I visited Auto Zone the other day at 11120 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229...for a headlight issue with my son's car. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas and Nichols who answered all my questions and educated me on the best options for his car. Nichols assisted with helping me install my son's headlight. They were both patient, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely go back there for all my auto needs. Thank you both for such great service and customer care.

I always shop at the Auto Zone on E. Washington but this one in Cumberland was on my way home so I pulled in. I needed a wheel bearing and seal which they showed to be in stock but ended up going to the Auto Zone that I always go to anyways to get the seal. Other than the extra time to drive to the other store, the lady at the counter that helped me, was very professional and quick. I will be shopping at this store again.

Went tonight with a headlight out. Nicholas was amazing and helped me out with changing it. Went above and beyond with helping out. It was even getting dark and he still changed it for me. The other guys in the store asked him for help and he said yes to helping each and everyone with their customers. I will definitely be back when I need something thanks to him goving me grrat customer service.

I had a battery go bad at 6:00 at night so I went to auto zone for help. Bo was extremely helpful and got me taken of. Thanks to everyone at auto zone I appreciate the extra effort and thanks again Bo for installing the battery for me.

I came into your store for turn signal bulbs and one of the taillights bulbs was out. I was greeted by Nicholas. He was friendly and attentive to my needs. He ask me a few questions, which I didn t know the answer to, so he followed me to my car. We came back into the store, and I bought what he picked for me. He kindly went back to my car and the bulbs installed in minutes. Because of the wonderful customer service I received from Nicholas, I will be shopping at your store for my auto needs!

Came into the store to get breaks and rotors for my vehicle. I was immediately greeted by two friendly gentlemen. Paul B was so patient and kind while helping me get the correct parts for my car even though it was late at night. I appreciate his kindness and want to shout him out for going above and beyond! Great customer experience today with Tina and company! I have physical challenges, and from the beginning with help getting into the store to the end with an in-stock battery at a competetive price including complementary replacement along with a cool conversation about roller coasters...I couldn't ask for more. The two women in the store were great. They helped me get new batteries for my key fob because I had no idea what I was doing. And one of them crawled around the floor to help me find a tiny screw and spring that I had dropped. Great customer service and extremely kind!!

Go in with the knowledge of what you need and vehicle type and Tina will help you out completely, find all that you need, and get you on your way without the need for you to wander around wondering where things are. This is probably the best service I've had at a store like this ever. Top marks!

Lost my passenger side (top half) mirror vover, stooped in to price the part and had great service. Ordered the part on Saturday and it arrived at the store Tuesday for pick up. No problems with the part and was in and out.

Bo and Aldrich were such a big help! We needed quite a bit of help and they were more than willing to assist us! Of course we showed up close to closing time, but they went out of their way to help us as much as possible! They were more than helpful and extremely polite!

Been going to this place since it opened and they have had a lot of issues over the years. But the mgr there now has good people helping customers and they have things it stock that the computer shows in stock. Much better!

I bought 2 windshield wipers. Employee Tina cam out and install them for me in a light rain! I really appreciate great service with a smile! That's one of the reasons why I always buy at Auto Zone!

Inexperienced salesmen, some can't count, dont give them change and bills to get bills back....took 5 mins to finally agree I wasn't trying to scam him!
