I will ALWAYS go back to Auto-Lab! Sean and Neal were AMAZING and took out the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to fix everything I needed and I'm so grateful that after 4 years after I bought my SUV I NOW have HEAT!! IF YOU NEED SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE THESE ARE YA GUYS FOR SURE!!

I had my lower control arms on both sides on the front of my car done they did an amazing job and Neal was very helpful and super nice would recommend them 10/10 will be using them from now on

My son took his car there, his check engine light came on. It was close to closing time and they were courteous and kind while waiting for me to pick him up, I was 30 minutes away. They checked out the car and the problem was major (Hyundai Sonata). Any the car had to be towed to a dealership.If Auto Labs was closer to where I live they would definitely be our go to for regular vehicle maintenance.

Absolutely fantastic work done on my BMW 325i, the car has high mileage and was overall in a dire state, but Neal and them pulled a Hail Mary and managed to fix the major issues for much cheaper than believed!

Took my car to auto lab and I m so glad I did! Neal worked on my car and he throughly explained everything to me even brought out the piece that was defective and showed me pictures of what was wrong with the axel, nobody has ever done that!. The customer service here is exceptional! I ve always had trouble with finding a technician that I can trust will do the right thing and not just take my money without fixing the problem but after brining my car here I will definitely be making autolab the place I take my car to for service from here on out! Thank you Neal for your great work and customer service ,it s comforting to know I ve found a place that will do the right thing!-Sandra

I own a few cars, and I can honestly say that Auto-Lab is the most trustworthy, honest shop to do business with. They always fix things correctly and there prices are very competitive in the industry. I highly recommend this shop if you have mechanical needs. Sean does a great job of explaining and implementing what needs to be done, to get you back on the road. Keep up the good work.

The mechanic was a great personEasy to talk to.Fixd. the water resistor Part on my car.It dry rotted.Needed replaced.Labor was high.Part cost $27.00

We are from Arizona. I called many places in Indianapolis, and Auto-Lab was the only one I felt comfortable getting an alignment for our 2006 Scion XB. When we drove our XB back to Arizona, it drove perfectly straight thanks to Auto Lab's superb work. Also, Auto-Lab was reasonable for their alignment compared to everyone else. Manager Kevin at Auto Lab was very pleasant, professional, honest, and considerate. I highly recommend Auto Lab, and I would highly recommend speaking with Kevin in particular. This place has saved me. I got a quote for 1/3 of the price Hare Honda quoted me and the turn time was super fast. I went from being quoted for about $7,000 at the dealership, being told my car was totaled, and being offered 10.9% Apr and $500 trade in value to having a working car for $2400.A rodent of some kind chewed on many of the wires under my hood causing the car to not start. I towed my 145,000 mile 2012 Honda Accord to the dealership and they quoted me for over $7000 and told me my car was totaled. They offered me $500 trade in value for the car.I called auto lab and spoke with Sean. He was so nice and assured me they could blow the dealership price away. I had my car towed to their West Washington location and they did everything hare Honda was going to do and a bunch more for about 1/3 of the price. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and they did an excellent job on the repair. Auto Lab Complete Car Care is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been bringing our cars there for over a decade. To find someone you trust to work on your car(s) is rare. However, I found a jewel of a manager in Sean Barbee.No matter what the crisis is, Sean is always available to service my car, and walk me through the available financial options, prior to me making a decision on a repair. Sean works tirelessly to make sure that his customers are satisfied and pleased with the Care Center's work. I highly recommend this auto body shop! Very professional, fast turn over , get in and out, very affordable best place to get your vehicle serviced. I live 45 mins from this shop, but my truck won't go anywhere else! Sean has been solid to me for 8 years or more. A trustworthy guy in this business or any for that matter is tough to come by these days. Take your car to Auto lab either in Avon or Off W.Washington, he Manages both. Solid group of guys! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed the driver's side window of my older model Buick repaired. They diagnosed a few other issues with the car at no charge and provided an estimate for repairs with no pressure. Our car was in need of an unexpected repair in the middle of a road trip. We pulled off the highway and went to the closest shop, which was Auto-Lab. Despite the misfortune of having car troubles, our luck turned when we arrived here. Not only was the staff accommodating, fitting us in right away, but they were transparent about what was wrong and the cost to fix it. We were back on the road in a matter of hours, and couldn t thank Auto-Lab enough for their help! If I lived in town, I would definitely return and tell all my friends!

Good service. Went to some "other" guys (not from this area) and got screwed. Out $500, and they didn't solve the problem They fixed the problems, for much less than I was being quoted too.
