During my travels in Indy, I had the pleasure of stopping by Beck Service Center, and it turned out to be an excellent find. This auto repair shop offers a comprehensive range of services, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, tires, oil changes, and more. The outstanding customer service I experienced was truly remarkable; they treated me like family. I highly recommend entrusting your vehicle to Beck Service Center for any auto repair needs. Beck was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. They have always given me EXCELLANT service. I've had problems with the shocks on the front end of my car for years. Within 6 months they start popping. Beck has replaced those 2 or three times at no cost to me! If you have to leave your car they offer to take you home/work...wherever you need to go, or will give you a courtesy vehicle if your insurance covers you driving their vehicle. They will pick you up when your vehicle is done (from a reasonable distance). The staff has always been pleasant and enjoy talking with them. I hope they're in business for a long time because nowadays I don't know who else I can trust with my investment. Thanks to Ray, Ben, Cody, Bill the people who have gone and all the new ones I've not met. And a REAL BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE SPECIALISTS AND TECHS WORKING IN THE GARAGE! I have used Beck Service Center for a number of years and I love it. They are knowledgeable and reliable on repairs and provide awesome service. I love that they provide totally free shuttle service to take you back home or to work after your auto drop-off and then back to Beck's. I highly recommend Beck Service Center.

I m not local and not a customer of the shop. However, while shopping for a car, I saw that the shop had done some repairs to one I liked. I contacted them through the website and Ray responded quickly. He was straight up with me about some other issues the car might have that the previous owner didn t want to deal with - but I d be getting as a gift with purchase, haha. I wish I *was* in Indy so I could patronize Beck regularly. That level of customer service - for someone not even a customer! - is rare and fantastic. Thank you, Ray! And everyone else, bring your cars here!!

Becks Service Center has been my go-to place for my current car (and my last 2), and my wife's car. They've always been very fair with us and do good work, and pretty fair prices. They always go over any charges over the phone before they do anything. Excellent standard practice.I just had my car in for an oil change and to check out a vibration in the steering wheel. As per usual, I put off maintenance for to long and they put it right for me. When I picked up the car, Ray gave me a quote for something new and walked to my car with me to check the tire wear. I made an appointment and they were very timely and explained everything that they did! I would highly recommend. Also, I drive a modified vehicle with hand controls and they were familiar and comfortable with driving it!

I brought my car here for service they could not work on it however I would recommend this business to anyone with a american made car also I would recommend this business off of the customer service alone everyone is very friendly, very kind also very helpful I had the pleasure of working with Ray who absolutely awesome he has great customer service skills and is very helpful.

I took my car in for a simple oil change which was long overdue. Ben explained the importance of the oil changes occurring on a schedule rather than letting them go QUITE a bit longer, as I had done. While I was waiting for my car, a couple came in that didn't speak or understand english very well. Ben went out of his way to contact someone that might be able to translate for them. It worked and the couple went away happy and understanding what their car needed. I completely trust Beck Service Center because I know the work done is going to be excellent in every way. They treat their customers' cars as if they were their own. Won't go anywhere else!!!!!

Perfect service experience. I Am a Toyota master Technician and an Ase Master Technician. I needed an exhaust put on my Vintage Car and I don t have the Equiptment to do the job so I took it to Beck because one of my friends told me Beck was the best at it. When I Got there I was greeted, they took my car and invited me in the shop to go over what I was wanting, we scheduled a time 2 weeks in the future and when I came back 2 weeks later they where ready, took my car back and performed the work. Invited me back in to inspect the work done and charged me exactly what was agreed to with no crazy add one. Stellar workman ship. I expected my new exhaust to look like a professional install and it did!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service, upfront and honest at a reasonable price. They did a great job on my E39 M5 with some custom exhaust work! I'll be back and refer my family and friends. I even got a thank you card in the mail. Thank you guys!

I have been taking my vehicles to Beck Service Center for several years now. I have always been happy with their honesty and professionalism. Their prices are fair and they do a great job of explaining any necessary repairs in a way that someone with no knowledge of cars (me) would understand. I have never felt pressured for any add-on service or repairs like I have at other places. Got a full inspection for free, a free ride from and to the shop, same day response, and friendly service.Didn't end up getting work done because it's an old car and there was more wrong than I anticipated, but I trust their judgement.When I told them I was going to hold off on fixes, he sounded concerned for my safety and wanted reassurance I wouldn't be driving it for long without fixing it. Very sweet and considerate.I'll be coming back for future work for sure.

Very respectful, clean, and honest hardworking people here! The service they provided me was quick and efficient! They were absolutely amazing and will for now on be the only mechanics I use. I went in there for an exhaust leak and a tire rotation, was given an estimated time frame, and a free ride home, the job was completed sooner than expected and I was even given a free pickup from my home to get my car back. Very thorough and reasonable. My car had major repairs done to the rear Wheels, rotors, arms and more. With weekend drop-off, my car was ready in less than Forty-Eight hours. Absolutely stellar.

Beck's is hands down the best service station I have had the privilege of taking my '94 GMC Vandura. They operate on a first in first out system and were able to help me with my brakes and repair some hose leaks. When I had questions about some different ways that my vehicle was behaving after the service, they invited me to bring it back in and prioritized my visit so if there was something that needed additional attention, I wouldn't have to leave it overnight again. Highly recommend Beck Service Center.

Try do my own routine maintenance if I can otherwise this is where I always bring our vehicles. They ve never done me wrong. First off I was a nervous wreck trying to get my daughter s car fixed. Blindly picking a car service on line uuughhh! She s in a big city, and can t get her car started & we live 1,000 miles away. Ray was amazing! He totally put my mind to ease & told me they would take care of the tow & give her a car to drive until hers was fixed. I can t say enough great things about this company! Oh man...was a bit unsure of what to expect...even though a co-worker assure me that they are great people, of a certainty they are absolutely very professional; warm and safe environment with great staff and personality skills. I would definitely recommend someone to this location. Mind you they are a little $$ but the service is impeccable. Far better than the dealer.. the dealer rarely would call you up and tell you or show you the parts that go bad before replacement, but these people do, they took me to my car and show and explain to me in details what need to be done...and not only that, they gave me the best advise that will save me alot of headache later on. I drove away feeling very please..."Awesome Job..Great Team Work...

I had my suv towed to Becks they called me when they received it , they quickly identified what the issue was I have a 2016 Dodge Durango , they fixed my car and did a oil change I m pleased with how fast they worked very efficiently, all the staff was very friendly and patient with me I don t know much about cars , price was reasonable I will definitely bring my car back ! Beck Service Center did a thorough evaluation/inspection of my car for free and allowed me to optionally decide which repairs I wanted them to carry out. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. My car drives a lot better now, and I haven't had any problems since; they caught everything that was wrong and charged me for all repairs at a discounted rate!
