*UPDATE* For some reason they just turned on us. Did us so wrong. Said they fixed it yet they did not. His was son was rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDThis guy is the most honest mechanic we've ever met. He gives fair upfront pricing. Also polite and quick. If he can't fix it he'll let you know. He's the one my mom and I trust.

Had heard good things about the Brandy s location near me. New to Indianapolis, I needed some work on my old yet reliable 2005 Kia.My initial diagnostic way off and glad they were able to figure out my issue.Was not a next day fix, and other than some supplier issues, which I understand in my line of work, they got me back up and running in a timely fashion.Would definitely recommend this location of Brandy s Auto.

Super great establishment... I'm a good mechanic but there are some things that are just too much to deal with. That's when I need a shop that knows their business and is honest and timely.I've done business with Bandy's since 1990 and have always felt like I got great work and a good deal.

Very respectful, was from out of town. They couldn't get my car done because it broke down right before closing. The gave me a ride to the nearby motel and picked me up next day to pick up my car. Thanks Bill and Todd

The I had done was my bearings. The price was affordable and they finished in a great amount of time. Todd bandy always gives me a call and let's me know what's going on . I've been going to this shop for about10 years, they have never let me down. Recently my catalytic converter was stolen from my car in fishers Indiana. I called all the body shops around and from the get go they were the most positive so I took my chance. They were able to tow my car over to the shop, which eliminates the stress of finding someone else or driving it myself.I honestly was expecting the time to be 2-3 weeks without my car. The car was towed to the shop on Tuesday and I was back in my car on Friday! So far I ve had no problems and I have faith that I won t! Professional, fast and affordable! I am so grateful they came through for me! Thank you so very much bandys!

Don t take your car here!!! They had my vehicle 3 days longer then I was told. I dropped 550$ and it didn t even make it home. My husband was going to change the water pump after getting it back from them and they said drive it around 100 miles first well it didn t even make it 5 miles home and now it needs another $2,000 repair. They are crooks I m certain they caused the repair that is needed now. Especially since they had the vehicle for over a week. DON T TRUST BANDYS FOR YOUR REPAIR. GO WITH A DIFFERENT SHOP!!!

Bandy's is possibly the best auto repair shop I've ever worked with. Service is friendly enough, and their mechanics always impress me with the quality of their workmanship. Whenever I have friends asking about a car repair shop I won't send them anywhere else. Their work is quick, right, and guaranteed.

Very bad experience after spending 7000 on a engine that had to be put in several times because Todd and Bill dont know what they are doing. I am still having issues with my vehicle since I let Bandys on E. WASHINGTON touch it. If you value your vehicle do not take it there I learned the hard way.....no one was threatened. You had no problem taking money from an Ex Con but won't help fix what you tore up. DRAIN plug is stripped due to engines being swapped so many times and the warranty didnt come with the oil pan. Btw Mark Shaver cant represent both of us me being an ex con and all he is my attorney.Service: Engine repair

I was quoted a price of 350.00 for a Neutral Safety Switch which cost according to the manager 350.00 for a 1996 Sports Jeep Cherokee. ( FOUND OUT 30 MINUTES LATER after paying and leaving, that he double charged me, as auto Zone's cost for the switch was 202.95, matching the exact part number) I also asked that he give me a oil change afterwards, When my truck was ready I asked him where on the invoice is the price for the oil change, and he hesitated and then said yes... I asked where is it on this invoice? He says I added it in on the total price. I then thanked him and left. Upon returning back home, I opened up my hood and checked my oil, and it was not changed! He did not tell me the truth! I will NEVER, EVER go back to this establishment again!

I normally work on all of my own stuff except for the one time I didn't feel like doing it. I took my 03 vw jetta tdi to have some new poly rear axle beam bushings installed. They destroyed them installing them. They ground them down with a grinder for ease of installation instead of properly pressing them in and then the bolts were over torqued with the axle hanging instead of curb weight position causing them to twist. After a couple months they fell apart. I'm no spring chicken when it comes to working on cars and the evidence doesn't lie. I only wish I would have done them myself now I'm out the money I spent at Bandys and my time and cost for new bushings.

Well let's see, they literally refused me or would not work on my car. The owner himself told me he dont have time or room to work on my vehicle. This after he told me a 1000 things it could be. Then badmouthed the other mechanic shop I mentioned. Should've done my car if he has all them opinions.

I took my truck here it was the closet place to where I broke down lost my entire drive shaft they fixed it for a great price my next visit I took my truck to them for upper n lower ball joints great price they by far are the best place ever great work good prices family owned can't beat that customers for life thank you bandy for good serviceLady with the black dogs he hemi
