I presently purchased a used Porsche from Bentley of Indianapolis and it was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. This is the first car I have bought used site unseen from 1000 miles away. No matter how good the dealership is you always slightly nervous. The car was absolutely in pristine condition and exactly how the dealership described it. I highly recommend a dealership

i have been in the car business and bought high end cars for 15 plus years the service Austin , the sales rep and the owner Moe has been nothing but superb. i would highly recommend their service and I am own and exotic car dealership myself.. 5 stars and looking forward to doing many more deals with them ! First class dealership!

Out of town buyer who could not find the right vehicle until I came across Bentley of Indianapolis. From initial contact with Claire in sales to Daniel in finance and even down to the wonderful and extremely smooth experience with their transport company who brought the car and took my trade back with them. My S560 Cabriolet is everything I was looking for and they were very fair with my trade. If you are looking for a high end vehicle and are out of town I would not hesitate to working with Bentley of Indianapolis!!

All communication was conducted via email with Austin. Austin was professional, courteous and very respectful throughout the entire process. Austin held true on his agreement and made the transaction hassle- and stress free. I have never experienced this type of service from a dealership before, and especially from a salesperson. I highly recommend Austin for anyone considering to purchase a new or used vehicle. I ll definitely will contact Austin if I m ever in the market for another new or used vehicle. Buying a used vehicle from Bentley Indianapolis was a great experience. This was an out-of-state transaction and it went smoothly. I highly recommend the dealership. Among the reasons was the impressive degree of transparency that made for a less stressful transaction. The individuals I dealt with were Claire, Daniel and Ben. Each exhibited a high level of professionalism. Especially, I want to single out the salesperson who helped me: Claire Daily. Claire did an exceptional job from start to finish. Claire made herself available night and day to answer all of my questions. She is patient (and not pushy!), respectful, competent, pleasant, resourceful, and helped make the car-buying process as smooth as it can be. She followed up with me after my vehicle was transported to my home to ensure everything was delivered as promised. Thank you very much, Claire.

This was my first out-of-state car purchase. Austin from Bentley Indianapolis was exceptionally helpful. He responded promptly to texts and even scheduled a FaceTime call to show me the car. Negotiating with quick and simple, and after the paperwork was signed, the car was transported quickly. The entire experience was enjoyable and pleasant, not words usually associated with car purchases. I would definitely work with Austin and Bentley Indy again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

I've bought cars from large and small dealerships, private sellers and auctions. Buying from Bentley of Indianapolis has by far been my best experience. Claire Daily responded to my online search request, promptly answered all my questions and worked with me from start to finish. The configuration and color of the car I ultimately purchased was not what I had in mind, however, I couldn't resist the car that Claire guided me to which was newer, still under factory warranty, very low mileage and with a rare color combination. From sales to finance to delivery, I never felt like I was being handed-off as Claire followed me through each and every step. We communicated by text, email and phone seamlessly throughout the purchase. Everything was upfront and easy.

Great transaction! Bought a 2020 Cayenne Coupe S and sold my 2017 Cayenne S all from Texas. They assisted with Financing, Title and tags, Detailing, and Shipment. Delivered my new and picked up my trade. Great communication and transparency. Love my new to me Cayenne Coupe!

Purchased a 2020 Porsche Boxster dealership said it was pristine no damage to The rims and the tires were fairly new plenty of tread on them when the car was delivered by the transporter that was hired from the dealership. The car had four ball tires where the steel belt was coming through two plugs, and one of the tires drivers molding on the door was damaged by the transport company, the height sensor in the front of the car was damaged when the car transporter tried moving it off without moving the wheel, chocks front brakes are low and every time I call the dealership you get somebody else and they kept on saying that once you buy a car from them to go through your own insurance, the general manager, Drew was probably the worst person you could deal with there. He just has no consideration at all $70,000 for a car and he sends us a check for $3700 worth of damage a check out 13 seriously I would really consider never buying a car from them really do your homework. If you read the reviews, these people are definitely liars.

I'm here to speak my experience with Bentley of Indianapolis. It does not mean you will face the same issues as me. But if you do, you've been warned, I bought a vehicle from out-of-state. The process was smooth of course because they had to get paid. Once I received the vehicle. I never heard from nobody again. As far as my registration or my paperwork. Now we are going on 8 months and finally after all the hard work I did I figured out the mistakes the dealership made and I corrected them. I'm able to finally get my license plates.I've spoke with.Oak with kim from the transfer department And it was all A waste of time. None of them called me back to a point where I was about to file a lawsuit on the dealership. My recommendation stay away. Once they get paid they act like they don't know you no more even though they made the mistake

From initial contact to picking up my Bentley this was a great transaction. Mitch emailed me a video of the vehicle showing the features I asked about. A few days later when I visited the dealership everything was exactly as represented and car gurus rated the purchase a good deal. Visit this dealership you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLE 63S AMGS on January 8 2024 with 42,759 miles. I noticed the tread on the tires looked really really low. I mentioned to my sales person along with the manager who assured me the tread was within their safety standards and the car is completely safe to drive. I also noticed that the tires made a popping sound when you turned at a slow tighter radius. They explained that was normal and just how summer tires sound. I asked about replacing the tires and was denied over and over again. With being a single mother which they knew I trusted the sales team and what they explained to be true. I decided to go ahead and purchase the car because I had full faith since this is a Bentley Dealership. I also purchased the tire warranty they pushed and assured me it would cover any issues I may have (the warranty is a joke and covers nothing you would ever need).I quickly noticed my breaks were squeaking and my car was drifting especially if there was any water on the road. I took my car in to have it looked at and was informed all four tires needed replaced right away and my car was not safe to drive. I was told the tread is so far gone it s like driving on bologna (pretty great comparison). My rear break pads also needed replaced right away and my front pads along with rotors will need replaced in the next few months. I ve contacted the dealership multiple times to explain the situation and haven t received any call backs. I ve attached pictures to understand how bad the tires were along with the break pads. Buyers beware!!

This experience purchasing a 22 Tesla model 3 performance 600 miles away was a great experience. I seen many local cars but the salesmanship presented through the course or purchasing informed me I was purchasing from the right dealership.Everything I said above was mentioned too soon.I ve owned the vehicle since 2/14/23 and still unable to register the car because the dealership hasn t paid the taxes and refuses to do so. We ve had several conversations and it turned into me being bullied to sign paper work that would keep them from paying the taxes to Pennsylvania.

My experience was fantastic! Ben was knowledgeable and professional. Buying a car out of state can be intimidating and risky. I had done my homework before hand and saw other good experiences. Ben made it so easy. He responded to my questions quickly and professionally having never done this before. The car was exactly as advertised. They even sent a video walk around of the car as well. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Super fast sale process. Had my car valued and an offer within an hour. Test drove the new one. Next day came back with a decision and they had me out the door within an hour. Kyle is great and they re whole team made sure the process was effortless. Highly recommend.
