Be careful, Caused me $2000 in damages by stripping my lug studs so bad the shop thinks they did it on purpose. Of course, due to no receipt (cash only) they say it was me and refuse to give me a manager or even so much as a sorry or assist.. Won t even pull up the cameras to prove it. Will be reporting to BBB for compliancy issues and overall rudeness and will be taking them to court.

I bought a used tire independently from here, but brought it to the shop to be mounted on. But of course they said the tire was 'no good'..the kid could not articulate why (in english).Ok no problem, I buy one of their used ones..he mounts it on and when I go to pay they say cash only. They couldn't be bothered to tell me that before. Ok, no problem again, i'll go to an atm right at the 38th & post intersection, now they want me to leave my phone..smh FOH..I'm not leaving my phone I don't care if it's locked. I wound up taking the kid who did the labor with me to the ATM to get his cash. That's not how you run a high level business..if you expect to get walk in new customers, not everyone carries cash..so you're going to try an tell new customers to leave their phones while they get cash? 2bit amateur hour type ish right there. A high volume business should have card readers or at least app capability to be able to give you some sort of proof of transaction. Not recommended..and the employees standing around weren't friendly, inviting or professional for an obvious new customer who didn't know who to talk to, they just stared..

This place is absolutely amazing ! For the prices to the employees to the owner like if I could give them 20 stars I would ! Nitro JD and Shawn are fantastic ! We were here maybe a half hour they actually care about you and knowing they are putting you on the road and that's important to me ! We are from out of state and I'm so thankful we found this place I highly recommend it ! Go here ! Don't hesitate ! God bless !

Great service, good attention and good communication. I don't know much about cars or tires but they were able to understand what I needed and help me find the best solution for my needs. They did the service very quick and honored what they've promised. . I would always come back and strongly recommend it.

Broke off my lug nut with an air powered tool. Avoid any tire place that uses air tools. Hand tool spun is the only safe way to remove the lugs. they said they d fix it if I brought the parts, so I walked 0.3 miles to the auto parts store to buy a new one, then American Eagle Tire didn t have the 36mm socket needed. Walked back to the auto parts store and bought a 36mm socket. After hammering my wheel for about 30 minutes they gave up and put it back on with 4 lugs. Didn t even tell me they couldn t fix it, just dropped my car down and told me to leave. As I was driving out, began to turn left and heard a grinding noise. Will have to see what they damaged beyond the lug nut when I go to a reputable repair place. Very unprofessional and shady place. Would not return

Horrible horrible experience . They gave us the wrong size tire . We went into get a new one because that s what they told us to do and then they didn t have what we needed told us to call in the morning to see if they got new tires in and they hung up and wouldn t answer when called back. Horrible horrible place! Don t go there you will have problems!

Was able to get an almost brand new used tire for a friend that had a blowout. They let us use a jack to go and jack up her car and bring her blown out tire back on her rim and get the new one put on. $75 for the tire and mounting and they sold her the loaner jack for $15 so she didn't have to drive back over the next day . Great service

We had a picked up a huge screw in a rear tire on a rear tire. Places were either closed or didn't have techs in to deal with it. American Eagle Tire Center took care of it in the parking lot, plugging the tire in about ten minutes.

I came in at thanksgiving when I woke up to a flat tire at 9am was out by 9:15 pay 40 for a new tire. It s a good place if no one is open or a emergency the people are nice the only problem is they only take cash but theirs a liquor store with a atm with a 2.50 charge

This tire center place only accept cash, so no credit/debit card usage here, used tire prices or plug tire work are a hit and miss kind of deal, make sure your tires are good to go, never trust the workers here, so be sure they tightened your tires back to your car and I only recommend this place as a last resource if there's nowhere else to go.

They do a variety of things such as change your tires, replace them,change them and they also tell you the missing parts incase your car has a damage part.
