The staff was very helpful throughout the process. They allowed my wife and I to have time to discuss things without feeling like they were pressuring us into making a purchase. Overall a great experience. Only complaint was that we were told the vehicle had auto start through on star only to find out it did not when we contacted on star.

Please please please steer clear of this place for any repairs. I am always hesitant to give a negative review but my partner was robbed blind by these people. He went through several repairs (totaling about $3k) that absolutely did not fix the issue, and when they finally addressed the issue we were asking them to look at, they quoted us an additional $6-11k. They are now telling us that they cannot rebuild the transmission as it was before, so essentially the car is inoperable, and they will just push it out. Our two options are to either sell them our car or pay the repairs that are worth more than the car itself. This has been devastating for us, and they have taken all of our savings. PLEASE do not give them your business.

Had the alternator replaced and when I picked the car up you can hear it from 5 miles away. Now I have to send it back. Being without a car is a huge inconvenience. When things are noticeably wrong, why not communicate it before customers come for pickup? Anywho part two, I hope it won t be a part three.Well part 3!This is the second time I ve scheduled an appointment on a Friday, only to arrive & be told they won t have a mechanic until Monday, MAYBE.

I would absolutely NOT suggest going to Andy Mohr to ANYONE! I financed a 2022 vehicle with less than 33,000 miles on it and within 9 days the rear passenger A Arm BROKE IN HALF. It has obvious rust stains in ONLY that area, but somehow they are saying we are at fault when all we were doing was backing out of the driveway. That was 4 days ago and we had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times before we were told it was "our fault." We've reached out since and have still not received anything from their team. Absolutelllyyyy disgusting the way they do business. Unfortunately, the more I look into their business the more I'm finding things like this are extremely common. Taking advantage of people in this economy is the worst of the worst.

We purchased a new Trax and had a great interaction with our salesman Gage. After working with him for a week on a vehicle in transit, we went to the dealer to finish the process. Gage was the only bright spot sadly, as the sales manager Jeremy decided that morning to mark up the price of the vehicle without any reason, pulling a bait-and-switch on us in front of our faces. Buy a $5,000 extended warranty or be charged a $3,000 mark-up on the vehicle. He told us to our face that he understood it wasn t fair to us, but clearly didn t care. On top of that, the finance department kept us waiting for over an hour (with no one else buying a car), and were incredibly disorganized with the paperwork. Of the numerous vehicles I ve purchased, this was by far the worst experience. First time and definitely the last time I purchase a vehicle from an Andy Mohr dealership.

Beware buying a car here I bought a brand new car 2024 and it s giving me trouble at 9 thousand miles, now I can t trade it in because they devalued the brand new car from 34k to 22k I ve only had it since October only used it for 8k miles. I need a reliable car for medical reasons and they promised me one in October this is so sad that they think people can afford to be scammed like that. Paying so much a month for a car with the check engine light on. So sad.

A lot of changes there always someone behind the window where you pay for services nobody was there and my car was ready cause I received a text message saying it s ready the new girl didn t even bother to check to see that I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my car until I walked up and told her I received a text saying my car was ready I really don t know what happened but I might have to found me a new dealership to fix my cars looks unprofessional now no shuttle bus anymore. It looks unprofessional now I will take my business somewhere else. The mechanic work was great. Service was terrible. And I been doing business with these guys since 2016

Sales staff is wonderful! Just bought my second vehicle here. Trailblazer Rally Sport. My other vehicle is a Cruze Rally Sport. Both were great buys, slightly used and I love both!Taylor is a great salesperson!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment and NEVER purchase the extended warranty. I paid 5000.00 for 5 year unlimited mileage just to have them say it only had a year left on the in service date and it stopped at 100,000 miles. The customer service is terrible and all.thry catr about is making the quota.

When I originally attempted to call the dealership to get my vehicle scheduled for service I had to call 4x times to get through to an advisor at 8am.I have attempted to get service at this particular dealer multiple times in the last and this is my first time actually receiving the service i requested.Service advisors seem to be less than helpful with providing a clear concise timeline of when to expect your vehicle back.Honestly the only good part about the whole experience was the fact that the tech got the job done right the first time and I did not have to return. Although I did find later that I had a bad strut that was missed during the inspection

I dropped my Chevy equinox off early last month, it was having some issues taking too much antifreeze. Over the whole experience communication was horrible. I was told it would take 24-48 hours for them to take a look, I got my car back 4 weeks and 2 days later during that time I reached out to them once a week they only reached out to me twice (close to the end of the 4th week and they sent a text when it was ready for pick up). I understand sometimes take longer but it should be communicated especially when I have to arrange transportation for a month unexpectedly. Once they got the warranty company go ahead they had everything fixed in about three days.

Friendly and quick service to get me driving and back on the road again after a break down but don t understand the $800 charge for labor when my car was in the shop for 4 hours. $200/hr?? Most places are $125.

I dealt w/ a couple different individuals but ultimately ended up working w/ Matt in the service department. I was in need of suspension work and body work. Matt s communication was stellar, we kept each other in the loop regarding the details of my needed services. He was professional and honest in his dealings w/ me.
