This is my second time coming here the first time was in 2021 with a Chrysler Town & country black van I had a kicker and an amp of my own and I bought a radio from them and had them hook up service with a rear view camera today is taking a long time I'm noticing people come in after me leaving before me 1187 dollars is not cheap and I will pay it but damn do I have to be here for 4 and 5 why you help the Spanish people get out of here quicker I'm ready to go. Wasting my Saturday afternoon and evening. Please hurry up I been here since 11 I'm hungry and ready to go and tired of sitting in your establishment why y'all talk to one another and my truck sitting there with a bunch of your tools laying on the ground ain't nobody working on I'm ready to go hurry up

They did good on the install, but when I came to pick up the vehicle, they gave me an amp that was 2000 W less than the amp I was supposed to have, told me I needed an extra battery which would cost $300 extra out of my pocket and then they would upgrade it to the one I was supposed to have originally. For an audio store, they should ve known that ahead of time they never even called. They went ahead and finish the install. They still charged me the same price of $2200.00 Which is the quote I was givin for a 5000 W amp. This place is definitely over priced.

Please don't go to this place. Be careful..4 guys told me that they were there trying to fix again what this place had done to their cars... I mean, the work they did was not Professional... that same day, I was still waiting for them to fix my truck..this place need Profesional..Cuidado raza con este lugarMas seguro van regresar por segunda ves a este lugar

Alex is real cool and he cares about his customers. They will do what they can to get you going and the prices are reasonable and clear. Just a good place to get your entire car taken care of energy tires and rims. For real for real. Check them out before you get ripped off at another shop.

My first time at Alexander Audio. As soon as I went in the store a young employee approach me to assist. Provided me with appropriate information regarding my need. Good service regarding instillation. The young ladies were very helpful regarding electronic operation. Being an elderly person she explained the ins and outs of my product (I'm not very knowledgeable with electronic technology). Employees all over the place working on people's vehicles. Very courteous and helpful. It would behoove this business if they expanded. Too crowed but they do good work. Gave four stars because ALL businesses need to improve in one way or another.

Horrible customer service unless you fit their script. That whole plaza looks and smells like a dump. Equipment is amazon quality but fancy prices. Oh well took my money where it was welcome. Pendej@ gord@

Really bad work they installed a sound system in my truck and they were scratches in my door panels then went to check the rest of my truck and they broke some clips and dint put all the screws in my driver door walk inside the shop and owner came out whit me and he whas I will fix everything and then he tells me that something that I aredy paid dint get installed that the one they had was no workingHe told he was going to get a replacement and whas fine whit that so I drive home and sound system stop working get home and ground whas louse and it dint have a bolt it had tap screws had to rewired everyting myself againDon't trust them whit your cars they will just make a mess

The WORST experience I ever had with service! Gave them multiple times to attempt to assist. I honestly don t know how they are in business.

They did not do good business had an issue with their equipment they said it was my fault they would not refund me my money there warranty is not good make sure you read the warranty policy before u do business with them

Si pudiera colocarle -0 estrella lo hiciera, es lo que se merecen. Mi esposo llevo su auto para cambiar las bocinas y los muy inteligentes cortaron los cables originales del carro porque no coincid�an con las conexiones de las bocinas que ellos recomendaron, obviamente no iban a coincidir porque no eran las bocinas adecuadas. En conclusi�n esta gente no saben lo que hacen. Y el due�o ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de dar la cara y afrontar la situaci�n. Si no quieres perder dinero y que te da�en tu auto, ni se te ocurra pisar este sitio.
