Recently, I had a headlight that was out on my car. I went into AutoZone (and Marco and his team) did an amazing job - above and beyond expectations! Not only did they determine owners manual had a incorrect bulb replacement number in it, but they helped replace the bulb on the spot. Great customer service - I'll be back.

My experience at Michigan road location did a 360 once James stepped in to help me , he s the ONLY reason I m giving 5 stars. The male who checked my battery literally left me hanging & called another worker to look at my battery results , the male who he called over was worried about leaving for the day . When I asked where the original male was that was helping me he yelled one minute & started speaking in Spanish , which I fully understood. James is the reason I made a purchase here! He had great customer service & was very apologetic for the experience I had at the beginning. I will no longer be coming to this location due to the start of service . But James deserves to be praised & appreciated !

I arrived at this location needing a tail light bulb for my car. The customer service rep Karina acknowledged me with a smile and walked out to my car, with the correct tool to remove my bulb. She asked the year and make of my vehicle and got the right bulb! She installed it with no problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes under $10! I LOVE this location! That s what you call customer service!! 5 stars!!

I came into your store today to purchase wipers for my car and I had a horrible experience with the cashier. Her attitude was so bad. She acted like she didn t want to do her job and when I brought it to her attention about how bad her customer service was she got smart with me. I was so done at that point. I told the other guy who was in the store and he agreed. He said she s having some personally issues and does not know how to separate them from her job. It was horrible as long as she is working there I will never come back.

Michael was fantastic. Came in needing a battery check, and he helped me quickly. He was able to diagnose my battery and get me a new one and I was out in just a few minutes. Highly recommend to anyone needing car battery services!

I came in for what was confirmed to be a bad battery. I was in and out within 15 minutes for a replacement. The service representative prioritized helping me when I showed lack of confidence in performing basic tasks (removing the brackets of the battery) even though he was busy. My experience here today was excellent.

Last week with the subzero temperature we needed a new battery, as did a lot of other people. I entered the store and they were pretty busy due to the weather. An employee by the name Todd H. helped us with selection and he was very friendly and enthusiastic. We were offered several options and took his recommendation. We made the purchase and he honored my military discount. The battery was installed quickly and we were on our way. Again this is why I always come to AutoZone for my car needs.Thanks Todd for the great service!

Karina was very very helpful when I couldn't find the car scents I was looking for . She was very polite and professional...I think she deserves a big raise and a higher level of status with Autozone...she's outstanding to say the least!

online orders with paypal is bull was charged 3 times trying to pay for order that kept getting error message and ever time i was charged contacted autozone customer service now i got to wait 2- 3 days to get MYYYYYY money so with that said im not a rewards zone member anymore PEACE. UPDATE REQUESTED TO CLOSE ONLINE ACCOUNT NOW 5 DAYS LATER I CAN STILL LOGIN WITH ALL MY PERSONAL INFO STILL EXIST. BEWARE THEY CAN NOT DELETE ACCOUNT OR NOT WILLING TOO. :::: UPDATE STILL TRYING TO GET MY ZONE ACCOUNT CLOSED THERE REFUSING. THEY WILL NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS

Go see Allen V. when you come in here. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in 2 days prior, a different guy sold me the wrong set of bulbs. Allen found the correct and apologized. On the other hand when I arrived Carlos, Katrina, another employee stood at the counter talking. The unknown employee continued off to help his customer while Carlos and Katrina stayed talking. Allen asked respectfully could they help the customers in line (myself + 2 other men). Katrina had an attitude when he asked so I told the guys standing in line he could go ahead and I would wait on Allen. She had a problem which I don't care. Other than that the store is stocked with products!

Michael from the Michigan Road store was amazing. I came in looking for 2 license plate bolts but didn t know what I needed. He came outside with me to look at my car and instead of making me purchase a four pack, he had two extra bolts laying around and secured my license plate for me. He was kind and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

After going to 4 different Auto Zones with no help to my A/C problem.. I came here and Marco SAVED me. I was finally able to figure out what the problem was all along. He had EXCELLENT customer service and really takes pride in making sure I was heard, and went out of his way to get to the bottom of my A/C problem. I was able to find the products that I needed and he gave me detailed instructions as well.Marco- thank you SO SO much!!!

Ordered a part in store, and was supposed to arrive in 3 days. Called multiple times, and was told will call back when it is there. Three weeks later I call Autozone hotline to find out that the order was already cancelled 7 days ago WITHOUT notifying me or REFUNDING my money. It is unbelievable that this even happens. I wonder how many customers get cheated this way.

Im only giving them two starts because they have good costumers service, they gave me money back for turning in something off my old battery.Do not get your battery put in by Auto zone. Buy the battery and have someone who knows what they are doing put it in or just take your car to the dealer ship service and have them do it. I was driving with a loose battery and cords for months which caused erosion on my new battery. I had to keep getting jumps to get to my destinations. Nissan tightened up my cords and battery and cleaned off the new erosion. Save the headache and have someone else put it in.

I need a windshield washer fluid and a new wiper. Of course I had no idea what kind of blade I needed. The young lady who helped me knew exactly what I needed gave me pricing options. She rang me out and proceeded to go outside to put my wiper on by the time I put my purchases in the passenger seat of my car and she had already snapped the wiper on! This whole process took less than 10 minutes from start to finish!

I ve been with couple different auto zones in my life, this one of the staff, the management, and the customers, tend to be much more tightknit close together passionate. Marco and Johnny are two of the best people that I ve met when it comes to working on my vehicle an AutoZone or any auto parts store. If you have an issue I promise you it will be resolved if you come here. If it s a little bit of a drive trust me it s worth a drive

Great Auto Zone! I work five minutes from here, so it s convenient too. I was looking for a very specific deep cycle marine battery, and couldn t find it on their racks. They were extremely busy, so I figured I d be spending my entire lunch waiting for help. Actually, I found someone able to help me in under five minute! The battery I was looking for was on a special separate rack, no wonder! Awesome service!

Customer Service & Communication Skills need improvement. I don t set high expectations when dealing with people as I know that we are human and experience bad days at times but my interaction with Alfredo today was even inexcusable.My reason for this 2 star review is from the lack of professionalism on Mr. Alfredo s behalf. We were instructed for insurance purposes to attain a document/receipt of the battery that we purchased from this location back in October of this year so when we called to the store, they tell us that we would have to physically come and pick it up; which from Fishers, IN, is not a close drive. Once I arrived to the store, I asked Mr. Alfredo the reason why a receipt could not be emailed and he simply responds because we can t, with the most annoyed look on his face.I m not upset that maybe your systems will not allow you to email a receipt but more so his lack of explanation & professionalism.This is unacceptable AutoZone. Do better Alfredo.

Great attitude, and very dedicated staff. Carlos (employee) helped my find the correct wiper blades for my car after numberous attempts. He also helped apply them to my car. Thank you ! Your customer service is awesome!

During this hot season, my air conditioning in my Ford Taurus wasn't cooling, went to CarX on Monday to get an idea what it would cost to inspect my AC unit. I do understand how busy they are, he was friendly and courteous however, they are booked up till Friday, just to look at it would cost $20.00 and if they needed to recharge the price would be $189.00 to $200.00 .I went to Autozone where I met a super guy at the service desk on Friday on 75th Michigan road, this guy was awesome he told me the 1st thing I should check is by any freeze and then he recommended a recharge kit that was actually $48.00 an some change well-turned-out just needed a recharge. No shade here, both were accommodating, just wanted to let people know it's always good idea to look for other options.

Horrible experience. Called before I went in because it s a 30 min drive for me, and they said they had my trailing arm bracket in store. So I take the trip up there and tell the guy I need a trailing arm bracket and he gives me the wrong part, but is persistent and says it s right. Went all the way back home just to get confirmation from my step dad that it s not the right part. I go back up there to get a refund, o get it and then he tells me they don t have what I m looking for. Well I get someone else to help me and he says they do. He goes to the back for 15 mins and then comes out and says oh we don t have it. After the computer showed differently and I called two hours prior to freaking check. Unbelievable, how rude they were. Worst one I ve been to. Don t waste your time. They don t know parts, or technology.

As a do it yourselfer I love this kind of place embracing people to do more their selves its easier than you think. And with the helpful staff of this place its even easier. Most of staff hear knows what they're talking about not at all like at other locations where they pretend to know and impersonate professional mechanics. There's not one time I've been this location for a part they didn't have in stock good job guys
