I was looking for a car for 3 months, got turned down so much, I rode past this place for the last 3 weeks and finally decided to give them a try. When I say Brian and Jay were the best, they listened to me, helped me out all the way. I would recommend Auto Sales and Services to anyone no matter your credit I m sure they will help!!!!Thanks guys so much!!!!

First off, they re cars not worth what they sell them for. Be sure to check everything when I got my Chrysler it had issues as soon as I took it off the lot. I had to bring it back and they fixed it for free but they will drain you out of money and add random charges. Jay is the worst salesman his communication is horrible & they all lie to protect each other. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I had a wonderful experience with Brian today. My husband and I went in to look and walked out with a newer car. He was very helpful and professional. I have only had my car for a couple hours and I m already liking it.

I can't say enough about this Car Lot...I have been a customer for many years...all three of my kids got their sweet 16 birthday vehicle from here....I upgrade my SUV's from here....my family....friends and neighbors are satisfied customers.Awesome Car Salesman... Great Prices

I will not front, had my car for 3 years minor issues no problem, typical! Had one repo because I had to much going on a yr n a half ago, paid the payment the next morning! The ladies on Washington and Rural were always rude everytime I came in to make my payments or if I called, told Matt about it when he was able to get caught up with( the guy who sold me the car) paid off in 2 yrs and now that I need another car, Matt says NO don t sell her another car! But that s cool you live and you learn! Matt said He hoped I will do business with him again when I informed him of the rude chicks in his office place and trying to but he uploaded a note not to sell me another car! Wish I hadda known this MATT before I came back would have never came back! But that s what they do mile in your face and stick you in the back! But hey moving right along foot loose and fancy free! Not gonna stop my joy MATT and Auto sales and NON service !

I would never get a car from them and i would never recommend anyone to go here they are money hungry. My transmission went out the first week of having my car and they didn t accommodate me at all and still wanted me to make the payment. Moving forward with this incident i made a payment arrangement to pay my note Friday and they came and got my car Tuesday and told me I ll have to pay 700 to get it back and i can t get nothing out of the car if i don t want to pay the 700

These people are literally thieves after Ray Skillman gave me an amazing offer on my dream car.. I decided to let Auto Sales and Service come collect my Dodge Challenger that I purchased from them I was told as long as I brought back my set of keys for the car I will then be able to come collect my belongings when I went up there literally everything I had in my car that had any kind of value was stolen from my car!!!!...when asked "what could of happened to my belongings"?.."could they be at another location?" They shrugged and just said " i dont know what to tell you" being that I am a truck driver I had two very expensive book bags that were full of clothes and personal items I had a $300 pair of Ugg boots that completely went missing and a 3600$ work mobile/GPS device that I've had to report to my company stolen I am currently in the process of filing a small claim suite ON THESE ABSOLUTE PETTY THIEVES..see you in courts JERKS!!!!

Brian has got to be the Best Car Sales Man I have ever dealt with. My gf & I went into the Arlington Ave location at the beginning of the week, we already knew what we wanted. Brian explained everything, even helped us get a good insurance policy going. But what really made the gf happy was the guy who worked Magic cleaning our Chevy Tahoe. Wow what a great job!!! I'd Recommend this place to anyone. I myself will be looking to buy something else in thr future Thank you guys at the Arlington location.

I bought my first pick-up truck from Auto Sales and Service over twenty years ago and earlier this week I bought a SUV from them. The fact that the business is still around unlike most buy here pay here car lots that pop up and go under within a few years should tell you that they are a good, straight forward company. What s even more astonishing is that I dealt with the same two salesmen Jay and Brian that I dealt with twenty years ago. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Informed them of a day after payment upon setting a date for $350 sales tax. Towed the car the day to make the payment then charged $300 more to get the car back. After dropping over a grand to get back on the road. Let them have it. It's ridiculous... no longer dealing w any lots in Indy. Day 2 & still none of my electrical tools or family's belonging out of the car. (Update: a lot of my tools were stolen out of the car, over $2,000 worth & my fiance� wallet w her & my kids SS cards, etc -- they are responding by saying we cannot prove it although we can. They believe that just b/c they background check their employees, they aren't capable of being criminals. Took me out of work for about a month -- I have 8 kids)

They sold me a car an my car has been leaking gasoline since i bought it it had gotten worse since these let 2 weeks the gasoline is now shooting out onto my spark plugs I m scared to even start my car up !!i called up there being very respectful I got hung up on it s like y all don t care about my safety my kids be in my car an everything we can literally blow up come to find out 4 days before I got the car it was work done on the car nobody told me that I can see that the work done on the car was half way done an covered up only 2 of my spark plugs are new the other ones are old as hell I just feel like that s not okay my car has been parked for almost 2 weeks because I m scared that if I drive my car it s going to blow up

0 stars they will tell u 1 thing and do another. Even with communication and being a day or 2 late they'll still repo and charge 300 in fees you even on the day your payment is due. They're not here to help ppl only to cause hardships God is not pleased with them and he has the last say so!!

This Auto sale and service is the best!!! Jay and Brian are the best salesman that you can possibly deal with. they are always looking to help one's to ride off in the car that the customer is interested in. Very good customer service!!!!

Be careful, They ll sell you a vehicle with issues/missing units and clear the check engine code so that you re entirely unaware of any issues. Then when you call them about it, they want to act cocky and come back with a well clearly you didn t know what you were looking for when it s literally THEIR JOB TO and NOT yours as the buyer. Also when called out on their awful inspection job on said vehicle, they claim that they don t have the time to be able to inspect everything about a vehicle because it will back them up lol needless to say, now spending over 1K to fix a vehicle bought from them that was missing an entire unit. (They re also absolutely clueless when it comes to diesels, which is what we bought from them)

Nice people. Great auto selection. Adding: Mike really worked with us when the Kia had a major issue just a week into ownership. I've never been treated this good by any other used car dealership. Highly recommend!

Actually no stars would work better. Bought '99 Jeep Wrangler in June of 2021. Have replaced EVERYTHING. Today the hood latch flew off. Was glued on. My fault. Bought online from S. C. Buying as is, is one thing. Being the crooks that make the sales, is another. How do you sleep at night?

The car lot sold me a junk car. My whole bottom of the car was rusted. I went to get on oil change JUST to find that out. Not to mention the fact that I had the car ONE day before my serpentine belt broke. They are friendly and definitely work with their customers buuuut as far as cars I wouldn t recommend. I sent people to them and they had more worse problems than I did. Their cars aren t reliable outside of the city lol.

Not trustworthy. I went to buy the vehicle, asked to start paper work, the salesman told me to wait until he got the vehicle checked out by their techs and would call me back. Instead they just sold it that day. Why even put me through all that if you were just going to do business like that?
