Steve is the best. I have been knowing him and his wife for years now. He has never up charged me for anything. Always fair and willing to work with you. He is a fair and honest business man. From my experience Mechanics are hard to trust. I have told him what others told me and he told me the real issue. Then ask if I just want to pay for the extra work. Honest hard work speaks for its self. My husband and I go to guy period!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Amount quoted for work was almost twice as much as what another shop ultimately charged for same service. They also lost or kept two of my locking lug nuts (had 5 on the wheel they took off to look at the brakes, only had 3 after my quote was done, shop never mentioned missing lugs).That said, the initial quote was exceptionally fast, and I have no doubt that had I had the work done at the time of my quote, it also would have been very quick, rather than taking the bulk of my day as the shop that ultimately did the work for cheaper did.

Very courteous. Called us with one additional issue they found after we asked them to do the brakes. They did their best and called us again to let us know there was one more small snag, and explained the entire process. Quoted us the updates along the way, down to the penny. Very affordable work, also, great price for the work. Would definitely recommend!

Courteous fast and efficient work. My husband and I brought our car in and told them no rush. It was done well before the end of the business day. No surprise charges or calls with the run around like most places I have been to. Will definitely go here for now on.

Have taken my vehicle here twice now (once for suspension, once for brake lines). Work has been good quality in nature and customer service has been well above par on each visit.Update: Three times now. Service still above par.Update: Fifth time taking it here. They are as consistent as ever. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for the foreseeable future.

Awesome service from these guys. I had an inner and outer tie rod issue as well as an alignment and by the next day after me having her towed there she was ready by the next morning

I went in to Bandy's with my new car. I knew something was wrong I kept having to add coolant to it every couple days. I was extremely disappointed to find out my new car had big issues. But Steve there helped me figure out the problems, he even went as far as to teach me how my service plan worked, bc the company I got my service plan from tried to get over on me. My experience with going to Bandys has shown me that there really are still trusting ppl that care about others out here. I will recommend Bandy's to everyone I know. THANK YOU GUYS

I'm upset I still used this place after I read the previous reviews. They had my truck for a week after they told me it wold take four hours. After getting fed up, with the owner changing the times. I go to the shop only to find my car parked in the same place it was the first day. The owner said they couldn't push it, and asked my boyfriend to help three other men push it into the shop. I wish I stopped there. Once getting my car back after two days it died without warning and had gas leaking, it never leaked before! Bandy's gets it towed, and said they missed a fuel line. He tries to get us to pay for the tow! Two days later my car dies again. Leaking gas again! I take it to a new shop only to find they put a hole in my fuel tank. This has been the worse experience, and it might not be over. I still have to pay another shop. I'm at risk of losing my job, i lost money using a rental, and i had to bumb rides when im an otherwise independent person. Even more stress I might have to buy a new car at short notice, when that's something I'd rather plan for. Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was in the hospital, Steve took good care of our car. Steve was kind and caring. Car is fixed and running good.

Rip off artist. Called this guy to do a simple repair he led me to believe on phone thatMost likely was simple. He would look at itThen when i arrived he told me it might be 300 on phone and never actually lookedAt problem. You do better going elsewherw unless u have lots of cash you dont want.Dont waste your time !!!!!!!!

Diagnosed my car shaking at speed expertly and was extremely honest. He could have sold me an alignment but said that I was fine.

Bandy's E.10th St. Steve and the guys are good people. They're work is thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone for service to their vehicle.

My husband dropped off his truck for an oil change at 8 am this morning and they told him they would call him when it was done. Here it is after 5pm and no call no nothing. What the hell is going on to where you cant just say "come get your car I can't get to it today." Seriously all day for an oil change? This is an outrage especially when he has to be at work at 7am and Bandys opens at 8am.

Had truck repaired it took along time from 11 11 19 to1 17 20 he does the best that he can and a good job but in expected things a rise he will take care of it I hope Ricky Denton

Had to take car back a few days later the first time I took my car and told them what they needed to fix they claim to fix everything I needed done several days after getting my car back I had to return because what I initially asked them to fix they didn't fix now the car is running good
