me great comfort to know that with my road hazard, I m covered most everywhere I go.

Awesome experience. Got me in right away and the alignment only took 40 minutes. They aligned my truck when no one else could. Definitely recommend

Everyone was fantastic. My dealership couldn t get me in for a month. These guys got me in in 5 days for my air conditioning, took care of it in two hours, and had me out the door at a great price. All while being crazy nice and professional. I always have a great experience here but this was top notch

They were able to fit me in on a Tuesday. Diagnosed the issue and I was back in my vehicle by 2:30. Awesome service as always!!!

On the way to the Saturday breakfast, I noticed the air pressure light was on. I checked the tires and drove carefully to Best One, where I had purchased the tires. Zach asked how I was, and quickly checked to find one tire needed to be repaired. In less than an hour the tire was fixed and I was heading for the Saturday breakfast. I really appreciate that Zach and Best One was able to take care of my tires in less than an hour, and I had a good breakfast and a busy Saturday! Thank you!

I don t recommend especially if your car warranty uses them for service. U will end up with your car having problems that it didn t have before.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The service crew members were spot on with everything that I had done to my semi tractor. And done in a timely matter. I would recommend Best-One Tire of Indy to anyone. Thanks for everything.

Best-One always does a great job helping me out! The only downside to this visit was that once they replaced my flat tire, they didn t put the hubcap back on, so I m still missing one. But since it s only a cosmetic issue, I m not too worried about it.

Professional, informative, courteous staff, quick turn around time, no problems after work completion, competitive pricing, bright, spotless waiting area and restrooms, large window so you can watch the work being performed. What more could you ask for? I ve been a customer for about 10 years and I ll be a customer of this location for life.

my car stopped in Indianapolis while out of town. They got me in Asap & I was back on the road. I think it was pricey but so was extending my rental & hotel. I still won! I d recommend them & use them again. Thank you Eric (i think that was his name).

5 stars because they did the work and they did it well! The price was double what they told me it would be due to a tie rod that I supplied but was needed to get the job done. Can you really put a price on your own safety!

This is my second review the first is from June 2023. My check engine light came on September my engine wasn't getting sufficient power. I had noticed while driving the vehicle did not have a lot of get up power. I called best one and they scheduled me for the next morning. When I received the call from them that same afternoon I was happy that they replaced a warranty part in the engine and I paid $0. These guys and the business is exceptional as they have serviced my vehicle the last three years. I definitely recommend them for there knowledge and expertise.

Eric was very friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to remedy a situation and make it go as smoothly as he could. He was always patient and polite. I will definitely continue going to this Best One location.

Excellent experience! Brad and his crew were very good to work with! I went in for a wheel alignment and ran into a few small problems. I was assured not worry about anything. Brad was very consistent with calling me to give updates and very timely with getting my bus done! I would highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance. They me provided SUPERB customer!

My tires were over 10 years old and I needed an oil change before I had to travel for a wedding. They were able to get me right in and did an amazing job determining what tires I need and got to work on it. They found an issue with 3 of my tire pressure sensors and they explained to me what I needed and got those replaced as well. My experience with this team was top notch from start to finish! Brad, Erik, and Zack thank you so much for your outstanding service! My Pilot is back to handling like a dream! Highly recommend them!!

Absolutely love this shop, Erik always gets my truck right. Fast, friendly and keeps me updated. Always willing to work with me on different maintenance. Takes great notes for the e techs and calls me with any issues. Clean location, free drinks chargers for phones and they're quick. 10/10 recommended.

I Was in Indy on business and hit a pothole that shredded my tire. Best one was able to get my tire from their warehouse and had me back on the road in no time! Eric in sales was great and the counter guys were super friendly!

Brian, Eric and the whole team are a pleasure to work with! Have had service/repairs done here a few times and will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable and service is good.
