I called about a blown out spark plug on my car. I asked for estimate said they couldnt give me one without seeing the car first but shouldnt be more than a few hundred. So i was like cool and had my car towed over the next day. Called again when it was picked up and talked to someone else and said my car was on the way and what the issue was and that i wanted the spark plug socket rethreaded. The next day after recieveing my car they called me and told me they couldnt fix it and the best they could do was put in a new engine. I asked " why cant you fix it, i explained the issue yesterday and yall said you could fix it." They responded "we dont do that kind of work, removing heads". I was so angry im out $100 just to have someone try to prey on me when i need my car fixed. The tow company i used was able to suggest a fantastic place with a real mechanic who was able to fix my spark plug socket within a day and had it back to me for an exceptionally reasonable price. Im not an idiot when it comes to working on things. I am an industrial maintenance mechanic and work on machinery myself. I knew the ways this issue could have been fixed. Im just busy like everyone and wanted to pay to have it done. But what if i were someone who was not knowledgeable. Maybe i would have said yes to having that new engine put in and be fleeced of several thousand dollars worth of my money instead of 100. What sucks for them is that i have other vehicles and i have several more things i want done to my vehicles. They could have had a repeat customer who would have sent them more business via word of mouth. Buyer beware, dont be afraid to get multiple people to look at your issues, $100 to tow it to another shop is cheaper than a new engine.

My car had issues the Sunday before 4th of July.I did not know they would be closed, but Bobby came by and took all my information and got my car secured.First thing in the morning, the day after the holiday, Bobby called me with an estimate, and his team got to work on it.He quoted the most likely day it would be ready and it was ready before noon on said day.He was helpful and did a great job. Customer for life!

Took my 2014 impala to get ac, heat vent actuators replaced, was very happy with the service and the professional way i was treated. Will always recommend to anyone who needs auto repairs to go and see them and you won't be disapointed

If you are looking the average shop. It's not here. These guys do quality work. And have the best service. They explain everything they do. I have to say. You need to take your automotive problems to them. And you won't want to go anywhere else. Great people. Indy's Best shop. Especially custom.

Very trustworthy business, organized and clean shop. Thorough and knowledgeable staff. Bob and his crew did an engine swap for my father and I, got it done exactly when he said, and guaranteed his work. A year later we still haven't had any problems with their swap. Have been back several times with other vehicles. This shop consistently delivers the quality of service we experienced the first time.

Bobby and his crew do great work. They did a repair for one of my landscape trailers today. And they got me back out on the road and rolling in a short amount of time. Please check them out for all of your automotive repair needs.

I've taken my cars in here multiple times and never had any complaints. They went above and beyond last time after taking my car to Firestone and them misdiagnosing a problem, the mechanic here looked at my car, tightened a few screws and didnt charge me because it was only a few minutes of work. After spending 400$ at firestone, I was floored by their kindness and honesty here. Highly recommend and will continue to go here

We ran over something on the interstate passing through Indianapolis and got a flat tire on our way home to NC. They fixed our tire and had us back on the road very quickly. They were so friendly and professional. I dont live in the area but if I did they would have a customer for life.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terrible diagnostics... cheap repairs... NOT TRUSTWORTHY.I recently found this repair shop through my Repair Pal, after having an issue of my front low beam lights burning out frequently. I called the shop after booking through my repair pal and dropped my car off however was never told they had no key drop box. The day after I dropped my car off I waited all day, calling serveral times and they had yet to look at my car, even though dropped off the car the night before and made an appointment. Two hours before close I receive a call stating that the bulbs in my car was good, however the wiring harness was shot. The cost of the repair would be around $350. I was shocked at the cost and was told it would fix the ongoing issue of the lights. IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. Nearly a couple weeks after going in to get the issue repaired I was experiencing intermittently my lights going out. I called and was told to bring it in. They looked and told me it was my fuse box, that my lights if they wiggled the wire would pop back on, and that it be $1000 for a new fuse box! I said no, the car was not worth it. I got a second opinion and the mechanic found the harness was replaced with the cheapest harness on the market, even though I was charged nearly $200 for the part. When the new mechanic wiggled the wire it turned the light on just as the first shop said, however he noticed it was a short due to the cheap part. It would never be a fuse box because power was running to the light. A bulb was burnt out as well even though I was told the bulbs would be fine.Don't trust these mechanics, will not be back!

I had my 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight taken to All American Auto & Fleet Inc.2940 S Harding St # 2 Indianapolis, IN 46225.I thought the front end needed major repairs such as the CV joints and tie rods and ends. All American Auto Called and informed me that the CV joints didn t need to be replaced at all. The brake pads and rotors were in serious need of replacement and so were the tie rods and ends after all the repairs where finished All American Auto done a front end alinement to finish up my baby and she runs like a brand new car. It s a beautiful thing to witness such professional work. As a disabled veteran, I found, All American Auto to be very accessible. My wheelchair and I made our way to the waiting room without any obstructions or physical barriers. All of the employees were friendly and pleasant.

I would not trust this group at all, they quoted me very high for repairs and when I didn't accept the quote and picked up my car there was a new leak. It turns out the oil filter was loose, never an issue before I went there. I can't prove it but know they tried to sabotage the car. Beware and stay away.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! THEY MESSED MY AXEL UP BY PUTTING ON WRONG PART. NVR DISCLOSED TO ME THAT THEY BROKE MY AXEL WELDED IT BACK TOGETHER. THEY LET ME PICK IT UP DRIVE MY KIDS AND GRAND KID IN THIS TRUCK TO FIND OUT I NEED A NEW REAR END. WHEN I CALLED BOBBY HE TOLD ME TO TAKE HIM TO COURT.
