Extremely helpful staff, kind and personable. This is our go to place for car maintenance. They are funny people and know their stuff. They helped a lot of with my car battery, oil change work and my rewards account. Would recommend coming here and stopping in to buy whatever you need for your car! Staff will help you out!

Listen I HAD to get the name of two workers that were just AMAZING!First off I'm not great with car stuff, I know things to get the job done but these two helped out even expanding my knowledge of my issue I was having. Very helpful on actually helping me understand what I need and simplifying my stress! These two are great faces as to the customer service standards that should be help within the company!As I mentioned they were knowledgeable, not pushy, quick, friendly, and seemed like a great contributing factor of having a good work environment!Thank you Victoria B. And Roy S. For being you!Autozone, if you want to keep a great store and work environment, maybe an incentive (raise) would be a blessing and we'll deserved blessing for sure! Awful experience! I went in and waited in line while a heavy set lady stepped out to smoke (while picking her nose !)totally ignoring me. when she finally stepped back in to serve me she was completely rude!and smelt awful!! there s no reason to smell like that! Not to mention she was huffing a puffing as she rung me up! She was also very rude to her staff never in my work experience as a manager have I seen someone speak to staff like that it s absolutely repulsive! I used to love coming here to this store until I seen the way she acted!! Towards the staff and us customers.Veronica (as her name tagged showed) needs a lesson or two about customer service a being a team player. Just sad.

Best customer service ever. John P, the sale/front desk just saved me over $300 buck for double checking my husband's lifetime warranty for autonator (I didn't know they have this lifetime warranty here at AutoZone, if u buy autonator, u should buy it at AutoZone)..and he didn't try to upsale me, gave me the minimal of what I have to buy to get this car going after knowing I will change it soon. Happy camper here

We went in to purchase a new alternator and we got quick and professional service. He also said we could bring in the old one with the receipt and get some money back, so I plan on doing that. The whole visit was better than I expected.

I needed a replacement brake light. John P was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. He went the extra mile and replaced the bulb for me so I could drive home safely. Thank you!

The staff at this location is always giving A+ service. They taught me how to pour transmission oil into my car by myself while joking around with us the whole time. David was especially helpful

I came in at the tail end of a big storm for wipers. I knew most of the sizes and John (pretty sure that s his name) helped me pick them out. He even installed them while it was still raining. It was a big day for them as they d just regained power from the storm so I know they had a lot on their plate, however they treated me with kindness and were so helpful. I know nothing about auto parts and these guys made me feel comfortable. My wipers are great! Thanks guys. I highly recommend this store.

12/13 Great thing about auto zone is if they don t have what you need in stock. (a rare occurrence) Then they can get it quickly. If your like me as I ve gotten older, even replacing bulbs and wiper blades is a chore. Then Auto Zone is your place to be. Today they tested my battery it was bad as I suspected. Replaced my battery for me while I sat in the car, just paid for the battery. 210$ and some change with two year warranty. The employees are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. And they will install a new battery like today, or replace your wiper blades, bulbs and other ordinary, reasonable parts free of charge. Just pay for the part. Great place I always come here.

Excellent service here! I drive old car , I come here to get oil , fuel injection fluid etc..They are always professional! Casper helped me put on my windshield wiper on my drivers side back when there was going to be rainy weather, I was in rush to get done . Casper is always professional and helpful!! All the workers here are also! Love this auto zone!! Only one I go to . They are amazing! Thanks so much to this store for all the help !

This review is overdue, but I want the store and potential customers to be aware . . . I called this specific location because of where it was located. The man that answered the phone was professional initially. I advised that I was looking for an engine cover for my daughters Jeep and gave him the specs. He found the info and advised "this is a dealer only part" . . . I heard him, but I didn't know what this meant exactly, so I asked "what does that mean?" - This man starts laughing. I was confused, so I asked if he was laughing at me. He responded in the most sarcastic tone and still chuckling, "Yes. I mean, that's what 'dealer only' means". I told him, 1) that he was rude and 2) that it could mean that Auto Zone had to order from the dealer and then I pick it up . . . I told him off a little more and said I would never visit that store (you and I know that he could care less, but still)Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name when he greeted me.

I always go here because they are so friendly and helpful. They have replaced my brake lights and battery for free as well as windshield wipers! The crew here is the best!

Went in early Saturday, Feb 12. My check engine light was on and I was hoping to get some help. Jamie took care of me and was great. He plugged in his diagnostic tool and referred me to an auto shop nearby. I tried to give him $20 for his help and referral but he refused. I live out of state and really appreciate his great service.

Auto zone has always been my auto go to store. I can always count on finding what I need at a decent price with clean stores and great friendly knowledgeable service. I really appreciate the tool loan program too.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. They are always friendly and helpful. I wish the nearby Wendy's could find employees with half the competency of the people who work at this AutoZone.

No matter which Autozone you go to, they still are a big name and convenient to go to. Mainly because they are usually not far from the neighborhood you live in. What would make your trip there bad is if you to one that has really terrible staff. You know the ones I mean. The ones who choose to work in a job they don't like and act like they are doing you a favor when you are spending your money. Then they have the audacity to have a bad attitude while taking your money. It wouldn't be a big deal if it were just one. But nowadays, its everyone in the store. That is bad customer service.

I m native to CA, moved out here for work. Truck blow the radiator, a mile from this location. Called the store, score they had my part in stock. Off loaded the kids and the bikes and we made the mile journey. Radiator in stock was damaged. So off we went back to the truck and the store sent a driver off to Castleton to get the part I needed. By the time I had the blown radiator out, boom the man in the Red shirt was there to save the day. 100% a Autozoner for life. Thank you everyone for all your help today

Always have positive experiences with this shop. Most recently about a month ago I had help getting a new lawnmower battery. The employee (Deshaun??) was very friendly and helped me pick out a battery that fit my needs. Thanks!

Jamie always acts like he has no time to talk to you. Rude and abrupt responses. Did not give me a price which he had no problem honoring before. So rude I walked out after doing business for years with Autozone.

I always went to this location but will not be back. I bought a brake light and tried to replace it myself in the parking lot but I was having trouble getting it this time. I went back inside to ask for assistance (they ve always offered to do it for me in the past and I have always tipped). The man that helped me seemed confused by me asking for help. Staff was just standing behind the counter talking, not busy. He walked outside and told me to test the brake as he stood on the sidewalk and just told me that it wasn t working and walked back inside. I kept trying it by myself afterwards and a woman worker was walking to her car, saw me struggling, and just smirked getting in her car. I understand I should be able to do it myself, but I feel embarrassed and humiliated by this staff. Seems like the staff has changed and I m sure this is the issue.

Kip K. Was the absolute best and so incredibly helpful assisting me with my new battery install. He really went above and beyond and I so appreciated it. My car battery had died in the parking lot. He saved me! Give him a promotion! Best customer service I ve ever had at an auto store.

I went to get windshield wipers and the young man with the beard and from what I gathered 18 year old daughter was very respectful and didn t hesitate to help me get them put on as well show me to make sure next time I know what to do . I hope Auto Zone acknowledges this review as well makes sure he knows . Appreciate great customer service.
