I stopped in to purchase a tail light for my car. The associate that assisted me was awesome! Not only did she help me choose the correct bulb. She also assisted with putting it in so that I did not have to drive around with a tail light out. I will definitely go back to that store for other car needs. I was at the AutoZone at Franklin Road and Southeastern, store # 4564.

My husband and I had to stop in cause our turn signal bulb wasn't working right. It was acting like it had a short in it somewhere. My husband has ALOT of health issues, that's why he didn't fix it himself, but the employee helped us out and cleaned what he could out of the light bulb socket, put a new bulb in, and now it seems to be working good.

I went in today to get oil for my car the store manager Lance beard helped me find the right oil and got me back on the road quickly definitely would recommend this store to my Friends

In July I accepted a shift supervisor position with the wanaker, IN AutoZone location, but after waiting over 2.months for my background check to be completed I was ultimately denied the position and the offer was recinded due to a misdemeanor charge from over 2 years ago which I had ommitted multiple times throughout my interview process to multiple managers all of whom told me there wouldn't be an issue.I haven't recieved any explanation or opportunity to plead my case or discretion at all in this decision.I am a college educated, army veteran with over 15 years of mechanical parts experience and AutoZone has a "now hiring" sign at every location so why won't AutoZone hire me?What upsets me more than having a job which I was counting on ripped away without any explanation, is that it took over 8 weeks for a decision, being led on, week by week for no reason when I could have started an actual career somewhere else, possibly at O'Reilly or NAPA.The regional manager Joe, tried to tell me about how AutoZone looks out for veterans, but from my experience Joe is a Blue falcon and AutoZone doesn't care about anything but it's own profits.I will never shop at AutoZone again. Ever

I called the store looking for 2 NGK spark plugs for my mower because I couldn't find them with an internet search of the store. The associate who answered the phone looked at his inventory and said, "I have 19 in-stock...come on in". His customer service kept me from ordering from Amazon. Thanks.

The old school guy's at this store are friendly, knowledgeable, and always to the point! Never had an issue with them, parts are cheaper then most other stores. Duralast tools are okay for three price, along with a lifetime warranty! Overall best auto parts store on demand!

Didn't have our battery so we had to have it ordered and they said it'd be there the next day (battery is legit dead so we have to jump it just to get the store). Got a call that same day that it was delivered, but we were unavailable to get it and said we'd be there the next day like we planned originally. We showed up the next day and it's not there?? They have no idea where it went...which is weird. Also then they mentioned they can't install that kind of battery....which was never mentioned originally otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Got a refund but ended up being a complete waste of our time. Poor communication on so many levels.

Will definitely lie about parts warranty..all the stores tell lies between each other everything 90% what you buy from autozone is just made to get you by and most of the time fitment is off and just cheap..if you need to make it to a and b u might get lucky with some of the parts..most of us out there can't wait to fix the car but if able oem or online is alternative..being open Sundays saves autozone and cheap

Nice enough... not from here and stopped in because my check engine light came on. I asked if they had the scan tool to check it and he went, grabbed it and handed it to me... told me to bring it back in when I was done. I looked at him kind of crazy because I have no idea how to use it and he then told me to plug it in and wait for it to beep... guessing because it was raining he didnt want to come outside to help me...I found the plugin and did it, came back in and told me what it was but they didnt have the sensor... ended up just having my car towed...Helpful I guess but not really...

The service people there are friendly. I went in to buy snow cover for my windscreen. The first fellow didn't realize they had any in the store, but asked a co-worker to be certain. His co-worker knew right where to look, and sure enough they had one. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

It was great. In and out in no time. Staff was incredibly helpful....even shared insight on a non-related job. Got the parts needed and it was 65% off what Firestone quoted. Definitely will be going back!

The store was nice and clean. Employees were helpful in assisting me find what I needed. They have many items in stock. They had many variations the part that I was looking meeting. Unfortunately, they did not have the specific part in stock that I went in to purchase. Unlucky for me in that it was a special-order item.

Friendly and helpful staff that didnt ignore or talk down to me for being a woman.Helped me diagnose my engine problem and figure out what the best solution would be, including the cost.Loved this place, will definitely be back.

My husband and I were on our way from WI to OH and our wiper blade flew off in the pouring rain. We couldn t see well enough to drive, so I called the shop 7 minutes before they closed. We arrived 1 minute before closing. The guys (didn t get their names, wish I could thank them a million times over) made sure that the blade fit even 26 minutes after closing and trying multiple blades/attachments in the pouring rain. Thank you so so much for your help tonight, we wouldn t have made it if it weren t for the both of you.

The manager seemed to know her stuff, I stopped by to get some new NGK plugs, someone had use autolite that caused a mis-fire in cylinder 2.Short drive off of 74 and I was there they had all 6 in stock less than 20 minutes in the parking lot done. I also highly recommend autozone spark plug sockets magnet & rubber for the plug super easy to work with.

This auto zone is never busy so it's easy to get help with whatever you need. Plenty of workers available.

Bought new wiper blades, the manager looked up the correct blade model to have, and installed them for me. He did a great job

I've been here a couple times, and each time the person at the counter seems less than friendly to help. They acted like we were an annoyance to their day. Maybe smile and try a little.
