The store manager E. was so helpful. He took his time to make sure I fully understood what was wrong with the car and how to fix it. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. His personality and easygoing attitude made a huge difference. He was great with paying attention to details and caught some issues I wasn t aware of. You could tell the employees work as a team from how they interacted. It made the whole experience run smoothly.

Stopped in to get a part for our vehicle 12/17. I wish I would have gotten the employees names that helped us. All we got was attitude from both. They both started helping other customers with the same attitude. We ended up leaving without purchasing the part because of the eye rolls we got from the gentleman that was at the counter. Need some major customer service training!

Went above and beyond - Eric Jordan made sure I got the right part and helped install my light which wasn t easy! He deserves a huge raise! So nice and so so funny!! Highly highly recommend!!

The manager (with the long locs) was extremely helpful. He worked 3 registers at work once, and I was in and out in under 10 mins. Deserves a raise.

My car wouldn t start this morning, I jumped it and came to AutoZone and Eric Jordan was so helpful! He helped me determine that I needed a new battery, helped me get the right one, and installed it for me even though it wasn t the easiest instillation. I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone! Thanks Eric!

The employee DEJAY II located at the Autozone on 4857 W. 56th St has been the most helpful. Even offered to put my girlfriend windshield wipers on when the store was crowed. Went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

I came into the the w 56th location, on a busy Saturday--around noon, and had no clue what I needed for my vehicle repair. I was assisted promptly, and had the most polite/ gracious experience, with Mr l. Eric Jordan. In addition to making sure I had the parts that I needed, he also managed to efficiently assist the other customers in the store AND help me with my repair. It was such an efficient, pleasurable experience and I'm truly grateful. Thank you Eric!
