I gave this place a second chance but not anymore according to the reviews this place is a great place but not in my experience I don't usually do bad reviews but this is unacceptable it's peeling off really bad its got holes and this is the second time I had it redone

Always great service received every time I've been to this store. I've had multiple cars windows tinted & I know multiple other people who have had a variety of things done from complete stereo system installs, alarm system installs & Misc accessories installed & the work has been great every time.

My dad got my front windows tinted for my birthday in July & they look great! I went in w/o an appointment & it didn't take long at all. Probably spent about 40/45 mins waiting.

They did fantastic. I called on a Friday and they got me in first thing on Monday morning. They were timely, professional and it looks great. Lifetime warranty. Would recommend!Adding to my original review: I had a few small spots on my drivers side window a year later. Brought it in and they fixed it with no issues! They are so easy to work with and all around great people. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the Indy area!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Well i dont have much to say about these guys because I've been there twice over the years, First time it was for tinted windows and they did a great job on my Buick and recently my factory stereo in my Acadia went out so i thought i would check out what they had for an aftermarket, And they had some nice stuff only issue was i didnt realize my year of car has a stereo that part of the wires goes for the stereo and the the others are hooked directly into the computer inside the stereo so things like turn signals could work which means i have to buy the actual harness for the other electronics that hooks directly into the stereo, Once i have that i can put whatever i want in it, And i gots to have a new radio cause i havent had tunes for around 7 months so i can't wait to rock out .

We've been coming here for years. The last few times have been less than expected though. Wait time very long, took a few days for a rear window that was a drop off out of car. My truck tint was so dark that I can't see without rolling down windows. No i didn't complain, i prefer it to be done right the first time. Not sure how it got messed up,( but was likely the girl taking the order didn't understand.) They tell you to pull around to a bay, but unless you go looking for someone they ignore you. Prices have gone up, but that's expected anymore, but they quote one price then try to make it more when you pick up. Not sure if I'll take my next one back here.

I have had four vehicles windows tinted here and these guys always do a awesome job. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Also just got my toneau cover installed here, another great job by these guys

Phenomenal service! We bought a new car at the dealer who recommended them. So this Summer we got the Explorer window's tinted there and they did a wonderful job. The shop is clean and they are very friendly and professional. The waiting area is nice too and has comfortable seats and a large screen TV to pass the time comfortably. With all of that, today, I brought in my company car and they tinted the windows perfectly and quickly for a price that is hard to beat. I highly recommend them!

Didn't seem like the staff was trying to work, I won't go back due to the lack of professionalism. How so you NOT hook up a FACTORY radio harness to an after market radio? Those wires are there for a reason. If you're willing to risk it, have at it. As much as I like spending my $ in my neighborhood, they won't get any of it...

Used this company for window tinting and led headlights. Called about my headlights blinking in the rain, said they would TRY and get me in and then never called back. Still in my one year and my window tint is bubbling! Ugh! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor Quality of work! The driver side window tint bubbled up not to long. I gave them a call and service I received was excellent. The work was covered under their warranty so it was replaced for free. I highly recommend them for your window tint needs.

I had a new radio installed with steering wheel controls. I immediately had a bad reception and now the radio changes stations on its own and the volume goes up and down automatically. I took it back in and they told me it was my vehicle was the problem even though I never had any issues before they worked on it. Go somewhere else.

This place is truly first class. From the time emailed them asking for help on installing a bull bar and LED DRLs on my vehicle to the appointment, to the end result, I left extremely satisfied with the quality of customer service and work they did. I've taken almost every single car I've ever bought to this location. I came all the way from Carmel because THATS how good these guys are. Nothing is ever half assed and if I change my mind about something they have always been super accommodating. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars.

There are always two weeks out from doing work. This is the third two-week interval I've stopped in, and they told me their about two weeks away from getting to me. I just wanted a USB port installed also a backup camera. What's weird is everytime I stopped in there, there is no customers. I'm not sure what's going on there but I'm not going to stop back again. They wasted my time several times.

Went to get custom install on a bushwacker fender flare. They hacked it up pretty bad, then tried to glue plastic back on that was cut too much. They also cut pretty deep grooves on a $450 air intake snorkel with an air saw.Even with showing all the damage they had done, they didn't even once acknowledge that they did anything wrong or try to make it right. They still made me pay $75 labor. I wish I could post pictures of the total hack job that they did.I wouldn't have these guys touch my truck ever again if it were the last shop left in the world.Totally DISGUSTED!THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE ACCEPTED TO DO THE JOB IF THEY COULDN'T DO IT RIGHT!Now I have to buy another front set of fender flares that will cost me over $200 and a $450 Safari air intake snorkel.I'm thinking about small claims court because of the monetary value of the parts and labor to fix the damage that they have done.

Iran went through this company to have Lifesaver put in my car which is a breathalyzer thing so you can start my car these people are all right and some of the things that come out of what they had done with lifesaver I would never recommend to have Lifesaver put in your vehicle from these people at all know if you're going to get a car window tinted or any of that hell yeah these people would probably be good best ones in town

Did a crappy job installing sub, amp, and stereo on my car. Didn't know how to tune the amp its sounding distorted.Chipped and cracked my AC unit while replacing the stereo. Asked me to come back to replace it, said its a 10 min work to replace, when I went there they did not know how to replace and asked me to come back later. When I called they said they are still going to figure out how to replace and called me to come after a week since they have other work to do.Really poor work ethic.
