Unfortunately needed to go back to the dealership for a repair. The process was clean and comfortable. Pricing is close to most garages. A little more but you are having a mechanic whom works on Nissan vehicles every day do your work. The confidence I have in the mechanics at Andy Moor Nissan is strong. Dave helped me through the process and communicated with me regularly. Great guy! Car operating like new. Thank you for exceptional work.

Ashton was super awesome. Didn t feel any pressure, was not your typical used car salesman, very knowledgeable and fun. Why four stars? Their finance individual, Kent, was a little less desirable. Very terse, made assumptions and when my son and I did not want the warranty he was trying to push, he became not so friendly. Not cool at all. It s how you communicate Kent. Ashton gets 10 stars. Kent a 1. Maybe Kent was having a bad day. I ll chalk it up to that.

I received excellent customer service from Andrew at Andy Mohr Nissan. He helped me find an older, low tech sedan that was in great condition, which was exactly what I was looking for. He also didn t pass me by when I told him I wanted a low monthly payment, which other salesmen did. He was friendly, funny, and worked with urgency. He also answered the phone consistently when I had questions. Otherwise, the service was pretty good. The financial process felt rushed at times. For a first time car buyer I would have appreciated a bit more explanation.

As someone that recently divorced and graduated from college you can imagine the hit my credit took. Anil and the team there worked their butt off to get me into a wonderful vehicle for my two kids and me. It s perfect for those travel soccer tournaments on the weekend. Now I don t have to pray I won t break down in the middle of nowhere. Thanks again Anil and team!!

When I say this is the best experience I had getting a car. Terrance Hood and everyone was super awesome and did what they could to help me. When I say my Car was clean and fresh and ready for me. I can't do anything but tell people to go and see T Hood and his co workers as they handle their business. Terrance Hood thank you again.

My husband and I went to trade in our truck. They gave us exactly what we were wanting for our truck (actually a little more!) and then found us the perfect sedan to replace it. Our sales guy was Devyon and he was great. Patient, helpful and friendly. I would give him 5 stars. However, when we went in to the finance office and met (I think his name was) Kent, he was an absolute jerk. He was pushy, rude and condescending. We didn t want the warranty. He kept pushing it (I know it s his job) but we kept kindly and repeatedly telling him we weren t interested (it was $7000 which was almost what we were paying for the car!!). He asked what price would have worked for us and we told him we just didn t feel we needed it but we appreciated the offer to negotiate the price down. He kept asking us over and over what price. When we said no thank you he was like not even for $1? At that point we were annoyed and just said no. Not even for $1. Then he just seemed angry the rest of the time we were there. It made us so uncomfortable and really put us off and ruined the excitement of getting our new car. I would recommend this place but steer clear of him for financing if you can.

Despite asking multiple times about parts for our collision repair, Andy Mohr Collision denied telling us they were waiting on parts while they asked us to drop off the vehicle. They only conveyed parts were delayed after the original due date. When asked if we received a discount, obviously it wasn t their fault and no discount was offered. I do not recommend their service.

My partner amd I just got our first new car here; a 2022 Nissan Sentra. We are super pleased with the car but there isn't a whole lot to rate for that (a new car is a new car). What earned the 5 stars is the service. We worked a lot with Josh and then our finance guy was Steve. Both were GEMS. They were very patient/forgiving/flexible with our cluelessness. They made everything very transparent and got us the best deal they could with the financing interest rate. I was extremely cynical going in that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience and I am happy to admit I was wrong. Josh let us lead the way and never once pushed anything. We felt very comfortable chatting and asking questions. Meanwhile Steve went above and beyond finding us the best deal with our not so perfect credit. He also gave a lot of comfort when we asked a few service questions (ie what happens if our car breaks down and the part needed takes days to get in).All in all I have nothing negative to say about the folks at Nissan Andy Mohr. From the nice gentleman who helped us get situated before handing us off to a "salesman" to the numbers guy who had to break the news of how expensive cars are, to the smiling face behind the register being patient while we fought with our bank to allow us to spend our own money, they all made it as unstressful as they could possibly do and were not at all how I was warned they'd be (family have all had bad experiences with dealers so they warned us about this and that and none of those warnings came to pass). Thanks Josh and Steve and every other friendly face that assisted along the way.

Unfortunately even though I asked direct questions to make an informed decision about my car repairs I was lied to and charged for something that could ve been avoid or addressed at a later date when I had the proper funds. As an unemployed customer trying to figure out the most cost effective and convenient way to get thing s done, there was no consideration at all on their end.

Awesome job Raymond M.(salesman) great service, not pushy and overbearing like other salesmen I've encountered, he was very supportive and understanding all the way thru my experience there!!!... Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle...Andy Mohr Nissan on corner of Lafayette Rd and Georgetown Rd in Indianapolis, Indiana is a wonderful place for cars/trucks, go visit soon and ask for Raymond M. he'll take great care of ya!!..Brian and the team there in Service Dept are AWESOME! Went to get my car looked at. Explained to them that something was going on with my radio. I was there about two years ago and explained to them something was wrong(Bluetooth was not working and screen would freeze) and they said it was fine. Then a couple of days ago I explained to them that something was still wrong with is(Bluetooth still isn t working and the sound completely went out). They Claim to reset it and that I should be fine. Pull off the lot and sound still cuts off at a certain volume number and won t cut back on resulting in me cutting the car off and on to get the radio to work. Tried calling the same day to speak with the guy who told me and never received a call back

I took my truck because of recall on a Friday morning. There was NO communication from them about my vehicle until the following Thursday! They don t have loaners so I was without transportation for 7days and that was VERY expensive! Only to be told when they did finally communicate, that there was nothing wrong???!!!! Furious can t explain the emotion I felt! All the money I m having to pay for transportation and make other provisions for the other things in my life. I missed work and everything!! There was no concession made for this either! And I told the guy when I dropped it off that I had to work the next day! He said once they found out what was going on, they would contact and if need be, we would schedule another time to bring it back. Are you kidding me!!!! And you inconvenienced me, a single parent of twins, a working mother, for 7 whole days!!!???!!! I will not go back again.

I was also pleased The Andy Mohr Collision Shop would not put inferior parts on my car in order to save some money, I really appreciate the staff who helped me get this car fixed using the right parts. This was my first new-car purchase and Anil made it a fun experience. He answered all of my questions and concerns ..even getting out of the car to check out a strange noise I heard which ended up being a few rocks caught in the tire tread .lol. I came to buy a used car but Anil helped me see the value in just buying the new that provided a better warranty for not a lot more money. Thanks, Anil!!
