Well, when I arrived I immediately saw the vehicle that, I had come to inquire about it was right out front. So, I thought someone had been in to see it, but no I was wrong. So, I hurried in to see about a test drive, after the test drive I was sold. My sales representative was so helpful in getting me approved and allowing me to put a deposit down so no one could purchase the car. This will be the best Birthday present I ever gave myself.

After looking around I found a good looking Subaru here. It did have a small scratch on the front bumper near the hood that I tried to get fixed before I signed off on the car, but was told to buy a touch-up pen. Overall it was a decent experience with very friendly staff.

I had one of THE best experiences with Matt. He was very professional and helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was nervous coming in from going through a recent bk but he was very understanding and overall friendly. He made the entire process pain free and cannot express how much I would recommend his services.

It has been a few months since I purchased a truck with AutoSavvy, couldn t be happier with my purchase. I noticed some noise coming from my suspension and was able to get my car into service. Cecilia did a great job making sure the warranty covered my repair. I only paid my deductible and the warranty gave me a rental. Saved me about a thousand dollars! Today Cecilia followed up with me to make sure the repair went well, again I couldn t be happier.

I will definitely be a return customer. The car I got is fantastic and the service was even better. Nothing was hidden from me and everything was exactly as they said. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car check them out. The whole process was fast and everyone there worked hard to make it that way. It was easily the smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had. The salesman Damon Stafford is a great guy and while I was dealing with him it didn t even seem like I was buying a car. He s great.

This company and its sales force have very questionable integrity when dealing with customers. They market their vehicles and do not share that the vehicles they sale are rebuilt. We recently almost made the regrettable decision of buying a car from these scammers. Everything seemed ok until we gave a hold deposit on a car. We asked to verify the car facts to only receive a document showing the car had been rebuilt and had been submerged in water. We were not comfortable with this and decided not to purchase. They are now trying to keep our hold deposit. I called several other dealers in the market and was told a legit dealer would not hold a payment on a car that was not purchased. These guys bring a whole new definition to the USED CAR SALESMAN persona. Run from these crooks. They are a joke.

Adam was incredibly kind and helped me feel comfortable the entire transaction. Never once felt pressured; and he did everything he could to help me find the car best for me, not just the dealership. I couldn t recommend it enough!

Came in to test drive a vehicle and left with said vehicle. Nick went above and beyond to get the monthly payment where I wanted. Super thankful for all his time he has spent with us and all he did for us today! Would definitely recommend.

This place is horrible, they re scammers and I would warn anyone from making a purchase with these people. They sold a vehicle that has a bad catalytic converter after stating the performed an inspection. These folks took money from a single mother who is homeless. She worked her but off to buy a car so she could get to work and help get her disabled son around. Savvy intentionally took her money and provided a vehicle that would cause her to spend more on an issue they knew was occurring. Within 24hrs they were contacted and Devon refused to do anything about it. Completely unacceptable. Please save your money and purchase from a reputable dealership!

Saw an ad on Facebook for the vehicle I was looking for - color & everything. Damon worked with me and was great at communicating. Did a superb job at answering questions and making the buying process a breeze. Very professional and knowledgeable. Immensely grateful they were able to negotiate to help in securing my dream car! I ve bought 3 cars from this dealer, the first car had to be returned because they put the rear suspension together wrong and warranty would not cover it.The second vehicle I purchased was a 2018 ram 2500 and it has been in the repair shop 7 times in the last year. The warranty company tried to cancel my purchased coverage do to all the repairs. And now because of be cause of damage caused from the initial accident they are refusing to fix another part. I would not buy or recommend buying from these dealerships at all!!! If you do take it to someone off site for a good look over and under. Because they do not cover anything that that can blame on initial accident. They just throw these car back together cosmetically not mechanically. Good luck.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! i brought a car here a couple months ago and was happy at first until i go into an accident. I was hit by a car with a minor bumper repair and was still drivable. Once the collision center was working on my car. They saw multiple damage from a previous accident that had been covered up by Auto savvy. They say this car should have never been sold to us because it is a dangerous car. My husband had reached out multiple times to figure out if they were able to at least help us with this problem, but we have failed to get a response. You cannot trust this place. You never know what is underneath the car. It might look nice, but they make it that way. Don't buy a car here. I will have never known that this car had been previously damaged and was done so faulty until I had a accident. If you do buy a car here, make sure that it's not sold to you as is make sure that you have a warranty or dont buy!

I totally reccomend this place if you need a car, I have been dreading buying a car but OMG this place is so nice! Anthony got me my dream car and made me feel so comfortable. Seriously buy the warranty tho, Cece was so sweet to walk me though a repair issue and helped me save sooooooo much money!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was not told there was a crack in my frame upon purchasing 21 Bronco. I ve left voicemails and emails with absolutely no response. BUYER BEWARE! They are shady and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!!! Purchased in Fishers Indiana location.

Bought a car almost 4 weeks ago. They took unauthorized money as a deposit. They owe me money I have spoke with their financial advisor told me twice he would send check. Haven't received anything. On top of that my main issue was I was told the O2 sensor and radio would be fixed no charge. I have had my time wasted by going back and forth up there to get it fixed now They tell me I have to pat out of pocket

Please don t ever buy a car here. Unfortunately i did, they butter everything up and make it seem like they would never do you wrong but they will. Matt is sales was a really nice guy. Other than the fact he informed me the vehicle i was looking at , had some damage. Of course i didn t get to see the list of damage until i was there ( 2.5 hour commute ). On top of that whatever system they use to get your tags/title issued is just awful. I purchased the car and it s been one month i still have a temp tag and haven t received anything in the mail to get my hard tag, and have no clue how to access my loan to make my monthly bill. Specifically Brittany, the lady that you will speak with about your tags, was extremely rude and lied to me about how they can only issue you 1 temp tag, yet all the information and forms needed for me to get my hard tag they didn t inform me until 2 days before my tag would expire. Of course after speaking to a manager they issue me a 2nd temp tag because they dropped the ball and are overall lazy. Including the lot tech, i spoke with Matt on a Wednesday and scheduled to come look at the vehicle on a Saturday morning. Showed up and had to wait 45 mins for the car to be clean , numerous spots were still dirty. A premium spit shine job. Finally when the car was done the lot tech just tosses the keys a solid 30 feet to the salesman , thankfully he caught them but still so unprofessional. Just overall a very unorganized dealership, trust me they act all nice to your face but after you leave with that car they could care less about you. Please don t waste your time with this place.

They got us in super quickly for diagnostics on our vehicle! They were quick to let us know what was going on with our car and even put our new license plate on for us that was just sitting in the car without us asking. They were kind and professional and will keep our business!

Damon was fantastic!! We were coming in from another state to look at/purchase a vehicle; he took multiple videos and pictures to send me. He was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. He alone gets 5 stars!! As for only giving 4 stars:1. They dropped the price of the vehicle online but did not tell us that or give it to us at that newer, lower price. I found this out after the fact and feel this is dishonest.2. There was an imperfection that I had not known about prior to driving there, so they gave me some $ off for that, but not the full amount it will cost me to replace the part, so that s a huge bummer.3. The big reason and honestly I want to only give 2 stars for this: Being from out of state, they charged me a pretty hefty fee to use a 3rd party company to register and title the vehicle. They knew where I was coming from and never quoted me for that. I ve purchased vehicles in other states before and have never been told that I have to do it this way and pay money I was not prepared for. Highly, highly, highly disappointing. The finance guy said he couldn t do it any other way, and I m just not sure I believe that. I have always titled and registered my vehicles in my own state at my own DMV.Again, Damon was awesome and he gets 5 stars. As for the rest, 2-3 stars.
