I reached out to AJs after having a sick child in my car. I needed my vehicle returned to it s normally pristine condition and AJ and his daughter worked magic! Making the appointment online was easy and speaking with AJ on the phone was a professional experience. They were on time, friendly and their work was exquisite! I called AJ on a Sunday, my only day off work, at 3pm. By 3:05pm, my truck seats were being taken out for a full interior deep wash. I would not recommend Anthony Sanchez. He was 40 min late, no text or phone call. He spent 4 hours, I gave him an extra tip. After he left I noticed my very dirty floor mats weren't done. He stated a neighbor asked him about his services than he forgot my mats. I had to clean them myself without the correct brushes. Front inside windshield not cleaned. Went to start my car, battery dead. No previous issue with battery. He said I purposely didn't drive my car into the garage afterwards because I knew it didn't start and I was trying to scam him? I asked him to call me to discuss it, he refused. Horrible customer service. Stated I was trying to scam/blackmail him, really? I have never scammed anyone in my life. Why would henot offer to come back when I said he didn't clean part of my car. I am the customer, I paid you to do a service, at least do it right, customer service is dead.
