Such a great repair shop to get your drive fixed up. I would say Sunny s team is the best here in Indy who take care of your car maintenance effectively. I would highly recommend this repair shop for your normal routine maintenance and any repair work that your car would need. They really listen to your car and identify the issues and resolve them for you.

The owner and mechanics at American Auto repair are honest, hard working, and extremely nice! They will diagnose your issue and give you a realistic timeframe of when the work will be done. The facility itself is well kept and the waiting area is very clean - this is great especially if you have to wait a few hours for your service to be completed. I come here for any service that needs to be done, even a basic oil change! I also love that they use Castrol - it's truly the best quality motor oil. Had an oil change done , experience was amazing. Got my cabin lights issue diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Will always keep Sunny as my go-to person for any car related issues. Amazing people to talk with and very competitive pricing of the work.

Phenomenal experience with American Auto Repair. I had my cars radiator replaced after it was bent and cracked from highway damage. Sunny was attentive and provided much needed insight on what needed to be repaired, what could be salvaged, costs, and time estimates. I strongly recommend this auto shop for its transparency, time efficiency, professionalism, and price fairness.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Did a great job servicing my vehicle. Car was overheating among a few other issues and they had it fixed in a day and all for a great price. Will definitely vistit again in the future for any repairs. Thanx guys for an amazing job.

Sunny and the crew are extremely nice and professional. I needed to get a tune up and oil change on my van, and it's running so well afterwards. I can tell he's an honest guy and the mechanics are very professional. Extremely fair pricing as well, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. Will be coming here every time for my vans needs! I was fortunate enough to pull into their lot after driving over a bolt and getting a flat in the rain. I have tire protection so I just needed my spare on so I could make it to the dealership. I didn't want to have to get soaked doing it myself or wait for a service call so I went in and asked if they could help. They immediately took my car back and put my spare on for me. They only charged me $15 and even put cardboard down in the back of the car under the wet tire. Great customer service!

Had a noise on my car that multiple shops kept misdiagnosising. This was going on for several months before I came across Sunny and his shop. Within 15 minutes of arriving, Sunny took the car for a drive and was able to walk me through exactly what was causing the issue, and guided me on how to address it without trying to upsell unnecessary work. I truly appreciate the experience I had here, and I am excited to try them again in the future for other needs I will have. HIGHLY recommended!

Update 3/11 - Again had an amazing experience here, took my car in because there was something wrong with calipers, I called in and was able to take my car in the same day, because of bad calipers my brake pads were also ruined. Sunny did not charge me for the brake pads which he had replaced on my last visit, and was able to claim it. Then my car battery terminals also needed replacing and he took care of it swiftly, Sunny is just awesome, completely trust this place, will be coming back again and again. He offered me wifi while I worked from there, and suggested me lunch options nearby as i was on my lunch break.Such a great experience at this place, Sunny was amazingly helpful in diagnosing the problem I had, got me in very next morning, gave me a quote which was very fair, I feel other places try to get you on the labor hours, but Sunny was very honest, I had a feeling I could trust him 100% as soon as I met him, he also diagnosed a tire issue for me, and did not charge me for it, also the place is very professional and clean, I am going back to this place for any car related stuff.

Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. They worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, but just couldn't do it, and I understood. Finished up next day, with a few bonuses thrown in. I appreciate that they took the time to do it right

After calling many places get an alignment done and everyone said not until the following week, these gentlemen got me in the same day! I needed my car fixed as I am visiting from tx. My car had some electrical issues which making check engine lights on, I took my car to some well named shops and they fail to diagnose even Dealer kept my car for 3days . Then I got here and Sunny find the problem in only an hour and fixed it. They just charge me $90 where other shops made big estimates with no guarantee. I would highly recommend this shop.

Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I m driving it like it was the day I got the car. Can t thank them enough for their work!
