DO NOT spend your money with them. I purchased a part and tried to return it, come to find out they gave me a used part and would not give me my money back. They did all the verification when I returned it but did do no verification when I purchased it ADVANCE AUTO is SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!!!!!

Super unprofessional, staff dropping F bombs to each other behind the counter loudly discussing people getting shot. Go to AutoZone just a couple blocks north for a much more pleasant experience.

I was serviced at this location on 9/7/2023 by a gentleman named Anthony. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my request was completely satisfied. He was very polite and respectful. His performance was highly Commendable. Well done SIR ANTHONY FOR GREAT SERVICE.

Stopped here to get a couple quarts of oil for my car. There was no wait and the man who checked me out was super friendly. When I got outside I realized I couldn't get my oil cap off so I went back inside and asked if the person who checked me out if he could help me. He came outside, easily got it off, then asked me if I had a funnel. I did not so he went to get me one and some napkins. Waited until I was done and took the funnel back inside for me.Very nice service and they definitely went out of their way to help me out. Would recommend.

I have visited this store several times and have never been disappointed. I told the young man what I wanted. To make sure I had the correct parts, the young man went with me to my car and checked out the situation. I am a female but will always go to this store as the staff is helpful.

What a morning! Had to run to Advance Auto today and get a fuse for the car They didn t have in stock what I needed but the nice sales man was so helpful that he made it easy for me to order one and to come back before closing to get it. Thank you Brian H.

The only reason I am not giving this store a 0 is because of Jay! Jay provided me excellent service. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store, treated me with respect, and was very helpful. He took me seriously and provided me with full explanations when I didn t understand something. Not to mention he still treated me well and didn t rush me when I walked in about 30 minutes before closing! He truly helped me in a stressful time!My bad experience came the next day when I came back to order the part I needed after doing some research. Jay was not working (sadly) but Robbie was. My experience with Robbie was AWFUL. Robbie was on the phone when my husband and I walked in and the other gentleman was helping another customer, no big deal we will wait. The issue was when Robbie hung up with the customer on the phone he made a racist comment towards the person on the phone. I think it was supposed to be a joke but it was VERY inappropriate! I was pretty taken aback at this point but just wanted to order my part and leave. Well, Robbie completely ignored me and only addressed my husband. I started telling Robbie what I needed and he completely blew me off and acted like I didn t know what I was talking about. I get that men typically know more about vehicles than women but I know a thing or two and Jay helped me so well the day before. I told him what I needed but instead of looking it up he made me look up the order number for him so he could search it. Once he got the item pulled up he told me there were none in stock. I asked if we could order it and he told me NO! He said it was not available to order and I would either have to go to another store or order it online. This was after Jay told me the day before that he just needed 12-24 hours to get the part in if I needed it. My husband and I ended up leaving and buying the part at another advanced auto.I hate writing reviews because I know people have bad days and if it wasn t for ROBBIE s racist comment I would have just let it go. Jay on the other hand single handedly saved this review! He was the kindest person and I cannot say enough good things about him.

Went in after wasting a long time at the AutoZone near this store for nothing. This store had a battery, replaced my battery, and I had no issues. The two guys there were nice and were no where near as unorganized as AutoZone.

I have revised my review because it is so hard to find good help.I can't let one employee cause such disruption in what I have known as outstanding service and parts support.I have purchased parts from this store for more than a decade and I believe that Ed is the best manager this store has ever had.Juan is the best commercial rep I have seen in my 40+ years in this industry.I should have revised this post or not posted it in haste.It sometimes takes a good customer to get resolve of any issue that may arrive.Robert Tomey

I did need some bulbs,my main reason for being there was to pick up a personal package that missed at home. I live in apartments 3 blocks away. I'm so glad they are a hub. Oh yes I did spend $30.00, the representatives were very polite and helpful. I will be back.Thank You

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The vibe in this store is equally HORRIBLE. Find another auto parts store. There are so many of them who deserve your business/money.The employees (I observed James E. and Jamar. There was a woman in the back doing nothing.) act like customers are a bother and they are doing you a favor. I guess they have no idea of how economics work and the fact that there is another auto parts store two blocks away.While at the store, I witnessed an employee named James E. being rude to a Hispanic customer because of his broken English. James E. was so rude that the man just left.I had the pleasure (not) of working with Jamar, the other employee, who had not a clue of what he was doing. A product he was helping me with was priced wrong. He asked the other employee James E. to help him change the price and James E. made some sort of off handed/ sarcastic comment. Jamar told me not to pay attention to James because he was "tired and ready to go home" (you can't make this stuff up). I told Jamar I didn't care about how James felt.James then said the price was the price and refused to change the price. As I was walking out of the door, Jamar turns to James and says "we can change the price," and James said "not for that ****." I went right down the street and bought the same battery for $10 less.Again, find another auto parts store to go to where the employees know how to treat there customers even when they are tired and need a nap.

Advanced Auto always has professional support and nice staff. Please remember this when picking your store. They always go out of their way to help. Unlike Auto Zone which you can read about in my previous review of them. Thank you Advanced Auto

Exceptional service! I lost a piece to my (brand new)windshield wiper that you typically can t buy without purchasing the actual wiper. Instead of just saying the only option was to purchase (another) brand new one, he decided to look around to see what he could find for me. He went above and beyond and even found a piece all with a great spirit!!

My 2014 Kia Soul had a battery fail today. I stopped in at the Advance Auto Parts in my neighborhood and Steven was excellent! I was in and out in 10 minutes and he installed for me too... even sustaining a cut on his hand, but awesome and pleasant the entire time. Thank you so much Steven!

Needed a batteriy checked. Got that done quickly.. I decided to replace it. They (Brian) did the replacement in and out in 30 minutes. Courteous, honest and quick. Thanks!

Had to make an urgent purchase of trailer accessories, lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient. Selection and prices were rather lacking, but the quality seems good, the trailer didn't fall off on the way home

They sold me the parts told me they were going to take my phone number took it than asked if I wanted to make a membership I said no than a hour later I came back to make the return literally told I couldn t return with no receipt which they never gave me in the first place. Manger came to the counter started throwing the receipts out the trash at me than told me too look throw the trash and threw on a cart

I came in looking for the kit to recharge your air conditioning and the women behind the counter was very knowledgeable and kind. I was out the door and driving in a cool car in 15 minutes!
