Brought new tires. They gave me used ones AND popped my Kia sign off my tires and didn t even tell me or try to put them back!!!!! I noticed this after I left. I paid online and booked an appointment. They were behind appointments for 2 hours. The fact that the tires are used has me wondering how often they are doing this to customers. I brought the 3 year warranty, so I guess I m still covered. Do not trust this location. I ll never shop Belle Tires again for sure.

Found out I had a nail in the rear driver's side tire. Drove over to the Belle Tire in Castleton because it was the closest to me. I was told it would be a 3-hour wait! I had purchased the insurance on the tires when I bought them. A 3-hour wait for a tire repair seemed a bit much. A friend came up, and I followed him over to the BT on Pendleton Pike....where the wait was a little over and hour. Ended up also having the free tire rotation that was included with the tire insurance I purchased. The 4-star rating is for the Pendleton Pike store.

2 hours there for a flat tire. Watched all the mechanics and manager stand in a circle outside smoking, surfing their phone, and laughing. No working. I was the only customer there. To my surprise the day after my tire light came on. They have put 40 psi in all my 35 psi tires and my flat tire was back at 28 psi. Thankfully another place fixed this worthless place errors. I would never go to any Belle. Refuse to call them tire because they don't know anything about tires. I am sure they are not all bad, but the one on pendleton can make a good place for another business.

I just got off the highway due the same tire being repaired at the Belle Tire Pendleton Pike store three weeks ago my tire busted open while driving from Columbus, Ohio last night. I was reassured the tire would be ok since I had a warranty on it. I m not sure how it happened but I believe I was told I could get a new one to replace the old one. Instead they said they had repaired and it was free of charge. I will be bringing it back in Monday. It s not fun being out in the middle of no where changing a tire off the highway.

I am a repeat customer at this location.(4x) Staff is great, service is great. The wait can be a while so just plan on leaving your vehicle and coming back for it.

Customer service was great! Vehicle was completed within the time frame promised. All options for service were transparent and my questions were answered honestly. The waiting area was clean and has snack machines and free coffee. There are also a few charging stations for your devices.

These are the most honest mechanics I ve ever met. One time, I brought in my vehicle with an issue, and when they couldn t find what it was, only charged m3 $10. Just today, they found an issue that arose from a different place that worked on my car (looking at you jiffy lube down the street), and they charged me nothing. I can t imagine other mechanics treating me this well

Went in to have a slow leak fixed and tires rotated , they told me it would take 2 hours, it wound up taking 4 and two sets of customers came and went. I had a warranty on my tires, I couldn't believe it, I will always anywhere but there

Technically I haven't been a customer here yet. But they have free air for your tires you can access outside. Yes, I said free air! Free! Yes, air for which you do not have to pay.Who really does free anymore?Belle Tire does!

Very professional and solid team effort. I got new tires on my Nissan 370z. They took very good care of me and my car. I would definitely recommend. This was my first experience with Belle Tire. Thank you. Very pleased.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for tires. Get to the shop for my appointment to be told they haven t ordered the tires yet. Wait 2 days and they tell me the tires are set to be delivered by end of day. They ask to perform an alignment first thing next morning. I call the next day and they tell me they won t have it on the lift till the evening. I come to pick up the car because they clearly don t understand time management or appointments. Get to the car and they lost the locking lug nut key.Will NEVER use this company again.

If I could give 0 stars I surely would. Spent $1,500 in this place had my car there for at least 2 weeks and it was better before I took it than after I got it out of there.

I had scheduled an appointment at 10am and here it is after 12pm and my car hasn't even been looked at.What's the point of scheduling an appointment? I could have definitely wasted my time doing something else. On top of that I took the day off work for absolute nothing. No one was helpful with providing me with an ETA for my repair. I'm now back at home without any work done to my vehicle

With very little notice, Belle Tire got us right in for a used car inspection since we were considering buying a car nearby. They charged a very fair price, and they explained the details of the inspection when they were finished. Friendly employees, clean and comfortable waiting.

***UPDATE*** They have kept their flags flying high and tear free. Thank you. As I do appreciate you flying the American Flag please know that when it starts to get ripped and tethered it is time to retire it. Properly. Any cub scout troop, VFW or American Legion can help.

Went to Belle Tire on Pendleton Pike to have a tire replaced that had a slow leak in it. It was a runflat, and I had been told by a different company that a runflat could not be repaired. I chose Belle because it already had the best price on the runflat tire I was looking for. A while after dropping off my car, they called to tell me that I didn't need to have the tire replaced after all, but rather they COULD fix the tire... FOR FREE. This saved me more than $250. They could have just replaced the tire as I had asked (and expected), but they did the honest, standup thing and fixed the tire. Great experience! I know where I'll be going the next time I DO need new tires.

I was going to be charged a pro-rated Charge of $105 to replace my tires under tire protection plan by Kirk & Adam, , advisors say that this charge is based of manufacture and mileage driven, i was not paying that price when i had already paid $65 a tire for the protection plan when I first purchased my tires. I went to castleton Belle and they state the the charge is to re -new warranty but i was able to decline warranty. I opted out of re purchasing warranty because it was a hassle to get tires covered. Pendleton pike belle tire/meineke advised me that my belts were broken in front tires then I went to castleton belle and they stated that i over inflated my tires. After a hassle i was able to get my tire swapped out and only paid only sales taxes, i will be going back to Discount Tires, these guys will nickle and dime you and don t want to honor warranty that you purchased

I absolutely love Belle Tire! I took my car the other day for an oil change and had them check a low tire. My total was like $50.00. They had to plug my tire and they do this as a courtesy no charge. I was floored! Thank you Belle tire for amazing service and very friendly staff.Cyndi I have to add to this post on Friday, April 21. I called Belle Tire to ask them what they would charge me to balance a tire. The gentleman that answered the phone said they would do it for free so I went to Bill tire and they look at to balance my tire and they ended up balancing three of them. One was so bad they couldn t balance they told me I needed a new tire. It had been plugged three times. The bath stem was bad in the back of the tire was ripping, I asked him how much it would be and he said like $157 I said I m sorry so I don t have the money. He said we can t balance that tire I said that s fine. About 20 minutes later he comes back out and said ma am, your safety is our first concern. We replace your tire for free. Now. This is a act and a stand up business. I cried and said thank you so much! Thank you Belle tire.

On Saturday, 7/30/2022, we found out that our front driver brake line had ruptured. We called this location as soon as they opened to verify that they could perform the service we needed done and they confirmed they could. We had our vehicle towed in at approximately 12pm on 7/30. They could not service the vehicle that day, due to being swamped with other vehicles ahead of ours and since they are not open on Sunday, we had to wait till Monday 8/1 to get an update. My husband called this location soon after opening on 8/1 and was told our vehicle hadn t yet been touched, but should be handled soon. We called again around noon, and was told our vehicle was going onto the lift to be examined at that point. About an hour and a half later, we called again for an update (since we are a one car family, and we needed our vehicle back asap) and was told the vehicle was still waiting to be inspected. They told us to wait for them to call us at that point, so we did. We finally received a call from them about 4 hours later, around 5:30pm, and were informed the car had been looked at and the driver front brake line had ruptured (just like we told them Saturday morning) and they gave us the estimate for the replacement. We signed off on the estimate over the phone and they told us they would be checking for the part or sending a staff member to get the part as soon as they could. We heard nothing from them for the rest of the night. Come Tuesday, 8/2, my husband was called at 1pm and informed that the service had been completed and the car was ready to be picked up. My husband had to wait until after work to get the vehicle, and they thankfully agreed to stay open an extra 15 minutes so we could get the car before closing. When my husband arrived, he found that the car had been broken into and all of the contents of our glove box and center console had been pulled out and thrown all over the front seats of our vehicle. This had to have happened after the service was complete, as a sunscreen bottle was found jammed under the gas pedal when my husband arrived. There was no damage to the windows or exterior of the car, so our vehicle was left unsecured in their parking lot after the service was completed. Police were called, but they can t do anything, since there was no property damage or obvious theft found. We are still working with this location on an investigation as to how this could have happened, but we will not be bringing our car back to this location after this. I would recommend anyone who comes to this location to be very cautious about leaving your vehicle with them and definitely remove any important or sensitive items before entrusting your vehicle with them.

Was my first time being at Belle Tire. They pulled a nail out of my tire, aired my tires up also changed my oil. I was very pleased and recommend coming here . They did a great job!

I've owned a lot of trucks in my life. The tires suggested at Bell Tire by Clarence are the absolute best tires I have ever owned. Anytime I'm in the store Clarence treats me like a friend. He and his staff make driving an hour and a half from home to get to the Pendleton Pike store worth it. Nice people, Great Products, Great Service. I'm thinking about moving closer to the store. LOL

Very professional, accommodating, & polite. Kirk was the representative I spoke with that managed to commender a set of tires from Castleton all the way here in attempts to get my truck on the road in a timely manner. Kudos Belle Tire (& employee Kirk) !!You guys are awesome, please keep up the hard work for future customers !

Without question, the best service I have ever received from any company, anywhere...hands-down. I would give 10 stars if I could! I've had them put new tires on 4 or 5 different cars and they always are quick, reasonably priced and very professional. I've had them mount and balance tires I didn't even buy there twice. The manager did the first set for free because I've been such a frequent customer. This last visit, the tire was faulty and blew out when they inflated it. They took it upon themselves to go to 2 other locations and hunt down a replacement which they put on and didn't charge me for. I didn't even buy the original faulty tire there, but they replaced it for free!!! No one else will ever get my tire business from now on! Stop in and see these folks - you won't be disappointed!
