Absolutely amazing! I happened upon Autopotenza on accident and I am so grateful I did! Their team is professional, honest and do high quality work. They worked so extremely hard to make sure the issues I had with my car were properly resolved. They had amazing communication through the whole process. I can't recommend them enough! If you want a trustworthy mechanic, you just found one!

I took an E350 Mercedes. To Autopotenza. Which I just brought a few days ago. Because the check engine light came on. Mitchell. At Autopotenza. Diagnose that the car had serious internal damage to the engine. I took the car back to the dealership. And. just as Mitchell stated it was a lemon. The dealership. finally agreed. Cancelled the loan and refunded the money that was paid for repairs. Autopotenza is an 5 Star business. Honest, compassionate very knowledgeable! Thanks. Mitchell at Autopotenza. You are the best!

I took my Mercedes to Autopotenza because I was seeing antifreeze and oil marks on my garage floor. After a quick analysis of the vehicle, the mechanic discovered that I had several small oil leaks, some hoses that were going bad and a bad water pump. They supplied me with detailed photos of the problems, as well as a few different solutions based on parts and suppliers, etc. I chose to have the parts replaced with Mercedes OEM components. The parts were ordered and obtained very quickly, (and at a much lower cost than the dealer). They kept me informed of the progress thru the service app they use. I was also VERY impressed as to how clean the service bays at Autopotenza are. The vehicle was returned to me in better shape than it arrived in! All the leaks were repaired, including the installation of a new water pump. My garage floor is once again free of any vehicle fluids. Attached are some of the photos that they shared with me. When I moved from Miami to Indiana, one of the things I missed the most was my dealer in Miami. Always wanting to keep my cars in very good condition, I looked for a dealer in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, the two experiences I had at the Volkswagen Dealer in Indianapolis were very bad, so I decided to take my cars to the Autopotenza Mechanical Workshop following the recommendations of some friends who are quite demanding in terms of treatment, service and maintenance of their cars.Thanks to Autopotenza for the excellent service to my daughter's Volkswagen Jetta. When your teens start driving all you want is to have the peace of mind that they are in a safe car with their services up to date to keep it in good condition. That peace of mind and security was given to me by the friends of Autopotenza. The cars are inspected by excellent professionals, certified technicians and advanced high-tech equipment. I am more and more convinced that our cars can only be placed in their hands because they provided us with excellent service in a friendly, cordial, and very respectful manner and they treat our cars in the same way by placing their original spare parts, filters, oils, etc. I forgot to mention that now they also serve us on weekends by appointment! What more can you ask for when we love cars?Thank you Autopotenza for your EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTION!

Having some issues today with the shop. The front desk lady is very rude and unfair. She s not doing her job she is communicate only through text instead of calling customers. I tried to tell her I didn t get her text so she s calling me a liar stating that I could ve just deleted the text messages. I was told the owner is very reasonable and polite . I contacted him I m just waiting for the response to see where is this going.

I say this place is well put together they go beyond what needs to be done. They are dealing with my warranty people for my car but that is a little issue but other than that they are very nice friendly. The service is great stop in if you have a nice luxury or exotic car

As promised I would give an honest review. First off Caleb was great to deal with. Very personable and willing to listen to every word when having a conversation.Willing to work with my aftermarket warranty company (which can be tough).They did a wide scope of work to my 2015 SQ5. Most of the work I was very happy with.My only complaints will be this. Which I will say I am very very picky and meticulous. So take it as a grain of sand.-There were a few wiring harness tie downs that were not fully secured.-And there was several fluids left in the engine bay from where previous leaks and just general mess due to the process of the repair.Part of which is why I ve taken so long to do this review after the repairs have been made. As these few messes not being cleaned up I wanted to be sure it wasn t a continuing issue.That being said, those reasons are the only reasons why I didn t give a full 5 start review.I will continue to use them and I m sure they will continue to do quality work.Service: Engine repair

This place is awesome and they really care. I needed a little tweaking done on my Mini and they completely understood and didn't try up selling me on anything. The guy is a Mini owner himself and helped me understand the love for these cars. Will definitely go back if I need anything else.

Great Customer service! Mitch, Holly and Ian worked with me step by step and got my Audi back on the rode. The new engine in my Audi runs great!!! They have a excellent staff. They always make sure they are on it. The are quick and efficient. They had all of my things done in less than 24 hours and that is all while they had to track down a part that is nationally on back order. These guys are the real deal. Took them my 2007 Benz Wagon where they replaced my brakes, starter, & battery for about half of what the dealership wanted. Came back with a stubborn electrical issue & they took care of that. They even replaced a leaky vacuum hose for free to stop the dreaded "check engine" light while I waited.I saw some negative reviews and must refute them, as my issues were resolved quickly and professionally. This is not a "$10 helmet for a $10 head" business, nor would I even allow that kind of mentality to work on my vehicle. And, to top it off, they even gave an Armed Forces discount so they've earned my business. Autopotanza is awesome. They were incredibly helpful. I came in with a Subaru that was malfunctioning in all sorts of ways, so much that it was un-drive-able. They troubleshooted up until the point that they realized it was an issue better taken care of at a Subaru dealership since it would be covered under warranty there, rather than having me pay for a brand new transmission at their place. They saved my butt and did it in record speed! Lastly, excellent customer service, big shoutout to Caleb and Mitchell. Would highly recommend!

Just after Christmas 2018, the dash display and head-up display went out after a detailing shop jumped my car (something the detailing shop should never have done). Carlos came in and looked at my car (2015 BMW 535Xi GT), and told me what he would look at to diagnose the problem. He told me what he would look at and he gave me an idea of the expected price range. Great little shop on the West side. Repairs were to take at least 4 hours. After a couple of hours, Carlos called me. He told me what he discovered and fixed and that he took my car for a test drive and everything was running great. Actually, my car is now running better than when I bought it a few months ago. I'm VERY happy with the work that was done. This will NOT be my last time going there. So nice to have Carlos and his team in the area. Thanks for the superb work. Very satisfied customer.

I've been taking my Mercedes here for 3 years. The staff has always been incredible, timely with repairs, and honest and fair with their quotes. In this day and age integrity is everything when it comes to business and customer service. These guys excel and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

I went in worrying that the $130 diagnostic check would end up being a $2K+ transmission replacement recommendation, but once I spoke with the gentleman on the phone I felt reassured, so I brought in my Jetta. I was concerned I had burned out something trying to get up a snowy hill. The mechanic checked it out, came back, and told me it was just packed ice against my wheels. He said it was no charge. I reminded them of the diagnostic price, and they refused. No charge. Tell me those are dishonest mechanics and I'll call you a liar. What a great business. They have my loyalty as long as I'm in the area. Period. Amazing. How often do you get quoted LESS than what you expect (in this case, zero)? Never. Took my Audi here because it broke down on the side of the road after paying for their 100 dollar diagnostic check they have they told me it was my transmission and it needed changed and wanted to charge me like 4,000 to replace it. Thank god I was smart enough to get a second opinion because in the process I realized they just were trying to scam me and get a payday out of me. It was only the cv axel a 60 dollar part but they didn t see enough dollar signs in that simple repair so I truthfully believe they never once looked at what was actually wrong with my car or had it on a lift or anything of that nature. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE to top it off the tow truck driver that picked me up from their lot told me he has to go there all the time to pick up cars after they give people an outrageous quote on the work. AVOID AVOID AVOID

You know how we all say, "that was the best choice ever". Well, working with Autopotenza was the best choice we could have ever made for our vehicles. They are true experts and the are very reasonable to work with. Peter and Carlos and the whole team will treat you with respect and serve you with honesty 100% of the way. Took my BMW in to have it aligned. First off, pricing was what was so out of align but was convinced that they had state of the art equipment and that other alignment centers couldn t do the job so I paid it. May I add 4x more then Belle tire, which was where I ended up taking it after Auto P ruined a perfectly good tire by aligning it incorrectly. Before taking it to Belle tire, Auto P told me I needed $1200 in parts and labor to replace bent parts. I paid Belle $ 69. To put it back in alignment and have been driving it since. No additional parts or $$ required. Run from these guys. My friend took his Porsche here. He had a very similar issue with them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I am very happy we found Autopotenza. We recently bought a low-miles 1998 Mercedes SL500 from a private owner. It looks great and drives great, but we really didn't know how much work it would need. Peter and his team did a used car inspection (which could easily have been a chance to pad the repair list). He found it needed new brake pads and disks, which I had expected after driving it. That was it. They did an oil change, fluid level checks, etc. at a cost that is very reasonable. It is important to find a shop that can work on Mercedes, especially one this old - they made a loyal customer out of us for sure.

My transmission was having big trouble shifting into 2nd gear and oil was leaking from the valve cover. I got a very reasonable estimate and agreed to have the work done.My jeep does not have a top on it, and they kept it inside for me while they were doing the work, I really appreciated that.The work has been done for almost two years now and my transmission is like new, and not a drop of oil has leaked from my valve cover. If your car needs work done, I highly recommend these guys. they are friendly, honest and provide quality work for a very reasonable price.

I have a Range Rover, witch is my baby. I was having problems with my transmission, I didnt know what was wrong with it. I took it to several dealers and they told that it was the transmission also many other issues. They were trying to charge a great amount of money that I could not afford, so I found Autopotenza, and I got to say I have never met a greater costumer service, accurate diagnosis and expedite service at great price. The people working there are very reliable, fun to talk to and they offered me coffee. I had a great experience, I will always come back to this place. I trust them.
