The work was only partly done when they canceled my car rental and requested payment from my insurance. They didn't put seals back on my vehicle. The rental company couldn't find the rental car that I returned to the front desk for a month. Consider getting your work done elsewhere.JR is defensive and dodges accountability. They replaced parts with damaged parts as if from another vehicle, though I paid out of pocket for the repair.

Went here today for an estimate on my car. Met with JR Scott, very personable gentleman! We talked while he did my estimate and let me see the amazing work in the body shop. Even shop guys playing and joking. It was amazing to see. Very professional atmosphere with a personal touch! I'm excited for them to finish the work on my car, as I know my car is in great hands! Highly recommend!

We recently had our vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center and was very disappointed with the experience. When we picked up the car after the repairs were completed, the battery was completely dead and we had to get a jump start just to drive it home. When we arrived home and turned off the car, it wouldn't start back up again.Prior to bringing our car in for repairs, we had zero issues with the battery. It's clear that something happened during the repair work that completely drained the battery. When I called to speak with the shop manager, JR, about this, he was rude and defensive, claiming it was impossible for his technicians to have drained the battery, constantly spoke over me while I was speaking, and then hung up on me mid conversation.Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Our car came back from their shop with new problems that weren't there before, and they refused to take any responsibility, adding additional cost to us on top of the months wait for repairs after being rear ended. We will not be returning to Andy Mohr Collision Center again and would not recommend them to others needing collision repair work in Indianapolis.Service: Body & Trim

Absolute horrible experience with the collision center in Bloomington. Will never go back, will never recommend. They had our car for almost a month. Would get a text it was done, call them and it wasn t done. Absolutely zero communication from them. The quote kept growing and was way beyond what our insurance would pay. Customer experience is simply horrible. I suspect they have grown too large and lost touch with customer service.Never again with any Andy Mohr facilities.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow! I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to having them do my estimate for an accident. They supposedly did an inspection and called me with an estimate amount. I decided to get the repairs done elsewhere and ROBERT decreased the estimate 30 minutes later and sent it to State Farm. I went to the shop to pick my car up and inquire on why the estimate was decreased and was advised there was stuff on there that I didn t need which means they really didn t do an inspection on the vehicle or they were committing insurance fraud by inflating the estimate. Either way it didn t sit well with me and I let Robert know. I was called manipulative because I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere, which I do have the right to do. Robert and his manager were very judgmental and rude. I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and contacted State Farm about the shops they choose to partner with. Bottom line, don t call the customer with an estimate amount if you didn t really inspect the vehicle. Bad business! I forgot to mention, I work for an insurance company and know my rights which infuriated them even more.

If you want your car repaired DO NOT go here. They only repair what they can visibly see. Even if it was caused by the wreck! I got bad vibes from these people from the very beginning. Shady and judgmental! They don t want to do their jobs They sit in an office all day. I almost forgot the bald dude ROBERT HOHLT is a complete jerk know it all. I asked if he was a mechanic and he wouldn t even tell me! He wouldn t answer any of my questions or concerns I had with my vehicle. Like I said these people are lazy and will let your car sit for weeks and weeks. Poor poor service. DO BETTERServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

I had the worst experience with this place, they had my rogue for over a month costing me out of pocket money for my rental. So let me tell you a true story my airbag on the passenger side of my rogue deployed after my passenger side of my car hit a curb because of the snow. No other cars was involved, I filed an insurance claim and my car was towed to this place what a big mistake that was! The area where the airbag deployed has creases in as if they stuff it with their fingers! They had refurbished my wheels refused to provide new ones and didn't replace the struts. So after picking my rogue up the first time and drove it home I was forced to take it back on that Monday for them to keep it another week, it was shaking badly. They didn't have any considerations or concerns about how I was worried about my safety. After a week I went back to get my rogue, same thing again and again lack of concern so I had to call my husband in to test drive the vehicle and they believe him. So they finally replace the strut and order a new wheel. I also wanted people to know that I had 4 original tires on my rogue but now I have 3 and 1 off brand, they admitted that their wheel guy was working on 4 different rogues at the same time so it's possible that it got switched out, so tell me why they didn't replace my tire. My rogue is running rough and you can here noises from the under carriage in the back of the vehicle. I emailed the owner no response, so now I have to contact an attorney. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one because all they care about is money and taking the easy way out. So done with nissan!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

BEEN dealing with Andy Mohr ever since I've been in Indiana. Have never had a problem with them so I will be with them forever. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Why would I go anywhere else?

This was my first time going to a collision center after my very first accident. Being it was my first time, you would think they'd be a little understanding.If you're going to say my car is going to take a little longer than planned, just let me know. I had to practically beg for information about why my car was almost two weeks late! When I did call, I received rudeness and was treated very poorly. All I did was ask when my car was going to be finished since no one was telling me anything.There are probably better Andy Mohr collision centers that are upfront and respectful. My mistake for going to this one.***3 months after getting my car repaired, the bumper they replaced started peeling off on the passenger side. I had to go back and have them pop it back in. Quality work was done here.

First and foremost I chose Andy Mohr because it was a name hopefully recognized.Dealing with Andy Mohr over the course of two and a half weeks I was called for an update on my vehicle once. Calling the shop always resulted in I was going to give you a call later or I was busy. This resulted in frustration!!After receiving my vehicle after being delayed three times and not being able to extend my rental car. The quality of service was good!Nonetheless if they gave better status updates they receive better ratings.

I had terrible damage to one of the rear doors on my SUV. The scratches were so bad that the door itself was starting to rust. I got a quote from JR Scott to fix the damage, and I was able to drop my vehicle off a few days later. After 4 days of repairs I picked up my vehicle and it was in pristine condition. The collision center also didn t attempt to price gauge me. I paid the estimated cost, which was much less than I was expecting and quoted by other body shops. Hopefully no other damage occurs, but if it does this will be the place I go to.

Dawn the manager is not competent. Negligent work. No/poor communication throughout the 3 months they had the vehicle. E-mail documents state vehicle was to be done August 10; did not pick up the vehicle until October 10. Multiple wasted trips to attempt to pick up the vehicle per manager stating it was done ony for her to inspect it and find out it was not done/faulty work. (4 occurrences) Had to take vehicle to a reputable shop (Skillman) and filing legal proceedings for damages. Tried to contact Andy Mohr or representative Chris Huston for solutions; no responses/failure to communicate. Mr. Mohr must be too busy doing his commercials. Consumers beware.

The front desk lady is rude and has an attitude. But before receiving my service good so they only care about your money. Shane person state's one thing and do another. Put wrong part on and I have come back to correct it. Then states normal wear in tear.

Replaced the bumper cover. The bolts on the sides came out. Andy Mohr insisted that the bumper had been hit again. Before I even left, one side had to be tightened. A week later both sides of the bumper had fallen off. Go somewhere else!!!
