Worst part store experience ever!!! When I got there, the line was nearly out the door. Stood in line (not moving) for nearly 20 minutes. I saw several potential customers walk in, turn around and walk right back out (probably to go to the O'Reilly's down the street). Guy in front of me had been there for nearly an hour waiting to return a core. The assistant manager said "We do not do commercial returns after 6. (It was 7:25). She also said she DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE RETURN.Finally get to the counter, they could not find the part I had ordered and drove from Kokomo to get and paid for in advance. Even though the commercial manager at my home store had called to verify that the part was there. Someone FINALLY found it in a tote and I was able to leave and make the drive back to Kokomo.

Dangerous neighborhood! Wanna be gangstas working within. No tools, no jump box, no equipment whatsoever due to supposed theft. Complete waste of my time and effort in going there. Rural king was better.

I had a great experience at this store. The store manager was awesome. I came in to have my battery tested and even though he was leaving he didn't hesitate to take time to test my battery and put in a new one and was very quick and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.

Youngsters and some grown adults regarding customer service, peep this. When a customer has a question, you don't just walk away from the counter, if you don't know the answer, you politely say, "give me a moment to find out" or something intelligent to let the customer know your walking away. The good side is the product was $19. Went to Advanced Auto Parts and got a similar product for $13, and the service was great!Thanks AutoZone thanks Advanced Auto Parts

Great experience here. Sarah (Who I assume to be the manager of the location) was very friendly and took care of my issue in a timely manner and worked with me to get where I needed to be. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Went in to warranty out an impact, buzzer went off when I went through the doors. I had brought in the box so it would be easier for them to find the warranty. The box still had a security tag active from when I had purchased it. A manager (short, blonde hair, chubby) had given me a funny look but I showed her that I was walking in with both the box and the tool. She had looked up my warranty file and looked at the FIRST vehicle under each of the files that showed up and said she couldn't find it. If you don't want to help me that's fine just tell me, but don't lie to my face.

The workers at the counters always have an attitude and will put the least effort into helping. Wouldn t even look up a cable I needed. They pay more attention to their phone calls then making the store money.

Went in just to turn in 3 batteries for the in store gift card and the manager told me he would only take the car Battery because the others weren't lead acid, I had a lawn mower battery lead acid and another lead acid battery was rude as can be and just clearly didn't want to help any customers needs to be retrained

You are better going off to a different store. I bought a starter 2 days ago but it was defected. When I went the next day back, an employee gave us an attitude and walked away without giving us a refund or anything.

Horrible gray shirts (Except Dominic) employed at this location. None of the prices match the items And even with a receipt they choose to berate you and dishonor customer service. They say Joe is the store manager and I'm sure he's the same. Corporate needs to make a visit and clean this place up.

Called to confirm if they had a radiator for my car. They did, so I when got there and walked in, I was greater by almost everyone and they even joked around in a positive manner. They where very helpful and super friendly. Definitely would comeback if I need parts that aren't at the autozone closest to me.

I been in the car business for over 37 years. I ve never seen worst service than that store . Very careless employees with no experience the hall crew need to be replaced or at least some of them with someone with some experience order on the phone takes for ever. Then when you go there to pick up they will tell you sorry we can t find it or we don t have it. This is other than how rude there are.

Had to pick a part up for a friend. The store was clean. The employees were helpful and friendly. I needed the convience of the 24 hour store. I'm so tired of COVID and places not being 24 hours any more.

Rude management. Very irritated when I checked out power steering fluid for my Honda. Didn t even need to be rude as someone in the service industry (which sucks I m well aware) I would ve taken basic/neutral customer service and been totally happy with it!

This place deserves 0 stars, retail might be so so but the chick running commercial is a complete mess and rude as he'll, my parts girl at O,Riely is fives times the parts person she is, next time your rep comes to our shop and trys to get our $100k plus a year parts account I'm laughing in his face and pushing him out the door.
