Had to bring my car here to get 2 new tires after hitting a pot hole pretty bad. When I called them to tell them I was having it towed there, first and foremost they were asking me if I was ok before anything else, which I really appreciated. They were then prompt in calling me the next morning to go over the quote, and did a great job fixing the car. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I have to get new tires again.

My daughter had and a mishap or 2 with a curb and damaged 2 wheels, 2 tires, and a strut. The crew at Belle Tire were very professional and went beyond the level of service I was expecting. They made an already stressful situation a lot easier by helping with with insurance adjusters and that whole dilemma. In the end, they made my experience one that was actually quite a pleasant one. I would like to thank you Katie G! I would DEFINITELY recommend Katie and Belle Tire for tires or anything your vehicle might need!

Made tire selection and 9 am appointment for install online two days prior to service. Called the store to confirm appointment and ensure there were no problems. Was told appointment, tire selection confirmed and all good. On day of service showed up a little early before appointed time. They took my vehicle right in. 5 minutes later the manager came and got me to show me 3 of the tires they had gotten from their warehouse were mislabeled and the wrong size. Said it would take until after 3-4 pm to get replacements and I could either return then and they'd get me right in or return next morning at 9 am. I told them I'd be back at 3-4 pm. Returned at 3:40 pm. Wasn't given any priority and had to wait 3 + hours for install. No offer of any discount for my inconvenience or even an apology for my prolonged wait. Don't recommend this place for tires or anything else.

The staff were courteous and professional, however I had a pot hole damage to my wheel/tire in February. I was able to get it fixed but as soon as I drove it off the lot I heard a sluggish noise. I took the car back in to which they told me that my car needed additional repair with replacing my wheel bearing. I was upset as it was a big misuse of my time of why this was not caught the first time of my initial car repair. A few weeks ago my car started to have some clunking noise. I was told that additional repairs would be need to be made to my car.I m dissatisfied and disappointed with how my car s repairs were handled and the overall communication and commitment of this specific belle tire. Again, the staff were professional and respectful, but I cannot recommend this shop and will tell other clients to think before coming to this shop and having additional charges and a headache of a time.

Got a quote from the 2 top windshield installers(Google if you want) and both were about $550. They took care of my new windshield for $363. I even went to parts store and got new wiper blades and still only spent $400. Save me a ton of money and the customer service is top notch. Recommend to anyone don't hesitate

My family has gone to belle for a while so when we had an engine light pop up on one of our vehicles, we brought our vehicle to belle due to their so-far great experiences, a day later, they call and inform me it is a $1,100 repair, I told them to go-ahead because we needed the car back. The next day I go to pick the car up, they hand me the keys, I start the car & the engine light turned back on, I go back inside, they take the keys and come back 20 minutes later saying they forgot to plug in a sensor, so I said ok and drove home. The next day I had an errand to run, as soon as I arrived, the engine light turned back on and the car started idling very hard, I called the store and spoke to a manager which led to no-where but an argument, I ended up having to take it to another shop where they were able to fix the entire issue in 3-4 hours and had to pay an additional $300 for that repair, I called corporate on the store and got the $300 reimbursed, sad they could not do anything about the $1100 spent. We will never to return to a Belle-Tire, corporate was good but the store was terrible.

Should be able to sue for false advertising!!! What a joke!!! Free alignment check?!?!? Then over 100$ to actually do the alignment. 82$ for 1 tire pressure sensor install?? Online the sensor costs 20$$ appoitment was for 1:30 .it s 4pm and I still don t have my car .AVOID AT ALL COSTS WHAT A SHADY BUSINESS 4 new tires and I m paying over 600$$$

Belle tire did a free tire repair for me. They were exceptionally helpful!!! Oct 30, 2023. Didn't get names, but they were AWESOME!Very pleased! I have been Using them exclusively for 2 years and I have been it very happy

Do not recommend! The store manager is dishonest. They damaged my wheel and wouldn t take responsibility. My tire was flat and had to wait over 2.5 for them to put on a new tire. While waiting I noticed belle tire was pulling other customers vehicles up to the door when service was finished so I was expecting the same and thinking that was a nice curtesy. After tire was replaced my car was parked in the very last parking spot on the lot so I walked in the rain to the car. I should ve known that was a sign something was wrong but it was raining and I was late so I just wanted to get home. After getting home I pulled into the garage and looked at tires. I noticed new fresh wheel damage that hadn t been there before and a chalky concrete residue on the tire like it hit a curb. With the rim being scraped I drove back to belle tire to show them. The Store manager denied anything happened to my car and wouldn t do anything since I drove home and left the business. I know I should ve looked at the tires before I left, lesson learned! I will never return here and regret ever letting them touch my car!

Took my car in for a coolant leak. They added some miscellanea stuff like oil change (my car said it still had 69% left) and I never asked for one in the first place. Since my car uses full synthetic oil, the fee added up. I'm not even sure if they did change my oil or not because my car still said 69% left when I picked it up.When I went and picked it up, the coolant tank in my car was empty (they charged $25 for a coolant refill but the coolant tank was empty and i had to fill it up with my own coolant before i drove off). Overall, it costed me about $2500 (1k for car parts and the rest are service fees and miscellanea. I did feel like they milked $$ outta me no doubt.) Maybe it's because I'm a 27 year old with a babyface that knows basically nothing about cars...I also had my car windows fixed there in the past...twice...it lasted about 4-6 months each time...when I went back the second time, they still charged me $$. After it broke for the 3rd time, I sought out a private mechanic and never had a problem since. I only went there because it's close to my workplace so I can just drop my car off and walk back to my workplace.Overall I'd give it 0* if i could. Never going back.

Manager was very helpful when I tried to use a $150 gift card from the last time belle tire made a mistake at a different shop. But then they were going to send me home without putting my new tire on. When I asked them if they could put it on they did then they threw my spare in the bed if my truck instead of underneath where it is supposed to be stored. Will likely try somewhere new next time.

Just went up to Belle Tire to get my tire plugged. And was told they could not do service because they are booked and with 5 hours remaining to close this job will simply only take 5 minutes. I went the day before and was told the same thing. The customer guy at the counter was not apologetic at all. Such poor service.

Let me first start by saying that I drive a company car and I am responsible for all required maintenance, which involved purchasing tires a few months back. These tires were purchased from Belle Tire and included the Road Hazard Warranty.A few weeks back I stopped in for a leaking rear tire and was told that they could look at it but it would be an hour or two as they did not make appointments to repair tires. I proceeded to wait two hours and finally had to leave without the needed repair. Big O Tire had this tire repaired within 30 minutes the following day.Today, 9/13/23, I again found I had another leaking tire and stopped in Belle Tire to have it repaired. After all, that's what a warranty is for, correct? Time in was at 2:00 P.M. Was told they could have me out by 4:00,.....4+ hours later I am still waiting and writing this review, letting everyone know that once they take your money for the initial tire purchase, you are at their mercy for any tire repair you may need. Live and learn, right?!?They do not make appointment's for tire repair, so you either need to drop your vehicle off, drop the tire off or wait for the repair to be made. Please keep in mind if you wait, any other "scheduled" appointment's (you know, the ones that bring in fresh cash) will put you that much further behind.As this is a company vehicle, basically my only option was to wait, or pay again for something that has already been paid for.I am pleading for all that are reading this review to take ALL ONE STAR reviews to heart...unless you just have gobs of time to waste, then by all means.I am sure that Jenn, the "owner" will respond to this post the same as she as done to all other negative reviews stating how "sorry" she is, but that really doesn't matter at this point, now does it?Sad thing is, my company and I are now "locked" in to Belle Tires until new tires are once again needed.BUYER BEWARE

So, I took my car into Mercedes today to have my 4-Year / 40,000 mile check-up. Was told that I had a nail in my tire & technicians suggested 4 new tires (worn tread) & alignment. Total price estimate = $1,385. WOW. I know there are those who just say ... ok ... whatever ... go ahead ... but I'm not one of those people. I wanted good tires but not for $1,385. So, I did a little searching. New to Indianapolis (Southside - 5219 E. Southport Rd.) is Belle Tire. I called to get an estimate and talked with Danny Zurface (Store Manager). Such a delight ... Friendly, direct quote of 4 different choices, GREAT Pricing (like $500 less), No pressure sales tactics and completed SAME DAY. I was a little amazed ... and a little hesitant that they could do it the same day. I was wrong! They have 8-10 bays and a full-staff of knowledgeable, fun-loving technicians. In at 6:45pm - Out at 8:00pm. Best selection in Indianapolis that I could find (Michelin, Continental, +++). So, I don't think I will need tires now for another 60,000 miles (fingers crossed) but when I do ... Belle Tire is where I'm headed! Try it ... you will be amazed. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!

The manager of this location, Justin, is very professional. I really appreciate the fact that they will patch a tire for free here still. Will return to purchase tires when I need because of that.

Assistant Manager claimed our oil filter cap was broken and MUST be replaced with a new one. He said if we didn t pay them $80 to replace it, they would refuse to change our oil. The cap had not caused any issues and we didn t have any leak of any kind. I inspected the cap after their claim of it being broken. Only the outer lip was chipped / cracked. This would have happened by using the wrong tool to forcibly remove it. The chip / crack was no where near the seal or the threading.It would have been perfectly fine to put the cap back on after the oil change. They just wanted profit on their marked up part. They charged $80 for a part that retails for $45-$50 locally.

I have gotten 2 pairs of tires and an alignment here without any issue. Then last week I got a nail in my tire, which is covered by their road hazard warranty. I called and was essentially told there was no chance I could get it done that day, or even in the next 2 days. I was also told I couldn't make an appointment for tire repair, it would have to be walk-in. I came in Monday around 11am and was told that it would take "hours" and that if I wanted it done in a timely manner, I would need to come in much earlier in the day. Today, I came in at 9:15 and was told "2 to 2.5 hours." Less than happy, but I needed it done. At 12:45 I asked about my car and was told it was next in line. I still did not get my car back until 2:15. Over 5 hours for a plug patch. What is the point of a road hazard warranty if this is what it takes to get a simple repair? I will be going back to Tire Barn for my tire service. I've never waited for more than 1.5 hour for any service there. If your time is valuable to you I highly recommend you go literally anywhere else for tires.

Beware that Belle Tire says their price is cheap. They do a "free" alignment check. 80%+ of the cars fail. If you do not pay for the alignment, they void the warranty on the tires. So 80%+ of the tires they sell have no warranty. Pretty neat set-up. They don't tell you that up front. It is a scam. So their cheaper because no warranty. If you think I am a complainer, check my other reviews. I rarely write bad reviews. On purpose scams need to be outed. They hurt fair businesses.EditedBelle Tire called me and explained the situation. Apparently what I was told by the service person was not true. The tires are still warranted.

Went in for an alignment. Technician tried to tell me that my tire was leaking. It wasn t. They are new tires. He looked at the display in my car that said it was at 14 psi because I haven t replaced the defective tire gauges. I know what low tires look like so I never replace the $70 auto tire gauges. He said they were low and they weren t. He didn t use a tire pressure gauge. He just saw the display in my car and tried to get me to spend more money. They aren t professionals, just looking to gouge their customers. Stay away.

I have purchased 6 sets of wheels and tires from this store over the last few years and will never go anywhere else. Caleb the assistant manager is one of the best overall human beings I ve had the pleasure to deal with. I felt compelled to write this review because in my most recent visit there was an issue, and it was rectified immediately and professionally. I couldn't be happier with this store. Highly recommend.

I had a service call on the highway and needed a tire swapped out fast. Caleb Munden a sales associate at the Southport rd location had me In and out of there in minutes flat. I almost always start my search for tires at Belle tire and have yet to have a bad experience. Quality associates and low prices are a great combination.SamOwnerSam s Roadside Service

Great place for tires so far. I love the warranty i got a couple years back. However during my last visit they informed me that my struts were bad and in need of replacement that would cost over a grand. I had a second local shop owned by a friend take a look and was informed that there is nothing wrong with my struts and that they are in great condition.This has me concerned that the shop tries to pull one over on customers that may not be knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles.

Came in this morning to get tire replaced cause I knew it couldn t be repaired to sit in this place for two hours for them to tell me they will have to order a new tire. Coo them I get a call around noon that my tire is in I get here speak with a guy who tells me at 2 it ll be three hours til they get to my car here I am still here an car is sitting in parking lot. If you go here make sure it s in the morning the ppl in the afternoon/evening don t care about your time. I have spent my whole day here just for a repair of a tire. That I will have to get a warranty on again after I just got them not even a month ago. Scam once I m done paying off my credit card I ll do business else where but I will not be returning to this site I don t care what situation I m in they can be the only one open an I will not be back!

Just stopped to get air checked, came in and they said to pull up to bay 1 and they would send someone out. Pulled up, no one came. Watched them stand around and talk, no one ever came. Went back inside, there were 3 guys in there who acted like no one knew who was supposed to do what, had to ask if I should pull around to the end or if they were going to help me. Said they would find someone. Came back out to wait, someone came out and started smoking. Stared at my car while I waited. Another guy came out and was nice, started to put in the air, the guy smoking started following him around talking to him while he was helping me. Then while he was working another guy came out to go to the snap on truck, and made a crack to him that he was doing a good job .The whole experience gives me the impression they are over staffed and their guys are either lazy or entitled. My husband is a technician, has worked in many shops & dealerships, as well as a certified diesel technician. He said he would ve expected to be fired for any of that kind of behavior. Zero teamwork was observed & zero initiative. They get 2 starts only because I did end up getting air, and the guy that did it was very nice.

this was my first time at Belle Tire off Southport. I was told I could bring my car in on Saturday without an appointment since I had to cancel my appointment on Friday. When arriving on Saturday I was told that they had a full board of cars to work on and they wouldn t be able to get my car ready until Monday. I completely understood and left my car with the expectation of picking it up Monday. 5 hours later I receive a call that my car has a new tire and is ready to be picked up. I m extremely impressed and surprised by the swiftness of this place. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for amazing and fast service!

Arrived at this location at 1pm on a Thursday to have a low tire (a tire that I purchased at Belle) looked at. The rep at the desk said it would be 2-2.5 hours to touch it. To which I asked, can I make an appointment for tomorrow? He said we don't make appointments for flat tire repairs. We only have one bay for that.I'm confused, I understand they offer other vehicle services, but your name is Belle TIRE. You specialize in tires and won't make an appointment to fix a TIRE?I have made appointments at the Greenwood location for flat repair so I'm not sure why this location doesn't.PS. Went to the Greenwood location and walked right in and the amount of people waiting at both locations were the same.

Belle Tire has always treated me well. They are honest people who don't try to pull one over on you like other places.
