Had a tire and wheel blow up on my way through town on a cross country road trip. Had my model 3 towed to All star and they went above and beyond to get me home. Found a spare option and a wheel tire package replacement option. Ended up getting a new set of wheels and tires overnighted to us and they threw em on and had us on the way. Great people.

I had been swindled by a roadside mechanic that abandoned the job and the guys at All Star straightened the whole mess up and got me back on the road within 24 hrs of dropping off my car. Aaron and Chris were very communicative and kept me informed throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend All Star!!! They were extremely professional and will be the 1st place I go to when I need any assistance.

Needed a tire repaired and gave them a call. Got a quote of "about $36 or $37," and took it in. Friendly service and a nice waiting room, though I took the opportunity to grab groceries at the Kroger that is only a block away. Repair was done in half an hour. Total cost was $38 after tax. Timely, professional service, great location close to down town (3.5 blocks due north of the State House). I'll be back, but hopefully not soon.

Wonderful, third generation family owned and run place. They fixed my car expertly, in a timely fashion and for a fair price. They treat customers with kindness and respect and just the right touch of humor. As pleasant an experience as one can have when ones car needs fixing. I will definitely be back should the need arise. Recommend enthusiastically!

Took my car to this local auto repair shop to see if they could fix my key lock since it was jammed. They said they would take a look at it and see what was wrong. Charged me $186 for the diagnostic fee that took less than an hour on my 2017 Toyota corolla and just told me that it needs a new lock cylinder. Didn t fix anything or tell me anything I didn t know already. They definitely overcharged me. Did not expect it to be that much! A full car diagnostic wouldn t even cost that much??I did not sign anything beforehand or did they give me a quote on how much the service would cost. I asked for an itemized receipt and all it said was diagnostic for $186. I didn t expect it to be free but I also didn t expect it to be over $100 just to look at my door handle for less than an hour. I don t think I have ever even paid that much for a simple car service.

I spent $2400 to have my fuel pump replaced. After 6 hours I was told they were not able to finish the job and it would be a couple of days to finish. I called a local Chevy dealer and they were able to get me in the same day and finish the job. Allstar could not get the job done but a Chevy dealership could. The only good thing about allstar is Chris has a great attitude and the lady working the front desk is a very good worker. Again $2400 for a fuel pump and at the end my truck still couldn t run. I had it towed away. At my own cost

Have brought all our family vehicles here for 7 years now. The staff is great, they explain things well, do great work, fair pricing, and do not replace parts unnecessarily. I recommend them to anyone who listens.

We were driving through Indianapolis on our way home to Savannah, Georgia, and discovered a nail in our front tire. We wandered into All Star Tire on Friday, December 29th around 10:00 in the morning. Everyone was so friendly and nice. They welcomed our entire family, including two small dogs, into their waiting area while they plugged our tire. Despite being understaffed due to the holiday season, they had us back on the road in 30 minutes! And the price was more than fair. If we lived closer, we would definitely have all of our cars serviced here!

I recently took our '05 PT Cruiser into get looked over as I heard some front-end noises. The guys @ All-Star found the issues quickly, called me about the issues asap & once i said lets fix the issues. In 4hrs the problems were fixed new parts installed & we were back on the road. This is the 2nd vehicle All-Star has fixed & we were 100% pleased with their services all around as a whole.

These guys we re great by offering quick turnaround during weekdays when I m committed to working two part-time jobs. I kept trying to get my oil changed on Saturdays when I didn t have to work, but Belle Tire turned me away. It was nice to be greeted so warmly by the staff with such a quick turnaround!

In Aug of 2023 my son was diagnosed with Leukemia. We spent months driving back and for to Indianapolis nearly 2 hours away. My front breaks started grinding and I needed them fixed quickly. Chris and his team got me in immediately, fixed within a couple of hours and price was reasonable. I can safely drive my child back and forth safely now! Thank you All Star!

If you live or work in downtown Indianapolis, this is the place to go for all your routine maintenance needs and tire replacement. When I need an oil change, I just drop my vehicle off in the morning and walk to work from there. It's always ready for me to pick up in the afternoon.They'll check everything out and recommend service without pressuring you.

This is the 2nd time I have had to have my tires fixed by their crew. Everyone is always so nice and helpful every time I am there. I ve never had to wait and I never feel pressured to purchase things I don t need. I won t go anywhere else!

All Star did a great job fixing my tire on very short notice! They might be the only car shop I ve taken a car to that didn t try to upsell me on unnecessary things. They were really knowledgeable, quick, and well priced!

Hit a pothole on 10th St. between MLK Blvd and Senate and it goughed a giant hole in the right front tire. I made it to All Star Tire and they took care of me.

Good people, reasonable rate. Got me a tire in about an hour and a half. Saved me as I was in town visiting my wife at the Cancer Center and I know no one in Indy.

Brought my H3 in because it was making a serious knocking noise. Turned out to be my drive shaft. Dropped my truck off at 11am, got a call at noon telling me it's one of two things if not both. They were able to replace the drive shaft and it turned out that is all that needed to be replaced. Had my truck back by 3:30p the same day!!! Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer, but hopefully not often lol

Came in to change brakes system entirely, oil and tire rotations. Great price for quality work!Fantastic service, thank you Chris every time I brought my car in the service was quick and efficient. They are honest with their work and are not looking to scam you out of thousands of dollars for a simple fix.

I came here in crisis because my car urgently needed new tires, but I love this place. They do high quality reliable work. When I get an oil change they always check my brakes, battery etc as well.

If you re a woman or any naive looking girl, be prepared for the robbery of your life!! Asked for an oil change and instead got charged $500 for things I never asked for and services that shouldn t have cost more than $50. Please please please do your research or come with a guy that knows about cars so you don t get robbed like I did. Especially as a broke college student paying for my own tuition and rent, this was definitely a learning lesson for me.

We got a flat tire while on a college visit to Indy and googled the nearest tire garage. Fingers crossed they were fairly priced and could even fit us in. Well I walked in and Chris was so friendly and welcoming, he got us right in, set us up with a new tire and we were back on the road within an hour! fairly priced, courteous and even sent a follow up text. Nice to know in this day and age a place like this still exists! One hundred percent recommend!
