I called ahead to ask if they had staff to help with exchanging my battery...and they did! RALPH F was quick and maintained great customer service the whole time even when there was a line for him. He gave great solutions and recommendations and knew what he was doing. Great professionalism give him a raise guys or some PTO!

I stopped in today couldn t get break lights off and Joey the store manager came out checked some things told me what is was and even put the new part in for me we offered to pay him and he wouldn t take money. The best customer service I ve had in a long time. He didn t hesitate at all and very polite. Thank you so much Joey. I was so stressed.

I ordered 1 Haynes manual for my car at around 4pm. I kept an eye on the app to see if it had been processed yet.Around 6pm I was in the area and thought I'd stop in and get the status of the order. I was thinking at that point that it must've needed to be ordered because I hadn't heard anything. Tried to verify that info with the app and couldn't find anything stating that. So, I'm thinking maybe they picked it and the all was slow to update. Nope.I walked in and asked about it. The guy walked over and grabbed it off the shelf. Now why did I have to wait for 2 hours for 1 item that was 10 feet from the computer?A complex order? Absolutely would understand it. But 1 book? Not a very impressive system/setup.Don't get me wrong. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. He gets 5 . My issue is with the online ordering process. 3 .

Yeah said they wouldn t put the battery in key fab, but other store did, to lazy to do it I assume

Anytime I go here there does seem to be exceptional service. This is very much appreciated. There is quite a bit I know about vehicles but in reality it's just a smidgeon compared to those skilled and knowledgeable workers in the field itself. After a bit of measuring the Staff member helped me find what I was looking for and made suggestions on install. Everything went very well and I'm pleasantly pleased.

I appreciate the service I received. A new battery and than on my way. The two young men in there went above and beyond for me as a customer. I greatly appreciate it. One of there names was Jalen, and sorry didn't get the other young man's name. Please recognize them both for a job well done. Thank you.

This is "WORST" auto zone in Indianapolis. The glory of that place has gone. The staff there were not organized, lack courtesy, disrespectful and treat customers with disdain. It was very frustrating to start day with Auto Zone at Moller Road, Indianapolis. The Manager there is nothing to home about. He is a stark illiterate. I wonder the kind of services being rendered.Customers should be careful in going there. The staff were supposed to be trained and retrained on customer service tasks.

Ran into this auto place twice in a few days and hadn't gone to parts store in maybe a year or more.My wife likes to go to dealership for about everything but needed a new car battery and this store very convenient for Butler Tarkington area.Helpful staff. And if you need Spanish speaking help which we don't but likely to have great service.

This place is only open because of its location. Waited in line for entirely to long and watched the MANAGER be completely disrespectful to Hispanic customers. When I finally was called to the counter I had my car registration in hand so I would have all my vehicle information. The manager basically scolded me telling me I need to have it memorized ! This is completely unacceptable . After waiting in line forever I got my break pads only to get them home and realized they had given me the wrong style .Also while in line the employees show zero urgency in helping customers and half the staff lacks basic customer service skills .THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS LOOKING INTO FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT

Been here a couple times. Stephen and old Mexican lady are very rude..Stephen treat foriegners like they dumb. The old Mexican lady treat Americans like she is disgusted by them.Poor customer service but workers are pretty helpful.

Great place. Great customer service. I needed a battery for my Honda Accord and I was helped by Richard Reeves. He replaced my battery quickly and was very knowledgeable about his job! Thanks Richard!

Incompetent staff top to bottom. Especially the manager. The manager should no long be allowed in public. He is a despicable human being! They don't deserve your business or mine! You have no corporate complaint line.

Today my husband was accused of giving an employee incorrect vehicle information when getting parts for an oil change. He had to return with the oil filter because it was not correct. The air filter was correct though. At the store the employee who sold him the filter told my husband that my husband was at fault for giving him the wrong information. My husband gave the same information to a different employee and ended up with the correct oil filter. This is the second time my husband had an issue with the original employee. Last weekend while in buying transmission fluid for an older car he was told that its all the same and he purchased the fluid the employee said would work. We have kept this receipt and if there is an issue with the transmission of this other vehicle we will be going back to this store.

I got there about 20 minutes before closing, and I really needed some power steering fluid. The lady that answered the door, the one that I thought was the manager, told me to hurry up, and to make sure I didn't walk across her floor that she'd finished mopping and didn't want to mop again. I asked where the fluid was, she pointed me in the direction and said, "Over there." After I found it, I asked if they had a paper funnel or one I could use. I saw they had funnels, she told me I had to buy one. I understand that you have to buy stuff like that, however, the experience just didn't feel all that good. If I really hadn't needed the fluid, I would've just kept it moving.

I conclude I should lower my expectations for customer service. Frankly, I am appalled tramautized and speechless with the rapid decline of standards in the customer service industry locally. If you don't mind hearing employees complaining about being tired, ready to go home, smoking weed, or their personal chaos and lack of pay then you'll have no problem shopping. I guess I will sharpen my skills ordering more products online. After all, we are suppose to be "social isolating"

Employees at Register are very disrespectful. They are very slow and speak rudely. I am really disappointed looking at training level for this big organization. I will try not to go to this store ever again.
